We stopped in here by chance as we were passing and have since made a second trip. The visiting party included ages: 42, 41, 10 and 11 months. There is plenty of space (tables not crowded together), it wasn’t too loud, the chairs are comfortable and it’s bright and clean. The menu is to die for, particularly if you like pancakes and waffles (but plenty of other options), the food really well cooked and the staff efficient and friendly. My 10 year old has decided she wants to celebrate her 11th birthday there which is a big tribute to a new place as she’s autistic and finds new places often overwhelming. Would definitely recommend!

Second visit and very disappointed after first visit was served cold soup thought give it another chance but no more, some staff polite but to many who are not, tall young lad very helpful and friendly didn't get his name Stroganoff was lacking flavour and very runny and £4 for a handful of thin chips which were meant to be thick cut chips don't mind paying top price if quality is good on a positive my partner had pork stuffing ciabata which was ok , Unfortunately these places get to big and loose the personal touches a few words and a smile go a long way.

Visited for breakfast. Excellent service and lovely tasty food, all for a reasonable price. Will definitely return in the future.

This place used to be amazing. Unfortunately it is now a run down poor excuse of its former self. We pulled into the car park almost sure that the restaurant had closed down. The place looked in a state of disrepair with paint falling of the walls and window frames. We were just about to leave when a member of staff came out and assured us they were open. Dubiously we went in, remembering how great it used to be. Inside, the decor was not much better, it was very tired, in need of some TLC and investment but as we were the only people in the place I guess that investment won't be coming any time soon as this place cannot possibly be trading very much longer unless it survives on take-away trade. Upon taking our drinks order, we were disappointed to be informed that they had no beer (draught or bottled) so had soft drinks. Unfortunately the disappointment didn't stop there as when our main courses came out, one was inedible and the other extremely salty to the point where it was only just edible. To be fair, the staff did offer to replace both of our meals, but we felt that the damage was done and just wanted to leave. I would strongly recommend you avoid this place, it is certainly not what it used to be. Such a huge shame.
