Great place for burger meals or pizza. Visit here every time Villa play an evening game. Staff are all friendly, good quality food and by far the cleanest place in the area to eat

Delicious *hot* pizza, burger, and kebab.. Despite being there at a busy time, our food was ready in less than 15 minutes. This is the cleanest restaurant I've been to in England! Guys were really nice and friendly.

Rude customer service, food was delivered just about, ordered multiple pizzas sauces spilled everywhere and the pizzas where in a heap in the corner and was just slop. Very appalling.

Ordered food for delivery, man was nice and helpful. Told 45-60mins. Then an hour later, get called to pick up my order. I state it's for delivery, they're confused, eventually realise and say he'll send it out now. I ask if it's now going to be cold. He assured me it's not. I again ask about it being cold, again reassured. Ages later,food turns up.. pizzas cold and soggy base. Hadn't noticed immediately or would have refused order. Ordered loads of time but really put off this time. Food is good food but can't be enjoyed when it's so cold. No answer first time calling store to inform and can't be bothered with having to chase them to inform them when they won't do anything now possibly anyway. Disappointed and dinner spoilt for my kids stuck at home with chickenpox.

I have been a loyal customer of Pizza Shack since 2016 and the quality has always been consistently excellent. The customer service is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly. My favorite pizzas are the Tandoori Delight and Shak's Special—they're simply delicious! I've been enjoying Pizza Shack's pizzas for 7 years now and the quality has never faltered. I highly recommend Pizza Shack for anyone looking for amazing pizzas in Birmingham.

Travelling back from London to Manchester stopped off for food easy off the motorway for us got 2 amazing pizzas loads of chips and a free cheese garlic bread with cold bottle of fizzy for £22 (can you beleive it) everything was perfectly fresh out of the oven onto our table served by well mannered respectable staff were not used to this kind of hospitality in our area and it goes a long long way, been here before and enjoyed it both times mosque around the corner aswel to pray and food served warm fresh friendly and at a great price 3 workings guys filled up to the brim, what more could Travelling Muslims ask for, Alhamdulillah. New premises was relaxed with a great vibe going on pleasant surroundings and pleasant Birmingham brothers as always, may ALLAH give you baraka in your health wealth and imaan JazakALLAH

Pizza smelled and tasted weird. The cheeseburger also had the same problem. Peri Peri burger was slimey 🤮. Got up at midnight with diarrhea and was going to bathroom till morning. The smell was horrendous!

As-salamu alaykum to everybody. The brother I spoke to on the phone today when I placed an order. He was really polite Ma sha Allah. I ordered a donnar burger 🍔 meal 1 coke can and cheese 🧀 and tomato 🍅 pizza 🍕 Ma sha Allah the food tasted nice and it was really clean. Pizza 🍕 Shack is one of the best takeaways in Birmingham to eat from Ma sha Allah. 😀😋☺️

Pizza shack is best in Birmingham. Best pizza's There's plenty to choose from and make sure you check the shack special on the menu. Service is relatively quick on collection Fantastic food, always piping hot when delivered aswell and staff are always polite and helpful I am regular now but trust me when I say this always hits the spot, toppings on pizza generously put on, never got my order wrong if you haven't already try it they don't disappoint, this time round I had a meat feast half shahi chicken tikka check my (pic) tell me if that is not appealing absolutely delicious you got to Experience the taste 5* from me keep it up guys

Pefect Pizza everytime. Fries are 10/10 better then maccys. Always fresh. They throw away cold fries to ensure quality, been seeing them do this for years. The only other place that I seen do this is maccys. Goes to show they really care about quaility. Great service. Highly Recommended

XL Vegetarian Pizza £11 Cheeseburger & Fries (not meal) £3.50 Chicken Tikka In Naan £4.50 Average pizza Good quality chesseburger was tender and perfectly cooked. Fries look anaemic in photo but actually tasted nice 👍 The Tikka was actually Chicken Doner. The Naan bread was soft and chicken was tender and full of flavour. They should increase the portion of Doner! The chilli sauce dips were OK but mayo dips smelled out of date. I would definitely go again if they increased the portion of chicken Doner in the naan!

