Good from start to finish excellent customer service! Ordered my carvery and drink on my phone and it came over very shortly after with the ticket! Also the guy at the carvery serving was very bubbly didn’t catch his name but cracking jokes and very friendly made the experience enjoyable! Thanks to the whole team I’ll be back again in the new year. Lovely experience the friends I was with would also agree!

Rude uneducated staff need to get a grip and learn some people skills, don't offer to walk my missing items to my house if you're not prepared to actually do it.

Tuve una entrega esta mañana para el desayuno. Normalmente es un buen desayuno caliente y sabroso. Hoy hacía frío y no era muy apetitoso. Sólo podía comer la mitad. La otra mitad fue a la papelera.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to the pub left me quite disappointed, mainly due to the food quality. It seems like there may be a need for additional training on how to properly use a microwave. My lasagna was overcooked to the point that it impacted the texture and taste, and my garlic bread was rubbery, making it difficult to enjoy. If the food is simply being reheated, there are clearly some quality control issues that need addressing. Proper reheating techniques or a review of the preparation process could go a long way in ensuring the dishes served meet a higher standard. Overall, my experience wasn’t great, as the food quality is a fundamental part of any dining visit. I hope these points can be taken as constructive feedback to help improve future experiences for other customers.

Lovely atmosphere,friendly staff, have visited with my granddaughter today, have had a really lovely meal, and pudding, with a drink. Staff asked us if everything was ok, looked after us well. Really enjoyed the experience, thank you so much.

Mini fish and chips with curry sauce was very nice.and priced very reasonably
