My name is Sean and I went to this store it has an epic Kone Ecodisc lift and Kone travelators up to George, there is a McDonald's but I prefer the Asda Café, this store is big but not large as Asda Hayle ( the store I go in summer holidays) but the only thing causes to loose a star because of the disgusting horrible toilets I understand this store is in London, come on ASDA Wembley Replace the Toilets, other than the toilets this store is really nice and located near the tube station, there is a petrol station, and ramp up to store last visited 29th of December 2023 and 21st February 2024, Update 5th of January 2025 ,I updated this to 5 star, went in October, there were nice staff and nice sweets , i used the ep8c kone ecodisc lift I went the other day that was the 2nd of January 2025 I went to this store, I used the epic Kone Ecodisc lift, enjoying my time in the lift, and Asda, and going out in London, the food prices here at Asda got cheaper, I saw some really good bargains, like the multipack crisps of 6 packs for only £2.00 and 8 packs for £3.00 , I did not buy them, I bought a pack of lovely straw sweets and I filmed the lift and self checkout, really essential wheni go out London.

I'm unimpressed with Asda and it's staff! They have a machine that enables you to print pictures from your phone or and SD card but yet NONE of the staff know how to use it! I went in yesterday (6th November 2024) to use the machine and got a bit stuck and asked at the Customer Service desk if I could get some help using the machine and was told "no, we have nothing to do with the machine and all customers know how to use it"! I was astounded at the response and thought how STUPID it was! If the machine is in the vicinity where you work you SHOULD know how it operates!! Even the basics!!! So the machine is playing up and not taking my card so ME the paying customer cannot call on anybody because apparently no Asda staff have anything to do with a machine that is in their store!!! ASDA DO BETTER!!! Maybe send ALL your staff on actual Customer Service training so they can respond better when a customer needs help!!! I try NOT to shop at Asda Wembley simply because the Customer Service is below par!!!

Update !!! They renovate the toilets but didn't create some kind of window that the smell to go out , there is just a small air whole in the wall and that's it , if you clean it properly and have proper air refreshed the issue will go !!! So the disappointment is still there the problem is still not fixed!!! Horrible smell from the toilet 🚻 you can feel it immediately when you entry the shop. I been feeling disgusted 😕 and very disappointed because is like this for over a few months!!! You need to do something about it . I think i will start to do my general grocery shop from Asda Park Royal, they have 🚻 as well but they are managing the situation professionally. Please foud a solution , I been waiting in the queue to the farmacy as well and the smell was terrible!!!

Today 2 for £5 selected chocolates tins offer advertised and system was not working...many customers had to return wasting time and fuel. A few weeks ago, my phone was stolen in Asda. The security guards were very friendly and checked my cameras and told me to call the police because they had pictures of the person who took my phone. After 2 weeks, when I visited the store again, the security lady stopped me and told me that she stopped the person who took my phone and told him to bring it back. That person returned the phone and gave it to the lady from security . She kept it safe and returned it to me. You must be very brave to do something like this.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your courage and kindness. (Her name is Nalini)

A tree is known by its fruit. I had an encounter with the store manager there. He was tall Asian guy and my goodness wasn't he rude. If a manager can speak in that tune (rudely) then just imagine what staff will do. That kind of manager is a bad example for rest of the team. Asda should speak to staff members in that store and get the feedbacks about that guy.

I like the store because it is big. But the parking is not long enough. I got caught by a salesman at the door who offered me a change in energy supplier which I had been looking at recently. So had to talk to him for about 20-30 mins . (obviously wasn’t expecting that)but was handy. Then the queue to pay was about the same 20-30mins. HENCE, I’ve been issued with a parking ticket . I was there 2 hours.50mins. 2 hours is not long enough in a store that size. I’m not willing to pay for more parking when I spend enough as it is in the store. It’s a shame because it has a good varied amount of produce .

