This place has 0 hygiene rating, do not ever go here, even when blind drunk. They make fake accounts to boost their rating as well, cannot wait for the day it shuts its doors.

How can food taste so bad after 15 pints, doesn’t make sense. People stumble out of tiger works with more dampened senses then a blind deaf man and can still sense the lack of cleanliness and poor food quality oozing out of this gaf, if I could rate it less than 1 I would

I ordered a large kebab what can only be described as dog meat. After adding sauces I gave it back as I would rather go without food than risk eating that.

Wouldn’t normally leave a bad review but i am disgusted by this place. Firstly salt and vinegar shakers were handmade (holes poked into the top of two water bottles). When ordering a cheesy chip wrap with garlic they handed it to my friend deconstructed and suggested she made it herself. They didn’t put garlic sauce and made her feel stupid when she complained that there was no sauce and it wasn’t wrapped. I ordered a fish and chips (i know it may be odd) but when i received it the fish was southern friend which was the most ridiculous thing i’d ever seen considering this was not specified on the menu, looked like the scraps of something. Very confused as to how this place is still open.

Great food if you want lose weight. The food poisoning will have you skinny in no time. Any 5 star review for Adnans is definitely a fake review.

Absolutely shocking staff are very impolite yell at you when serving , food was okay only got cheesy chips ripped off because I asked for abit more cheese and the staff member tried to take advantage because he thought I was under the influence and on my own charged me 5.50 for a very small portion of cheesy chips only after I realized when I checked what I had be charged , normal price is 4.20 for the same amount of cheese as you would get regularly

THE WORST kebab in the history of kebabs. This place doesn’t deserve a one star. My story….. At 1am in the morning, stood in a kebab shop on West Street, I wasn’t expecting a gourmet meal. I’m comparing this kebab to all other drunken, early morning dirty kebabs I’ve had and it’s still the worst culinary experience of my 37 years on this earth. I ordered a mixed kebab. £9.00 plus a 70p charge for using my card. This was at the top end of their menu price-wise so I expected a decent sized kebab with a variety of kebab meats as a minimum. What I was presented with, I will have nightmares about until I draw my last breath. I had to dig through the salad to find any meat. I use the term salad loosely as it was 99% lettuce and Christ knows what the other 1% was. I also use the term meat loosely, the donor meat was a colour I’ve never seen before - it was a pale grey, it was soggy, cold and tasteless, it was horrific. Worse still, it made up 70% of the mixed kebab meat. The other 30% was chicken (I think / hope) blood red in colour it didn’t look too bad, or at least no worse than other chicken I’d seen and eaten. The problem came however, when I put this chicken in my mouth and instantly felt every morsel of moisture leave the rest of my body as my mouth tried to combat the driest thing to ever enter a human mouth. It disintegrated into dust, not even a tasty dust. Just tasteless chicken dust for reasons that are beyond me. Was it over cooked? Cooked and reheated 40,000 times? Sat there waiting to be cooked since World War 1? Who knows, what I do know is that the staff at Adnads have a unique gift for cooking things so badly it defies logic. As I picked my way through the soulless mess before me, throwing most of it in the bin next to me (which ironically was probably the cleanest thing in the shop) my only hope, my light at the end of the tunnel was that I could at the very least just eat the naan bread and dip it in some sauce to fill me up. NOPE! Wrong again, they’d managed to make a mess of that as well, they’d somehow undercooked, overcooked, burned and sucked any kind of taste out of a simple piece of bread that just needed warming up. It was horrible. So that went in the bin as well. All in all it was a terrible experience. I went in hungry and came out flabbergasted by what I’d just endured and still hungry. I stuck a frozen pizza in the oven when I got home. The experience was only made bearable because my mate had the same as me and was equally as horrified and we just laughed our heads off. Our other pal ordered a special mixed kebab which cost more than ours but had the added bonus of some roast potatoes. Which, according to my pal were just as rank as everything else in the tray. I believe him because every bit of potato ended up in the bin. Which was now overflowing. So we laughed at him as well. They say hindsight is a wonderful thing. After my experience I googled Adnads and their scores / reviews speak for themselves. They’ve been voted the worst takeaway in Sheffield, which I think isn’t true. They’re easily the worst takeaway in Great Britain. In fact, put them up against other takeaways from around the globe and I’m sure they’d be up there with the worst. I’d put my money on them that is for sure. To summarise - AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT (it may well do)

Shame because it is in a good location. Maybe food tastes better after 15 pints of stella. Wouldn't go here on a first date. Rank.

Ate here and had chicken and chips and was violently Ill! Staff were not very welcoming either, it’s a shame as where it’s situated it has massive potential but maybe learn how to cook food properly, have better hygiene and be more friendly. Surprised it hasn’t been closed down!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I work in hospitality and never in my wildest dreams would I even contemplate speaking to a customer the way I was spoken to. Was ganged up on by 3 male members of staff for not collecting me food within 0.1 seconds of my order being called. Apparently if you don’t sprint to the counter it’s unacceptable

Absolutely never ever purchase anything from this place! Went there for chips and cheese how can you go far wrong with that! Staff experience was unbelievably awful never experienced anything quite so horrifying. Food was disgusting cheese came frozen in clumps! Most disgusting takeaway service I’ve ever had. Went in for some chips and chicken and ended up getting psychically assaulted, manhandled, punched, kicked and dragged out. After taking our money we were told we were already given our food which we hadn’t got given. SCAMMERS They hope you don’t notice that they’re overcharging you, so do not leave without checking your balance. It’s happened twice now. Disgusting food and service, should have been shut down ages ago.

