Tibor was so so lovely and attentive, so friendly and chatty and we got through so many rounds of bottomless drinks with such fast service!!

Went for the unlimited tapas (have to leave by 90mins). a bit scandalous u can only order 5 tapas at a time for a table of 3. Surely 2 tapas per person is a more suitable number. The food itself was decent but due to the limited number of tapas allowed to order, u are waiting most of the time for waitress to clear the plates and take in new orders. Worst, of all, they had run out of Churros at 1.00pm? They only opened at 12pm on a Sunday!!! Not acceptable at all considering my son was really looking forward to the Churros. They offered ice cream as a substitute, 1 scoop! Pretty poor. Not impressed.

Food was bland and most of the things were not available on the menu. Would not go again. Staff were friendly but they can't provide food that was not available. Very disappointed and would not go again.

Leo, Jorge and Paul were AMAZING hosts. I came here with my girls for my friends birthday and we had the best time. The waiters are really what make this restaurant amazing and because of them we had the best time. The food was delicious, the drinks were even better!! Everything came so fast and we managed to squeeze so much fun into our bottemless brunch. Thank you SO much Leo, Jorge and Paul!!!!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I am not so keen on the service. The place was quite empty but I had to wait for a while to get seated as the person who was in charge was deep in looking at his phone at the corner. The lady that serves the bar saw me but looked away so I had to wait. The whole place has all doors opened so the air conditioning was on full powered, so unsustainable and made the dinning uncomfortable as I was so cold. I could not sit outside as you had to use the phone to order if you sat outside. By the way, the bar code does not work to order on the app in the first place. It was painful to order my food as it also took a while as the same person was having a chat with th lady at the bar. They also do not have the on-spicy sauce for the chicken. The waiter said that it should have been removed from the menu, but it means that there is no Non-spicy option. It also took a while to get the bill. It is really a shame that the chicken itself was really well cooked. However, I will not be back because of the service. The place was so empty that I do not see why they cannot serve people outside and had to order with a bar code that does not work.

Had a great time, good was really nice and the cocktails were quick.

Pre concert dinner, restaurant was busy but the food came out pretty fast. Found the price for the main meal a bit too high , a plate of rice and curry at £17 ,it’s a bit of a rip off and the starters in the smaller side but then this is London.

Fadi bought the joy and the enthusiasm: an excellent host! Very well priced and good quality. Cocktails always 2for1: an excellent choice and a very safe bet for a great evening.

Have been here many times and continue to return. Great atmosphere, great drinks, great service, special thanks to Fadi an amazing server! It’s a very good place to come with kids/teenagers. My only issue would be to have more veggie options.

Had a lovely afternoon lunch here, main waiter Tibor was excellent in seating us and helping us with meals, even managed to sell us a bottle of Brazilian alcohol cachca!😀 Tx to Tibor we had an excellent lunch and would be very happy to go back again.

I was very disappointed with the grill option- it cost £29 and there was barely any meat, most of the plate was full with rice and chips, neither of which is that expensive.

I'm a returning customer to this place, and is time for my review now. My favourite waiter is Jozsef he is the best one. Always on point know what I like and gets the party going. If someone goes there ask to be in his section! Food is good, drinks are spot on . Always a nice treat after a busy day or an event.

Paul the boss was so lovely he recommended a drink that me and my friends should try and let the bartender Ben make it for us free of charge. Honestly they are both so thoughtful and lovely. Paul was very engaging and so polite with his interactions and i am grateful. Ben the bartender was lovely for making us these cocktails. I definitely recommend. Service 10/10 honestly!! I recently dined at Las Iguanas in the O2 for bottomless brunch, and our experience was made exceptional thanks to our waiter, Joseph. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Joseph went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering great recommendations on both food and drinks, and was always quick with a smile and a helpful suggestion. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he made sure each of our dishes arrived perfectly and on time. Joseph’s energy and positivity truly added to the whole vibe of our meal, making it a memorable experience. Huge thanks to Joseph and the team at Las Iguanas O2—can't wait to come back!