Yesterday I bought a pizza And asked them to baked . When I ate those pizza it's really rubbish..not proper topping and very disgusting in taste..After 2 hours me and my wife feeling stomach upset...Asda should closed pizza counter Moreover there is a pizza offer 2 pizza For £8... normally pizza price is £5 but 2 for £8 So i took 2 pizza from shelves and ask them to baked it..but when I gave them for baking they charged £5 per pizza + 0.40 pence for Oven. So I paid £10.80 rather than £8.80 . This is not fair when u bought a pizza from shelves which is under offer 2 for '8 .. they should charge £8 rather than £10 ..does notatter we tell them to bakes there or we baked at home.... Today 28/08/2024, i visited asda wembley park around at 19:30. I took a basket for shopping. and there is a 2 queue. 1 for basket and another for trolley shopping. Since so many years i always took a trolley and made my way to self check out and many times so many customers with basket, they were standing in trolley queue (With basket ). None of them asda staff told them to join queue with basket only. One of asda staff told me to join queue with basket. I AGREE HE WAS RIGHT - BUT RULES ARE ALWAYS SAME FOR EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMERS. I noticed all time. even so many times customer with basket standing in trolley queue in front of me. None of them asda staff told them to join a basket queue. I really disapponted. Hope ASDA APPLY SAME RULES FOR EVERY CUSTOMERS. 0 ☆ out of 5

I can confidently say this is the worst ASDA i have ever been to. Every time i have visited the store is messy, with trolleys left in the middle of the aisles. Not only is this a health and safety concern, it's also the lack of awareness by the staff who continue to stock the shelves, disinterested if customers are blocked. Staff on the whole are unprofessional. In the latest (and last) visit, customers queued for over 40 minutes at the till. Other customers began to complain and staff looked on and continued to fill shelves. On top of this, the ASDA bakery donuts we bought were supposed to be chocolate and they were a mix of no filling, chocolate and custard. Again thankfully we had no allergies. This store is at the precipice of a serious disaster.

This is an edit of my review 9 years ago that popped up. This shop has lost 4-5 stars since then. We picked up 12 rolls of Andrex paper for £9.75 from the shelf and when we scanned it, it totted up as £11.75. As always is the case with the store we had no apology from the supervisor that was called by the self check out person. This was our main shopping store when it opened some 20 odd years ago. Sadly it now seems to get everything wrong. Poor management from HQ down I guess.

We parked here for a concert, used Asda, used McDonald’s, the staff and signage said customers get 2 hours free parking but stated if you wish to stay longer you can pay online. We paid for 4 hours parking, and presumably get 2 hours free as we are customers, apparently not. Sent a fine for overstaying, they also have a weird system of security where you can’t actually get out of the store unless you buy something. Presumably so many people are getting fed up with these scam parking companies that they’re taking matters into their own hands and robbing the place. I don’t blame them. Clown world.

I recently visited Asda and was very impressed with their frozen fish section. The selection of products, especially the Birds Eye battered cod and breaded haddock, was fantastic. At just £4.25, the pricing is very reasonable and offers great value for the quality. The store was well-organized and the frozen items were neatly arranged, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The labels and pricing were clear, which made my shopping experience smooth and efficient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend Asda for their great selection of frozen fish products!

Asda’s female asian security guard was being very disrespectful and it’s not the first time i’ve been told of this . I went to get pens for leavers day and a few friends came too, some was getting glitter for their shirts, food for a picnic that is being had etc, however we was kicked out??? We was not being loud or disruptive otherwise i’d understand but the security guard came and said for us to leave and then she explained that no students are allowed. Which is understandable however unfair, even so we went to walk out through the self check out and she decided to start screaming and shouting after us causing a scene when we was leaving. We cannot go through the other doors because it doesn’t open our way so we had to go the other way however she started yelling and even mentioned that WE ( a black group of children) called her racist. If anything it would’ve been the other way around. I responded to her telling her that we are leaving no need to be shouting and she said “oh just get out” to which i responded “what is ur problem?” this is then when she started recording with her camera and putting it in my face as if she hadn’t been antagonising us when we was leaving as she demanded. Asda needs to sort out this security guard and she is constantly seen shouting at students. There is a right way to handle situations and then there is here way.

