Estaba jugando bolos por Bethnal Green Road en dirección al mercado de ladrillos, y tropezó con este lugar, se quedó boquiabierto de lo bueno que era, tuvo que esperar a estar sentado, tal es su popularidad, pero vale la pena la espera, el personal es amable y trabaja Sus calcetines apagados, tan contento de que ahora soy una especie de regular y llegar allí cuando estoy en la mansión créeme, te encantará este desayuno, café recién exprimido jugo de naranja o té de su elección y el desayuno servido con productos de primera calidad, por el personal amable feliz, fantástico 😊

Este tiene que ser el mejor desayuno del este de Londres. Delicioso desayuno con ingredientes de primera calidad. Jugo de naranja recién exprimido y encantador chocolate caliente. servicio excepcional. Vale la pena visitarlo 🙂

El mejor café de la zona. La comida siempre es increíble, a un precio razonable, y con una amplia variedad. Atienden a dietas estrictas, opciones saludables, e incluso ofrecen una mezcla de dulce y salado si no puede decidir! No he experimentado mejor personal en ningún lugar y encuentro el ambiente que crean para ser tan acogedor. Son profesionales, amables y cálidos. No puedo recomendar este café lo suficiente a cualquiera que tenga hambre y en la zona.

Fue increíble el mejor brunch en ldn no cap. La ubicación es genial, el personal es tan dulce y muy tranquilo. Lo recomendaría al 1000 %

Absolutely adore this spot - such warm hospitality and delicious food. Service is quick and the team take such good care of you, it feels like visiting family every time. We order the same dishes pretty much without fail, but keen to explore the menu as everything that comes out of the kitchen looks great. The owners are so lovely and the dishes well thought out and prepared, I would thoroughly recommend

Visited Bethnal Green with family today and went to this cafe for the first time. The staff and service were superb. The orders were taken with no pressure from the owner and the food delivered quickly and efficiently by the waitress in good time. The food was superb, all 5 orders were tasty, especially the egg Benedict. The bacon was a good quality and the eggs cooked perfectly. I cannot compliment the staff enough who catered for my elderly in laws with patience and care despite the cafe being very busy. Thank you to all the staff who made our visit to the area from Suffolk very enjoyable 😎👍😉

Fantastic service and out of this world brunch - and plenty of it. Left so full, but couldn’t stop eating. We chose the avocado, eggs and chorizo and the French toast with berry compote. Looked beautiful on the plate and tasted even better. Chorizo was soft and spicy, and I swear there were about three avocados smashed under perfectly cooked poached eggs. Linzis brioche French toast was melt in the mouth & the fruit was a sharp counterpoint to the sweetness of the bread. Loved our freshly blended juices too. Really good value for money, friendly attentive staff and lovely fresh decor. Highly recommended. Thank you

The traditional English breakfast is absolutely amazing !! The service is also 5 star. Me and my husband moved out of London and visit Astro cafe every time we are in London

The food was absolutely amazing. Our group had the Greek omelette, avocado toast, pancakes, and French toast and it was all delicious. The best French toast & pancakes we’ve ever had.

Very cozy and nice place with lovely service. The coffee was really good. The only thing for improvement would be beef burger. The cheese and vegetable combo is great, but the minced beef was overcooked for my taste.

The owners were very welcoming and the food was delicious. We took away some lovely pastries for the next morning when we have an early morning tour.

Firstly, the food is absolutely amazing, could not fault one bit. Great interior and atmosphere. I was slightly confused over the price of the veggie breakfast however. The full (meat) English was £13.95 and included a coffee and a glass of orange juice, the veggie full English is also £13.95, but doesn’t include a coffee or glass of OJ. Not to mention the fact that meat ingredients are more expensive than veggie ingredients… the only extras on the veggie breakfast were spinach, halloumi and avocado, which are not the same price as sausages and bacon. It just seems like a massive oversight and doesn’t appear to be very vegetarian friendly. The price of the meal shout equate to the value of the produce included, and if you’re going to provide 2 free drinks for the meat full English, do the same for the veggie! Because of this, I wouldn’t go back. Which is a shame as the food is incredible and service was fab.

We had some Turkish breakfast and eggs florentine. They were accommodating for halal options which was very nice of them. Everything tasted well! Portions were quite big as well we couldn't finish the whole plates.

I come here all the time and can highly recommend the breakfast dishes, panini, pastries, coffee… everything really! I live just along the road and while there are several great cafes on Bethnal Green road this is definitely my favourite. Great food at very reasonable prices and the staff are so friendly! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

First time in this part of London, staying in a hotel - decided to explore the local area over the regular hotel buffet breakfast. What a find ! wish I had this on my doorstep, Very friendly busy cafe, fab food, great value. Sunday morning life saver breakfast . Will defo make a detour when nearby in the future. Recommended.

Twice I visited this cafe to meet with family, would not be my choice! Far too noisy, very crowded customers practically sitting elbow to elbow. Also felt rushed when ordering as it was so busy. I didn’t like the idea of having to pass a busy working kitchen, where chefs are working hard, to pass to go to the toilet! Fantastic food, but not worth the headache ..

We stumbled upon this cafe by chance and ordered the vegetarian breakfast and the halal astro option. Hands down the best breakfast we've had in London since we moved here in June 2023. The lady serving us was friendly and helpful, the coffee was great, and the croissants and the hot breakfast - wow. The quality of the food and the presentation were exceptional; not a greasy spoon. Honestly, we couldn't believe our luck. I also love the small bowl of fruit they gave with the breakfast set. We can't praise this place enough and will be coming here again!

We had the full English. Nicest meal we've had in 3 days of London. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked and the attention to detail and customer service was wonderful. Highly recommended!

Was heading for another cafe, which was totally full, so stopped off here for breakfast. Absolutely superb. Really great breakfast, fast friendly service. And well priced (for London) at about £13.50 for full English, fresh orange juice and proper coffee. Great cafe. Thoroughly recommended.

Having brunch as I type and I couldn't wait to write a review. The best cafe in the area. The food is excellent. They use high quality products and very well cooked and prepared. I had the avocado, poached eggs and chorizo. Eggs were poached to perfection. Served with an additional side of green salad with cucumber tomatoes and pepper. Many other options of eggs, pancakes, full English, salads, grills, veggie options. Excellent coffee choice. Friendly and genuine service. Why going for big chain cafes when you've independent gems like this one.

The best food! Best quality of product, all was fresh! Very good prices. Friendly staff. They make us fill like home and comfortable! I recommend it definitely!

…which you might think isn’t saying all that. But wait! These guys are setting the bar way high. The best flat white in town (trust me, I’m a flat white man) Monmouth coffee, sourdough, hipster croissants, and a wicked menu for brunch, lunch and snacks. Genuine hipster cafe around here should take note. Astro wipes floor with all of them on food and coffee. Lovely people, great Wi-Fi, weekends the place is rammed. Weekdays? A flat white and a croissant outside on the street, and for a moment Bethnal Green is Paris… recommended!

I had a "Full English" there and it was pretty good. That's about it really. Nice freshly-squeezed orange juice too.

We popped in here on a Saturday before a wedding for a snack and freshen up. The menu was perfect for what we wanted (we wanted eggs!), very tasty and reasonably priced. Superb coffee, friendly staff.

The breakfast is so good, special mention to the thick pancakes, mushrooms and flapjacks. I am not the biggest flapjack fan but that one I will defo eat! The service was lovely, very generous portions and good value.

Quick service, good food - perfect Sunday Brunch cafe in a busy Bethnal Green. They did forget my side dish and it only came after I'd finished but all in all a great little cafe. We will be back.