Been ordering from here for a number of years, Pizza is one of the best, never had a bad experience. Today, with the order, a complementary box of medjool dates was included for start of Ramadan. Great gesture, Jazakallah Khair and Ramadan Kareem to all at Pizza Shack.

Had a free pizza delivered to me as part of their promotional offer. It was the chicken tandoori pizza. Driver was really friendly and pizza was delicious. Will definitely be ordering from them again. Jazakallah khairan for the nice gesture.

Hair in pizza a topping i never asked for

THIS PIZZA PLACE IS THE WORST EVER IN THE ENTIRE NATION!!! I HAD HAIR IN MY PIZZA AND THE MAANGER I REPEAT!!! THE MANAGER SAID IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. WHAT A DISGUSTING PLACE ITS NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN.

These guys made one of the best tandoori hot pizza in Birmingham, tried lately and I am disappointed to say they have changed ingredients and the tandoori hot pizza is not the same i struggled to finish 2 slices. Please bring back the old ingredients charge more but please don’t ruin a great pizza that you once had!

If I could give this place zero stars I would believe me I had an experience here. One which I will never forget. Ordered pizza from this place and we all ate but one of my family member was at work and ate after a few hours. Only to find hair inside the pizza!!!! It was disgusting, Ingrave inbetween the toppings and the base. I rang up and told them what we experienced and the customer service was shocking never heard anything like it. I wanted a refund because my family member was put off from eating and all I got as a response was we will send you another one when I clearly mentioned he is put off and doesn't want to have the pizza and all they said is we don't do refunds. Bad customer service never will i or the people I know will go here again. I spoke to the owner and he was questioning me like I rang 3 hours after I ordered but what has that got to do with me finding a long piece of hair in one of your pizza slices. Avoid if you don't want hair in your pizza as i never once got a apology from him aswell. I was that disappointed I even went down to the shop and still got the same response no apology what so ever and the worse thing about it is he said this isn't the first time it has happened like did you just say that these guys are running a business and don't care about any of there customers who spend there hard earned money. This is a massive health and safety issue we are dealing with here. I am very disappointed with this place and wanted to get my opinion across to others so they also can see the level of service you can expect from here. Appalling considering the owner himself is at the forefront of the shop and sets examples like this, can't imagine what happens behinds the scenes. As a Google reviewer I wanted to express my experience I had and this place, I will never be going here again.

The pizzas here are terrible. The CHEESE is terrible, it’s slimy and tastes like plastic. It didn’t taste like this when they first opened. Now just tastes like substitute cheese (Sickening). The rest of the food is actually really good, especially the mixed grill, burgers and fries etc. However would expect “Pizza Shack” to specialise in pizza.

By far the best Pizza's in Aston, Lozells, Perry Barr and Handsworth. Great service. Amazing Staff especially the Brother Called Abdul Rehman Gives me free dips all the time. And the best thing is that the Standard hasn't changed in the Last 15 years.

i loved the food theres no issue there. but one complaint is that twice ive come to collect food and the men behind the counter literally dont talk to you until for good 5 minutes. they need 1 person at front just specifically for taking walk in orders. A little customer service would be greatly appreciated. a thanks for your service. otherwise the food stayed nice and hot all the way to ward end 👍

My favourite place for pizza when ordering in, simply delicious each and every time. Always lovely and hot as are the fries. Excellent service, they are always on time. Granted sometimes they give mayo instead of extra sweet sauce, when we request they don't give any mayo, but other than that nothing even minutely negative to say.

Zero customer service, i orderd a pizza with some sides which never turned up. I called to ask about my side orders and they said they were out of stock, so why did they send the oder out and not even call to tell me that they had ran out of stock. Also they charged me the same price with half my order missing.

Some of the staff are very rude, don't know how to talk to customers, they try to save pennies but lose pounds , one thing I will say the actual owner is a brilliant person with good manners and knows customer service , just the staff need to learn that who are trying to ruin his business

I have been ordering Food from here since 2015 and i have to say the service is outstanding. Food always arrives on-time and of theres any delays the staff always ring me to ensure me that food will be arriving. The Food is always Hot when it arrives and taste great. I can't fault this place.
