Best restaurant ever! Cheaper to eat here than to cook at home. I order 1 big plate for Xmas and everyone was very happy! The staff is very nice too! At every meal you get to eat in they give you free lint soup and naan bread. I recommend this restaurant with all my heart! I'm a loyal costumer sice I moved in Birmingham!

They do Nice Grill food . Specially lamb Tikka and Chicken Tikka. Parking can be issue .

Half of the order was missing and trying to tell them about it but the man in counter dosnt care about it and said you have to pay the full amount. Very disappointing with kind of service

Been there last night. I tried many Kurdish foods but here the foods was Disgusting. If you go there don’t look at the back of the restaurant . So dirty everywhere. They don’t know how to make Lamb kuzi, lamb shish and showerma at all

My favourite place for food in Birmingham! Generous portions, super tasty and flavourful, not too greasy, really soft fall apart lamb! Very good prices! You won’t leave hungry! I’ve eaten at much fancier places but food is better here! Plus love the hospitality and their complimentary yummy lentil soup as a starter. My favourite dish would be tashreeb or lamb shawarma wrap with the tabbouleh salad and pickles

Would not recommend this food establishment after finding out the practices they take at rear of shop. Completely disgusting! These people have no regards towards residents and think they can do as they please. They are bad for the community and think they are above the law.

Really slow service. Stingy portions and no fries until we asked for them as a meal. Won't be coming back. Your better off going next door to Hassans.

Great food, best prices, and clean facilities. What’s not to like about this place? 8 of us ate to the fill, and then some more. The bill was only around £10 per head. We’d have spent at least twice that in other similar places but often for inferior quality food.

Man's had me salivating, no lie. 🤤 They even hooked man up with a complimentary soup, which was okay, but knowing it was made from lentils made it extra sick. But the real star of the show was the food - it was beyond amazing, fam. 🍛 Big up to the staff, especially my guy with the curly hair who spoke Arabic and Kurdish fluently. He was mad smart and patient, and he even spoke to me like I was a real one. I send my daughter to buy some food and she come back with something completely different than the order she wanted . She was told to take this as it was cheaper that way . This isn’t the first time this happen !!! I m just rating a one star on the communication and how they should take the orders properly… The reason I have my order Not in bread is because I can’t eat it …. So why put my food on bread when we ask to have it a box The food is delicious so please don’t hesitate to go and have some !!!

Lovely taste. And generous portions. Regularly eat shawarma from here. They are more like Turkish and kurdish shawarma. Not like Syrian shawarma. They don't use tahini sauce in it. Instead use garlic mayo sauce. Not an authentic shawarma but gut a good meat warp I would say.

Good tasting authentic food and an authentic atmosphere!

As a chef for 30 years i have never came across better bread than in this place I had been to about 5 places who completely ignored me when i walked in the door This place asked me straight away what i would like and they were very attentive when i sat down The ignorance and disrespect that you get in many takeaways in Birmingham are usually Pakistani They spout about being religious but treat non muslims like dogs

Juicy tasty shawarma with fresh naan. Quick and friendly service. Always a table or 2 ready when we drop by. Lentil soup is divine!! Been there 8 times now this year and each time i look forward to it. Sad for the man who compained about being ignored. Theyre very attentive. I order by the grill, sit and eat, pay at the till after. I only speak English and had no trouble ordering

Not the best shawarma we have had. No flavour what so ever. Felt like left overs. Abit over priced too... however on a positive note the guy that served us was friendly. The shop inside could do with a clean.

Chicken sandwich £3 is good value for money. Very nice taste too. Restaurant are looks clean. Bin on every table is great idea. Only thing is I visited 8.30 pm on Friday and no chicken or lamb shwarma was left and I wanted to purchase 4 and fries so £20 could have been in Mr Alton's till but they ran out of mest. I buy from this place from time to time, recently I noticed that the man on the till charged me extra 5 pounds and insisted that he is aware of what I have ordered. Be careful I have been to another Kurdish place, I told them that I was charged 2 pounds extra, he just wanted to ignore me, but I insisted to take my money back, if you insist , they make you feel that you are the bad guy who doesn't want to pay the write price