It smelt like urine when I first entered. The brioche bun was soggy, chicken overcooked and dry, drizzled in bbq sauce something? The salad on the side was smothered in vinegar. Haven’t ever been fussy with food, but paying that price ain’t worth it. The staff were nice though👍🏼

Never have I ever felt so financially violated. I'm sure my debit card needs medical attention £6.50 for a beer not terrible BUT you don't go to the bar, you use an app so your details can be sold. Then they bring the drink to you and charge you £1.80 or something for service charge.....per round. I would prefer to save the money and just order the beer at the bar myself. I had a mixed grill.....£28. It was quite clearly taken out of a packet and heated up under the grill or something. I really don't think it was anywhere near worth that much. It didn't really have a freshly grilled taste to it. It really was like the "kebabs" very small were just whacked on a skewer and maybe heated in an oven. The staff were very good though. Polite and professional.

Was very surprised at how good the service is given how busy it was. Our order came out quick and was hot and tasty too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If you’re at the o2 and enjoy Mexican food would highly recommend this place.

Great service. From the beginning to the end I could not fault anything with our visit. We ordered the bottomless brunch and throughout our 2 hours we were served so quickly. Although the food was an afterthought it was great. The drinks however were fantastic. If you are going to see a show at the O2 definitely get to las iguanas early for the bottomless brunch because the staff are amazing and you will have a great time.

Muy descontento con nuestra visita. Reservamos una mesa para 2 ya que esperaba que estuviera ocupado debido al espectáculo al que asistíamos. Sin siquiera comprobar mi reserva me dijeron por el anfitrión, no estoy seguro de tener una mesa para 2 . Luego sopló y sopló e hizo un gran espectáculo de mover una mesa de 4 en una mesa de 2. Nos sentó y nos dio un menú y el libro de alérgenos como le dije mi hija tiene alergias alimentarias. No se le ofreció el vaso pequeño de limón que todos los demás recibieron. Me acaban de quitar las gafas. Tuvimos que esperar siglos para ordenar, a pesar de que la pareja que se sentó a nuestro lado obviamente había entrado después de nosotros, se les ofreció bebidas inmediatamente. Finalmente fue servido por el anfitrión que nos había sentado, ordenó nuestra comida, y le pregunté si podía pagar por una porción de queso rallado vegano para que mi hija tuviera en su pasta de tomate. Dijo que no, que el queso vegano es solo para comida horneada. Le pregunté si podríamos tomar una porción del queso que usarían en la pizza vegana, ya que seguramente estaba rallado. Tengo una mano en la cara y un no, comida horneada sólo con una voz muy monótona. Cuando se alejó de tomar nuestro pedido, tuve que preguntar si podríamos pedir algunas bebidas, ya que no nos habían ofrecido ninguna en ningún momento. La comida era muy agradable, excepto que pedí la cebolla caramelizada para ir con el entrante de fondue de queso y se le dio mermelada de chile. No pedí cambiarlo ya que estaba harta de ser ignorada en ese momento. Cuando recibí la factura intenté usar mi tarjeta de sabor, solo para que me dijeran, no en noches de espectáculo. Saqué a colación mis términos y condiciones para mostrar que no dice nada sobre eso y el servidor tuvo que ir a consultar con el gerente. Volvió y dijo que no, no puedo soportarlo. De nuevo, mostré mis términos y condiciones demostrando que esto no se mostró. Tuve que consultar con el gerente de nuevo. Volvió para preguntar si podía tomar una foto de mis términos y condiciones para mostrar al gerente. No estoy seguro de por qué el gerente no pudo venir y lidiar con eso ellos mismos. Eventualmente regresó y me ofreció un descuento diferente para cubrir el problema de la tarjeta gustativa diciendo que tendría que enviar un correo electrónico a la tarjeta gustativa sobre esto ahora. Me sentí muy infravalorado como clientes y definitivamente no volveré atrás.