Well, where do I start? Firstly, 1 star seems a bit generous. Upon entry I was met by the 'chef' who looked nothing short of the man who stole my catalytic converter last week. With about 2 braincells between them, dumb, dumber and dumberer put their tiny little pea-brains into action and took my order. I then had the pleasure of overhearing dumber telling dumberer about his recent extra curricular activities, namely beating up and robbing homeless people. To be honest, I don't approve, nor do I approve of such a runt of society preparing my food, even after their illustrious "25 years in the industry". Well I'm not sure what exactly you've been doing for 25 years, because your food tastes like its been cooked in my catalytic converter. Unfortunately, it seems I am in company of great volumes. Please don't go here, you will regret it.

Ordered a £5.50 large chicken and chips and asked for cheese and was charged £10.17 for a very dry chicken kebab in naan and a portion of chips, I tried to object but the server shouted over me and brought the next customer forward. Would avoid in future.

Probably the greatest bit of cuisine on the planet. Succulent chicken to dabble the tastebuds, and an added bonus, the staff were impeccable. Would recommend to all. Well done Mr Adnan!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Went here tonight. Bought kebab and chips. The tender then said they didn't have the correct change and that I had to pay on card (turns out there is a - I believe, now illegal - surcharge of 70p on card payments). Just after I paid my kebab ended up falling off the counter after the guy placed it procariously on the top. My friend alerted the man that it had fallen off the staff shrugged their shoulders. You can get better customer service in Alcatraz. Probably better food off the cell floor there, too;

Paid for my food and it never came

I was given a burnt burger in a burnt crumbling, cremated bun. I handed it back and they agreed and apologised, which was fair enough. But then after making me wait 5 mins for a new one, they gave me the same one back with my bite mark in it! Obviously I gave that one back too and they made me another. Whilst I was waiting, I learnt they'd overcharged everyone in there at the time and a few had caught on. One male member of staff was screaming at a female customer saying he's too busy to listen to her being overcharged. It was a very bad experience for me & everyone else there on the night. Defiantly avoid.

First of all the staff are rude, they overcharged us and when they were giving food out decided to argue with me on the price as I was confronting it being wrong, ... they were trying to exploit every drunk person in the place, Second, my cousin got a burnt burger and bread bun and when they went to give it back, gave her the same bitten burger as before so was returned a second time... my food was also burnt and dry, not worth the money you pay, whether your drunk or not. Deffo needs a visit from the FSA soon !!! Disgusting all in all

Derrible complete scam if you are on wedtreest, drunk or not,order from anywhere else. They charged me for burger and chips and chips n gravy and all I got was chips. And all the food was dry

You want a better peice of meat? Pay for flight to one of Iceland's volcanoes and dip a piece of minced muskrat in lava - it'll taste nicer than their overcooked charcoal alternative. Hope they feed their families better!!! 10/10 would recommend to avoid. I think the middle of a motorway tastes better.

I never normally review but I have to explain how bad this place is. This is the worst food I’ve ever had. The gravy tastes like salty mud and the chicken gave me food poisoning (or the gravy). Please avoid, rude staff and even worse food. Nothing worse than coming from a night out already thirsty and tasting pure muddy salt in there gravy chips.

Even 1 stars for this establishment is 1 too many. I would rather have an STD than eat here again. My chicken stayed down for about an hour before I threw it back up again and admittedly it looked tastier when it was on the floor mixed in with yesterdays breakfast. Avoid it like the plague.

Very disappointing. 4 weeks ago we had the most amazing "special" pizza from here, last night we ordered the same and it was anything but special. It was dry, over cooked and a real let down. We also ordered a medium kebab which was served on bread that was more like a taco as it was so crispy and the was hardly any meat inside. Also I was charged an extra £0.70 on a £14 order just to pay with my card. Will be eating elsewhere in future.

Place is a dump, foods overpriced, pizza took an hour to cook and most of that time was to warm up the oven. cook dropped the pizza and had to make another 1 and if I weren't in the take away at the time I would have ended up with the first pizza that wound up on the floor should have read the reviews, I wish I had.

Garlic bread tasted of lemon (so wasted we still ate it) Chips cold , unappealing and disappointing. On the contrary, hot wings are delectable. If you are going on a night and want some food just buy hot wings and maybe a cheeky can of pop.

Overpriced and undercooked! Went here after a night out and even though I was wasted I couldn’t eat more than a bite. Dripping in grease and really chewy. When I asked the guy behind the counter if I could either change it or have my money back because it was impossible to eat, he shooed me away with his hand, so I shouted over to the other guy, and the first guy snapped “don’t f*****g start, get out now or I’ll drag you out”, I couldn’t be arsed to fight over undercooked chicken so decided to leave, and once I was outside he shouted “don’t come back fa**ot” and all the staff roared with laughter. Never seen food like this before! Had to literally wring the nan out because of all the grease! There was a pool of grease in the tray aswell. Admittingly takeaway kebabs are not the healthiest but a pint of grease is not expected, or asked for! Only went here as Istanbul across the road was mega busy. Will never in a million years go again. Also chavs serving which isnt a good look. Aswell as them demanding NYE tips without it even being NYE. You absolute jokers.

Stuff are rude to other staff, food quality isn't great and the staff don't have a clue what they're doing half the time. This place really needs to be closed down, I have seen several complaints on social media of abuse to customers and one girl got took down an alleyway by staff. Yes the food is terrible, mouldy and will make you very sick. I hope this place gets closed down. It's a hazard.