If I could give no stars I would. I have witnessed derogatory behaviour by many members of staff towards brown people, Muslim women or anyone who doesn’t fit a profile that they like. I have been spoken down to treated like an idiot and made to feel worthless by staff on countless occasions. There is only one lady who works there that is amazing. When I get her name she will have my full praises to the general manager. It isn’t nice to identify those who work there but it is generally the same people that you see on the self scan and scan and go that shouldn’t be working there. There is a definite culture of rudeness at this branch as I even witnessed two members of staff in uniform being rude on the shop floor to a manager(shirt and trousers). I mean, it just goes to show that customer facing operatives cannot even behave appropriately with their own colleagues. How can there be hope for us as customers. Please ASDA can you hire those who actually care about being nice to humans and not human robots with a bad attitude?

Very slow service at the cash register and a lot of things in the fridge after the expiry date, not one day but even several days after. Check the dates. To this day, Friday, May 17, I say it's a total shame. Friday evening, queues of 10-15 people, two cash registers open, the question whether they will open the next cash register is not possible. I would give 0 if that was possible. To start with me and my wife always go for smartshop. Only this time for scan as you go section to be closed and you need to queue at the trolley shop. When another customer in front asked if he can go to the smart scan to pay and go, the staff at the trolley shop self checkouts shouted ‘you can do that here as well’. So me thinking whats the point of having a smart device thing if you still need to wait in the queue. Anyway, now we got to the screen to pay and now it asks for a shopping check that staff need to do. Waiting for 10 mins we ask another staff member to check our shopping on they’re devices. She rudely replied with a grumpy face, ‘pointed towards her colleague that she will sort that out. Once that was done I paid and asked to talk to a manager as the service is dispicable, unprofessional, rude disrespectful and unfair. The shift manager came, cant remember her name, asian healthy looking, name began with V on her name badge. She didn’t even apologise, sticking her ego in and not even listening to my concerns. As a manager, her English language was just par. ASDA WHY DO YOU HAVE MANAGERS LIKE HER AND STAFF LIKE THIS? Train your staff to speak respectfully and listen with ears.

If there was an option to put zero I would. I visited Asda Wembley Park with a few classmates ( mind you we are all 14 and of colour) we go to the French school Winston Churchill. After school, we went to Asda for a snack. Unaware that there were certain hours when our school was not allowed. Despite entering without any staff informing us of this policy, while paying at the till, we were abruptly shouted at by a staff member named Nalini. Her tone and behavior were shockingly rude as she shouted at us to leave the store. This treatment left us feeling deeply unsettled and disrespected though we were paying customers, they had seen we did nothing wrong. What added to our dismay was witnessing another group of students from our school, in uniform that were Caucasian being allowed to enter without any issue. On the other hand when we were paying we were shouted at and treated with no respect. While it's distressing to consider, the only explanation for disgusting treatment seems to be racial discrimination. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted to experience such discrimination, especially in a place that should be inclusive and welcoming to all customers, regardless of their ethnicity or background. I’m in disbelief that this still happens, it’s the 21st century for crying out loud. It’s scary that still happens in this day and age this is some peoples realities.

