A real country pub where the community gathers for so many activities or just a friendly drink. Traditional Sunday lunches are very popular and highly recomended.

Excellent food. Nice change to have authentic homemade food. Good value for money and fab presentation. Maddie is a true asset to the restaurant and sure repeat business is down to her.

Came to The Rock Cross with family, very friendly staff. Sunday lunch was amazing, great value, fresh and very tasty. Can’t wait to come back soon!

Staff are very hard-working and are lovely to talk to. I went on a very busy day and besides the busy-ness there was still great customer service from all of the staff. Excellent food and coffee.

A railway friend of mine suggested the Colliers as a good place to meet and catch up over breakfast. A warm welcome from staff and the nice fire that was burning. Service and traditional Farmers Breakfast with wholesome bread could not be faulted. It was Quality food and excellent coffee. I would recommend this cafe and there is a farm shop next door with plenty of produce, beers and wines amongst other things. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

It was a lovely parkland golf course, off the beat & track, with some tough holes. There were plenty of obstacles to get over or around. The greens seemed a little bit slow on the day we played. The fairways at the end of October, after a fair amount of rain, were hard going with very little run & autumn leaves, causing us to lose balls. It would be an ideal course to come back to in better weather. There are a number of static homes around the course, so the facilities have a nice bar, restaurant & local shop.

we arrived there after12pm . but it was closed very disappointed as my 3yr old grandson was looking forward to playing on the slide . so I can't tell you anything else I give it a 0 as it wasn't open when it should have been or as the sign out side said it would be 👎
