Food was missing of order. ! Also Luke warm food. Very disappointing. Oh the husband liked the kebab.

Food came stone cold. Kebab meat was dry and hard. Chips were soggy. Ordered an orange fizzy drink but was sent coke instead. Very disappointed.

Pizza was pan base which was not specified and I paid extra £2 for stuffed crust which I did not get.

I placed my order for 23.30 I received a message from the shop to say my order will be with me around 23.20 my order didn't arrive until 23.45 so in insight not a happy customer I won't be using establishment again.

Called the shop to be told "5mins" after order was late, but stated delivered on just eat. Food has still not arrived.

Food was incredible as always, opted for something this time and it was delicious. Delivery time was amazing came 15 minutes before expected and all the food was hot. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be eating here again

Order was wrong ordered onion bhaji and got meat samosa, kabab was so greasy never experienced this before used for years come on sort it guys

Nice kebab however chicken meat was very very spicy, a little too much for me. Would have also preferred more salad and sauce. There was only a tiny bit of salad

donner and tikka mix kebab very nice. loads of chips in a portion. empire double chicken burger is huge. chicken is perfect. very pleased with orders from ali babas. always loads for the money. Best prices and quantity and is 100% quality food. 10/10

Food was freezing cold and forgot to give delivery driver the bottle of coke waited over an hour for nothing now nowhere else is open poor service this time don't think I'll use them again after being a repeat customer for awhile this is annoying

Roadworks are awful, but the delivery was on time. We waited a while which we were advised of when ordering, but it was definitely worth the wait. Plenty of salad and delicious. definitely will order again. chicken with peppers and onions and a chicken shish kebab. thanks

unfortunately the food was cold and the bread was poor. i have ordered from this place quite a few times and it has been good but the last time i ordered the food was stone cold, i chalked it up as a one off but then this order arrived cold and poor. all the food was cold. if someone is going to pack a cold can in the same bag as fries then clearly not interested in food arriving hot or even warm. the naan bread was like trying to tear and chew denim jeans. poor show!

I've never known my boyfriend not to eat something. But he didn't eat that... Disappointed. I know we ordered towards the end of the night but an establishments food should be held to a good standard regardless of what time it is.