This is my local shop and it's generally well stocked and has a McDs but why won't you do anything about the people roaming around the car park and loitering outside harassing people for money and stalking them for their £1 coins for the trolleys. It doesn't feel comfortable and I'm always on alert waiting for the next one to knock on the car window. Do you get police involved? It started off with 1 person now it's several. Very Bad Experience!!! Never ever buy a GIFT CARD from asda!!!! I have paid £50 for two £25 )Asda gift cards and I give to my friends. Unfortunately card wasn't activated, online ustomer service said that it should be two receipes to each card I have come back to asda with receipe and head manager said that is only one receipe and she wasn't bothered to resolve problem. Absolutely awful delivery service. If I could give 0 stars I would. After ordering a grocery delivery the delivery driver made me feel very uncomfortable by asking questions about what and where I work and if I was married or single. After telling him that I was in a relationship he continued to push on it. Because of this I haven't cross checked my order (as I wanted to get away from him as fast as possible) and only realised after he left that he gave me half my stuff and a crate with something that I didn't order. After complaining and asking for a refund I was declined TWICE! The second time I been told that I have received my groceries and that's why I won't get the refund. While I'm 1000% didn't get them. I'm appalled by the customer service of this place basically calling me a liar and standing on the side of their employees that made a customer feel incredibly uncomfortable. Disgusting ASDA - you can do better.

My recent experience at Asda Superstore left me extremely disappointed and anxious due to the bullying, rude and unwelcoming treatment we received, this was in particularly from a few of the staff. The aggressive behaviour of this staff member named Nalini (security guard). Somehow he believes he owns ASDA. I went to ASDA to collect my prescription and my family came in later as I was carrying a large rucksack, and my son took it to the car for me in order for me to continue shopping. On his way back in the store, he was stopped and held by the security guard and asked why he returned to the store so soon after leaving. My son shrugged and pulled his arm away. The security guard continue to follow my son. This then escalated where other Asda staff joined in to which Nalini explained that he was assaulted by my son. This was a blatant lie, my son continued to protest his innocence. I asked Nalini, the security guard to show me the video, which he agreed to, at first but then changed his mind because my son was looking in from outside the store. During this time Nalini was accompanied by Julie another staff member, he then told me that he will not show me the video again and when I asked the reason he told me it was due to Data Protection. When I expressed my surprise and dissatisfaction at his rationale for not showing the video he then went on to tell my son to leave the store and that he would call the police. It is obvious that he was lying that he was assaulted by my son. The only staff member who showed any courtesy was Ammas. Ammas tried to diffuse the situation, but Nalini was being supported by Julie and another female security person. I asked if I am being barred from the store but was told that I could continue to shop but without my son, and that he should leave the store and go and sit in the car, considering that he was paying for the shopping. In the end I was told to continue to shop but my son had to leave the store. Clearly, there has been some miscommunication between my son and the security guard but at least we should have been shown the video considering Nalini was accusing my son of assault. During the confrontation I was approached by some member of the public that informed me that Nalini often profiles matched/target Black male who comes into the store. When I mentioned this to him Nalini he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying that I should not come to him with this and that I should leave the store. I am aware that employee is faced with irate customers, but they should have basic training as to how to deal with and deescalate situation, they are in a front facing position. His attitude and mannerism are not right for the position he has. I hope Asda addresses this issue and ensures that all staff members treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. My shopping experience was marred by this encounter considering Asda is my local store. From now on I will be looking at my options in terms shopping. I do hope others do not have to endure similar treatment.

Her lack of professionalism and outright rudeness was shocking. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and clear guidelines. If trolley bags are not allowed, this should be prominently displayed at the entrance or communicated in a more respectful manner, not through condescending remarks. I hope Asda addresses this issue and ensures that all staff members treat customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve. My shopping experience was marred by this encounter, and I hope others do not have to endure similar treatment.

Huge Asda, well presented and stocked with food and home section - I didn't visit the clothing area but managed to find everything I needed this trip. Staff are very friendly and attentive, asked a few members of staff for help in various locations of the shop and they were all very helpful and took their time to resolve any questions or issues I had - this is what has prompted me to write this review so a big thank you to the staff for a pleasant shopping experience.

