We really enjoyed our second visit to Crathorne, recently, such a delightful, beautiful place. Staff were so friendly and the food was gorgeous too. Such a relaxing place. We will be coming back, soon hopefully.

Super meal as always. The seafood pancake was fabulous and the mushroom Wellington delicious, as was the chicken and sea bass. The only downside, on this very cold day, is that we were so cold. It was in the afternoon and maybe the heating wasn't on but we were all chilly. Great place, reasonably priced and fantastic food. Totally recommend

The meat from Roots is great. We would recommend the Lemon pepper chicken and bacon and the black pudding. Actually all the meat we have purchased has been great.

It’s okay, but there is a funny smell of wee - and I did notice a mattress up against the window. The drink was t bad mind, I had a draught lager and I had no complaints there

Visited here recently on a visit to see family in the area. What a great pub, we couldn't have been made to feel anymore welcome by the staff. We will definitely be back over Christmas
