Tasty food and brilliant service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a warm welcome. 💕 Fab choices to take home. Cakes, pastries, cheeses, candles, chocolates… They have vegan egg 🍳 And it’s amazing fried! Had it in a breakfast bap and husband added a burger to his AND an egg. 😂 Daughter had one of the pasties and a unicorn 🦄 hot chocolate… PINK hot chocolate! You’ve got to try the egg if you’re vegan. No hens harmed to make them! 👏👏

Turned up 10 minutes before our booked table, it wasn’t available but not a problem. However we stood for at least 5 minutes before there was any acknowledgment of our arrival. Rude, arrogant and surly staff. The lunch time menu is very limited and £15 for a sandwich is a total joke, considering the hideous, non-exisitent service. We left and will not return. So many better places to eat in Cott than this place.

Visited with friends for Christmas eve drinks. Fab atmosphere 👌 friendly chatty staff and plenty of drinks choice. Will definitely return when in the area thanks again and see you soon 😊

Came here after a funeral quiet a few family members and friends , 20+ and Finley the young lad took every single drink order and food order and not once messed up , was very polite and precessional , great service cannot fault in any way , queue for carvery was a bit long but it was at food change over I think so can’t complain at hot fresh food again!

Normal Costa coffee - so ok but not the best. The retail park has really good and quick car chargers so definitely worth having a coffee whilst the car was charging

We have been coming here for years. The waiting staff are friendly however it has really gone downhill. The toilets are filthy. As is the outside area where the kitchen staff congregate to smoke. Absolutely disgusting to see and know they’re then cooking your meal. Pizza was undercooked. Chips were good. Chicken pasta tasteless. Won’t be coming back for a while. If at all.

What a terrible experience first of all 5 minutes to get seated the twenty minute wait for one can of Fanta then another 10 minute wait for hot coffee we ordered 3 ham and cheese panini and had to wait 1 hour to arrive the another 5 minute wait for fries and the quality of the food was terrible for 21.80 all together NOT worth it

Best BK I have been to in a while. She said sorry for the wait but it was not even 5 mins 5 stars all round

Another big shout out to the staff on duty Christmas Day lunch at Toby Carvery Willerby. They do deserve a medal as already mentioned. Something early on did cause a hiccup and yes there was a very lengthy wait. Most people respected this and remained talking amongst themselves and jolly. A table near us, unfortunately, could not hold back and resented tables being served before them and proceeded to complain to the front staff but was all smiles to the kitchen staff. None of the staff deserved to be treated like that and people need to remember they were providing a service as best they can even with a hiccup on Christmas Day.