Possibly the messiest supermarket I’ve ever been too. Went in the evening after work and staff were restocking shelves and I’ve never seen anything like it. I wish I’d taken photos because it was horrendous, some isles were inaccessible as the food deliveries had been thrown across the floor in messy piles. Unhygienic to have food on the floor in the first place but this was happening in every isle, blocking many shelves and preventing customers buying what they wanted to buy. Delivery cages also blocking several popular items. Cages towards the back of the store near the bakery looked completely unsafe and overfilled and were heavily leaning towards customers. A major accident waiting to happen. Also noticed an unbelievable amount of items out of date. Most only 2-3 days but spotted a couple which were over 1 week out of date. Do better.

Terrible went today, Friday at 10:30 and staff closed off self checkouts and only had trolley self checkouts open. The cue was so long I was there for 15 minutes, a young Asian boy then laughed to his colleague saying “I ain’t doing nothing…. I closed checkout early”. Which annoyed a few customers including myself. A lovely muslim lady then came around and opened self checkouts on her own. No one helped her. She done an amazing job. I’d recommend an instigation take place on how staff closes the store because it seems like some are being paid for nothing. Update (2024) : THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE! Most staff can’t speak proper English. They haven’t solved the issue of staff closing early too.

Zain a ‘duty manager’ was incredibly rude to myself and my husband, screaming at us down an aisle because we put something in the wrong place. Am I insane or is that not their job? It seemed to me that the 5ft fellow was really projecting and experiencing short man syndrome. Retrain your staff on customer service.

Avoid Asda Wembley unless you want to be treated like a thief even if staff have seen you pay for items. We complained to a manager called Pratixa, who was rude and isn't interested in listening. The customer services manager has since told us that staff have been offered training, yet Pratixa was still very rude when we called just now. Managers don't seem to care about keeping customers. Very disappointed with how poor Asda's customer services have become. All other stores treat paying customers with respect. Not sure if the CEO is aware that customers being treated in this manner. Writing after response from store: I'm not satisfied with the reply. You were not in my shoes. I will be taking this further.

My daughter and I went to do some shopping and on the way out a boy thet was handing out bags yelled out, 'Stop him!', creating as scene. The security called out for me to stop and were demanding to see my receipt as they thought I stole the shopping that I PAID for due to my skin colour. Firstly, both buzzers did NOT go off and secondly I ALWAYS take a receipt. I have been coming here for years and it is not the first time this has happened but this was the last straw. I showed them the receipt and yet they still provoked us without any evidence. In my opinion, if you are a person of colour I would advise you not to shop here as there is evident racism and poor customer service. And unless you love being harassed you will be welcome with open arms.

Maybe we got unlucky, but we went on our one and only shop to this Asda and within an hour my fiance had been walked into several times like she wasn't there. One little brat tried to help himself to the contents of our trolley. Screaming children running through the isles with oblivious parents. The people at this place are the trashiest bunch I've ever seen in a supermarket.

Older security Lady at front of Asda who wears red lipstick, is very rude, she told my brother to get out the store without a reason. This is out of order considering my brother has a mental illness, and you are judging him because of this. Terrible! You have certain people in the store that are not mentally stable, 1 person in particular has shouted abuse at my family member, and you don't do anything about it. You have these people in your store but you ban them from coming in your store and cant give the person a good reason why, Doesn't make sense and it ain't fair. Very unprofessional, this store will be losing loyal customers.

I only went in to use the toilet, to find that there was a missing button for the flush, unclean as there was an empty miniature bottle of Bicardi vodka left on the sink. Generally untidy and unpleasant. As well as a narrow corridor for everyone.

I enjoy Asda stores post midnight. Hardly any customers, easy quick shop even if a large weekly one! But most importantly, I know it maybe deemed antisocial but shopping in peace n quiet is 100% better. Although unfortunately there are branches of Asda that I would never recommend going to post midnight and that's Park Royal. If you've been there you will understand!!! But Wembley, very handy and vfm.
