Frankie & Benny's in Greenwich

Booked in advance for a birthday meal as our original plan fell through. It was a huge disappointment from the beginning. We had requested in booking if we could be seated in a quiet corner or booth as we had autistic members of the group. To our dismay we was placed in a booth right by the entrance. The restaurant was not busy and so our request couldve been granted. So not only were we continually disturbed by other customers entering and exiting the restaurant, there was a sharp breeze through the door being opened and at times held open by customers. Starters were prompt and warm but that was the only good thing. Main courses came straight after we finished the starters but the person who's birthday it was must have had his cooked a while before it was received and was barely warm. He tried to eat it but by the time he'd eaten about a quarter of it, it was stone cold. We politely informed the server and she immediately offered a fresh one. But as most of us had nearly finished he didn't want to sit there eating with the rest of us already finished. So we asked for the bill, which we did have to ask for twice. The restaurant didn't charge us for the cold dish which I was grateful for. The music was so loud we had to ask the server to repeat herself a few times and ruined the ambience. We decided not to stay for desert as the group member who the meal was for had, had enough at that point and wanted to go. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Our server Sam was amazing, kind and friendly. She made us lovely non-alcoholic cocktails. Provided a speedy service. In addition, to providing hot water for my infant. And ensured that the table was catered for.

Had a really lovely family meal, 4 kids and 4 adults. Excellent service. There was a small issue with a chicken burger but this was dealt with and handled beautifully and caused no issue to our experience. Really clean and friendly place. Ideal for a group meal. Thank you !

Our sever was fantastic, she was on point our entire time there, everytime she see our drinks was running low she asked us if we wanted more refreshments, constantly asking if we was ok and happy, restaurant was lovely and clean, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the cocktails, well i need to say no more, (our server) she is an absolute credit to your team, sorry i couldn't remember her name, but what a fantastic girl she is, we gave her a £10 tip for her outstanding hospitality, well done young lady and keep up the good work

We arrived no table available but the manager took us to the party area so we could make our booked slot. She was amazing and her team were amazing we had such fun and they were apart of the reason that team should be given a prize or something. They handled the evening really well. And the banter we had was wicked with them they all come and spoke to us to ensure we were having a good meal. Would really like the team to know that.

Vino para una parada rápida después de las compras de Navidad. Mel y Marianna eran increíbles! Nos reímos con ellos y el ambiente era genial. ¡Ambos no pudieron hacer lo suficiente por nosotros y son un mérito para el equipo! No habíamos estado antes, pero definitivamente volvemos solo para ellos!

Great food, great place and very friendly staff especially Mel who makes sure all customers are served and well looked after ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Came for a quick stop off after Xmas shopping. Mel and marianna were amazing! We had a laugh with them and the atmosphere was great. They both couldn’t do enough for us and are a credit to the team! We hadn’t been before but we definitely go back just for them!

The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is enjoyable, making for a great experience. However, during busy times, they may not provide the same level of politeness.

Took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday, food was lovely and served quickly. Unfortunately My daughter spilt her drink and this was replaced by the manager, which was a lovely gesture. Will definitely visit again

2023 Got served by Roxy and she was an absolute star! Food came at good speed was all hot and delicious! 10/10 1oct 24! We came back! And it was somehow better! Staff were so attentive and so kind. Mel you are a ray of light please never change. Mel gave some of the best service I have ever received in any establishment ever. Mel for prime minister. My mum is in a wheelchair and the staff were so accommodating. The bathroom In the ladies has a lower sink and mirror as well as a sparkly toilet seat which was exclusively in the disabled toilet which makes me laugh.

Consistent love the food but as I have allergies its difficult to know what's in anything from the menu.

The service is very slow. There are 20 tables and 1 waiter. We even waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Staff needs to be recruited. I think the company is being stingy and trying to do more work with less staff, but it is not successful. If you're going hungry, expect to wait at least 30 minutes. This service and quality is not worth these prices. I felt sorry for the staff working inside. It is a pity that the business is so expensive, earns so much, employs only a small number of staff, and they are so tired. Ny chips is very nice 5p Pie 2.5p Pizza 2.5p

Maybe only if you are very hungry and don't have any other option. But .. I am not recommending it . The prices are way to high for what it is . And food is .. ok ...ish ...

Después de encontrar el Banksy y la barrera del Támesis en un paseo en bicicleta a lo largo de la Senda del Támesis en Charlton, tomé la ruta ciclista a lo largo de la carretera de regreso al centro de Greenwich y el Royal Park. Este restaurante es una buena parada en boxes. Tomé un batido Oreo, un producto de color gris malvado pero con un sabor excelente. Mi primer Oreo .. típicamente de estilo americano con latigazos de crema.

Our server Denisa is an amazing server! She makes sure the tables are ok and she is really fast and trying her best to make sure everyone is served. We asked for recommendations and she was spot on! I gave 3 stars for atmosphere just because the place got really busy and unfortunately it got too much for the 2 servers working, considering the fact that they were making drinks and sitting people down as well. I honestly believe that the business could have made a few extra hundreds if the place had at least one more staff to help

Family-friendly restaurant designed in the style of an American diner. Italian/American cuisine. Small card, which I personally like very much. High quality products. Very friendly staff. I thought the question about allergies was great.

Was quiet and really chilled - Karel our server was lovely and really helpful.

The day we went, they only had 2 members of staff. The lady and the bar man did the best they could, with serving and making sure everyone was okay. The food was good and so were the drinks. Hats off to the waitress and bar man for managing by themselves. My mum loved the hot chocolate, and I love how they have milk alternatives. Mocktails nice too.

Something has changed, maybe new chefs I'm not sure. I ordered the barbecue chicken burger which is something I have regularly and it was horrible. I had to eat with a knife and fork there was so much sauce it would not stay in the bun and the chicken was disgusting tbh. Really disappointed, as this is our go to restaurant when we fancy a burger nite treat

We had dinner here in Bugbsy Way restaurant. we both had the chicken bbq wings which were delicious I had the lasagna which had an amazing taste!! and the salad and I finished off with apple pie with custard and ice cream Jo our waitress was absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly Would 💯 recommend visiting as you won’t be disappointed

Asked for no bacon. You delivered bacon. Asked for coleslaw separate. You put the coleslaw in the box with the ribs and I had hot coleslaw by the time it was delivered

What I will say is I attended this venue with family. The service was excellent and caters large groups etc.. My personal view is if you want pizza go to a pizza place and if you want a steak go to a steak house.

Food was NOT good st all! F&B isn't what it used to be, half the menu gone. Food quality totally changed. Won't be going back, upside was kids meals were free! And waitress was absolutely lovely.

I ordered ribs corn and fries and my fries were unedible usually they are 5 stars but I was so shocked that they had a moron who robbed me of fresh fries in the building working

Fantastic restaurant I have 2 children with dairy allergies there was something on the menu for both of them to enjoy even dessert our server Toby was fantastic.

Good food but absolutely brilliant service. Went here as the kids love the booths and colouring etc. They loved it.

Honestly one of the best meals I have had in a long while. Our server lady was amazingly good fun, food was nice, but the value of frankie and bennies was really impressive, 4 cocktails and 2x 2 courses came to £50 - which I thought was a bargain.

This is a great spot! Service was great and so was the food. It was also not too expensive. There was a wide variety of options to pick from for food, drinks, and dessert. Frankie and Benny’s is a place for everyone!

If I could select all I would’ve! From being greeted at the door to the impeccable service I received from Melanie, she made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me to choose from the breakfast menu before they moved to lunch! The hot chocolate was so yummy!
