Buffet for 50 people for grandsons christening…absolutely fantastic food supplied. Delivered and displayed on the venue tables before we arrived like magic. Highly recommend and will definitely use again…fresh sandwiches of all sorts of varieties, salad, fruit and cakes everything you need . I had lots of compliments on the food all day. Thank you so much !!!

The Ladies at Bean and Baked worked hard during lockdown to keep everyone well supplied with their home-baked cakes. The brownie box was well packed and promptly dispatched and made a delicious treat during lockdown. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you!

We had some beautiful food for my dads wake the service from Julie and son and all the staff was very accommodating the food was fresh and delicious which everyone commented on we highly recommend and will be using all the time now .

Not very nice people who run this pub there attitude has lost them a lot of custom this pub is going to be and Aldi real soon.

We visited in Monday and absolutely shocked at the prices of the food compared to what we got. I ordered a B.L.T which I thought at £10.50 with home made coleslaw and side salad it would be absolutely beautiful but unfortunately the sandwich was served on run of the mill sliced white bread, the bacon and just pink and floppy. The coleslaw we both said was definitely not home made, the side salad presented fine but no flavour in the tomatoes. Just again, run of the mill salad tomatoes. If I'm paying over a tenner for a sandwich at least use local bread and tasty salad, I can pick up vine tomatoes from Aldi for £1.79 for a pack so yes they're available. Such a shame as wanted to support a local café but can't see us visiting again at those prices. £35 for two of us this was a B.L.T, a panini and 2 X hot chocolates with baileys.

We have ordered from Simla loads in the past but this was a real disappointment! Each of the dishes were tasty but it was as if the meat was being rationed, couldn't even see it when we opened the tubs, could hardly find any in the sauce when dishing out! was a real let down!

Great place went there twice both times the staff was very helpful and polite food was amazing and prices was reasonable made the night a great date will go again

It's the attitude of the people who own the place what gets me. The staff are lovely and the people that visit but most didn't notice what I notice with the mould and all the walls falling off in the snooker room due to mould, walls and the musk in the air too. I spoke with the lady who owns it and after a couple of confrontation calls with her this is what I got for mentioning the room and how bad it is. I'm now banned because it's not my place to say. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Was recommended but will not be ordering again put order in at 8.40pm tracked order said it was on way didnt arrive so had to call couldn't hear a thing over fone only to be told on its way in 5 to 10 mins still no order, called again said it was on way at this point it was getting on for 9.40 and they close at 10 on my way to get my monies back and they turned up , Luke warm onion bhagys ,curry was watery didnt eat half of it . Well disappointing will not use again , easy to go else where ☹️☹️
