Air Balloon in Fylde

Very disappointed. My partner ordered lasagne and cheesy chips. The lasagne managed to be both cold and overcooked. On being sent back to the kitchen we waited 40 minutes for the dish to be replaced, by which time the cheesy chips were cold. My sloppy Joe on texas toast was ok, but I had ordered it with salt & pepper fries, which were not served. When I pointed this out to the server, insteadof replacing the fries he brought a small sauce boat of some mixed powder to the table so I could season the fries myself, for which I paid a 50p premium. When this was brought to the manager's attention, she apologised immediately and offered the choice between a refund, or complimentary desserts. Based on the performance of the kitchen and wait staff, I think anyone will understand why we opted for a refund.

I ordered a chicken tikka masala, and it was absolutely brilliant it came out pipping hot, and my son ordered the gammon, which was also beautiful

Very convenient location and the pub was festively decorated which gave a great atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant. However, my friend’s lasagne was burnt, the breadcrumbs on my chicken were extremely hard and crispy, the peas cold and the coleslaw had been left off. A long wait for food, with two of our company waiting for some time after everyone else - this was soon remedied once we’d asked the staff, although no one came and asked how our meals were. I really don’t like being given a cup of hot water with a teabag next to it either - that isn’t how you make a cup of tea! Is a teapot really too much trouble? Not cheap for the quality of the food either. Needs quite a few tweaks before I’d go there again.

Staff were lovely food was lovely would definitely recommend coming here.lots for kids to do with a wakey wear house and a play park outside.

A lovely establishment dressed lovely for Christmas. We dined with family including 4 kids. I had the scampi and really enjoyed it. Would definetly revisit. Topped off with having a wacky warehouse attached which is great for the kids.

Fab friendly pub! Lots of choice for both children and adults. Spacious so can fit larger families if need be! Staff were helpful and brought colouring etc over for the children which kept them entertained too!

Great place for food with the added bonus of a soft play area for the little ones, no problem with parking outside for easy access.

Friendly swift service, very helpful staff. Food was very nice, dealt with our requests for example, no mayonnaise in a chicken baguette, very good.

Great pub with a lovely choice of continental breakfast and the hot breakfast is cooked to order. Teas and coffees are all available with unlimited supply. Great choice of cereals too for children. Would recommend

Great value for money, basic food. Lovely attentive polite staff. Great for families too. Play area fab, we come here everywhere either as a couple to wind down after work, or with family and grandkids.

This place offers the best Premier breakfast in blackpool. Plus it has a wakey warehouse for the munchkins. We frequent here at least 2/3 times a month.

Booked a table for 6 including a highchair on the booking for 5pm. Arrived early so went to the bar to get a drink. Only one staff member on the bar so were overlooked twice. My daughter and son (in arms) went to get seated whilst my husband waited at the bar. The lady who seated us had a face on her, I asked if there was a highchair clearly struggling holding a fidgeting baby and bag to be told they are near the door. Luckily other customers were of help. Meanwhile my husband was still waiting at the bar so came to the table to order on the app. We asked the same lady about allergens to be told we can find them on the app and the food is pre packed. I mean a roast dinner and a drink for £10 I don’t expect it to be all home made but the way it came across was like it was all shoved in a microwave. All we wanted was a Sunday dinner and we went to order there was no roasties at 5pm! Needless to say we left. I wasn’t expecting a lot for a chain and a £10 deal but this place has become shocking they were so understaffed and if that lady was the manager I can understand why.

Landlady is in the wrong job, couldn't care less about service. Booked a table with a high chair for 6, sent to a table with 9 and no high chair, my wife sent to get her own high chair Asked if butter in veg, told possibly but didn't know, then told the mash comes in sealed bags, wow why would anyone pay to eat a microwave meal, no roast potato's either on a Sunday or evening meal. Walked out and went for a proper meal at the Indian

Excellent food and very welcoming. Staff are always friendly and are always helpful with anything we need. Our little girl loves the play area too.

Lovely atmosphere and great food, followed by a trip to WackyWarehouse after - which is located just through the bar. Would definitely recommend for a family day out!

Here today to celebrate my step-daughters birthday who passed away in 2022, the last place she went for a drink. Lovely food, great atmosphere and lots for kids to do inside and out, barman "Tyler" massive shout of, poor a perfect pint and just friendly all round good guy 👍🏼 thanks Tyler more helping us make more happy memories in her name ❤️

Good food and drinks...reasonably priced...been here lots and be back again. We have been coming for a number of years and its been consistently good.

Friendly and attentive staff. Efficient service. One lady in particular was lovely as my little girl trapped her finger and she was so helpful and brought ice and some toys to distract her so thanks so much! Have visited many times and never been disappointed with anything

We call in here alot for a quick drink on our way out out. Always clean and tidy. Staff are always helpfull. It's always busy. Ate here a few times also. Food is always hot. Great deals throughout the week. Curry night is always busy and the curries are really nice.

Despite living nearby, this is the first visit to this pub for about 7 / 8 years. Never a fan, but thought we would give it a go with our two grandchildren for a treat. First priority is to check that gluten free menu available for one celiac grandchild. Well the most unwelcome and unhelpful response from the front of house lady! A curt, ‘I don’t know’, you’ll have to check the online menu! Definitely not interested in helping. Anyway food ordered for four of us, and gluten free adaptation to children’s menu. Probably the worst food presentation and quality I’ve experienced anywhere. A burnt overcooked, dry and measly portion of the Tandoori Chicken Sizzler that had lost its sizzle in the microwave. Thank goodness for some mango chutney and mint yoghurt to add taste! A few options for adults gluten free, but none for children. So the dried up burger came with some very dry brown gluten free bread! Glass of white wine served in a very dirty glass, and had to be exchanged. The whole place is dirty and generally run down. There’s plenty of other good pub food places within a mile radius, so give this a miss. Needless to say it’ll be longer than another 7 / 8 years before we return.

Have visited this pub on many occasions but the last 5 times whatever I have chosen of the menu I get the same answer, so sorry were out of stock, maybe they could buy bigger freezer.?

Excellent child facilities and gorgeous food. The best Wacky Warehouse we’ve been to! Staff are so helpful. We attended the Halloween event last year also and that was brilliant. Hopefully they will do it again this year!

Great staff and food. The soft play is fantastic just don’t sit under the heaters. (Makes you drink more LOL). Only downside but very much for safety is plastic cups in the soft play.

The play area is always clean and tidy. The staff are always welcoming and get stuck in, especially at special events e.g Halloween 🎃 👻 Tyanna got arts and crafts out and involved all the children.

We came here recently for a family meal. We have two young kids and were meeting up with family. We were all about to enjoy a family meal and the kids loved being able to play. Highly recommend to families with kids.
