This place is fabulous, the food is fresh and is of a wide enough variety to suit everyone's palate, vegan, fish, chicken and meat. The only was so polite and friendly and delivered a first class service, I highly recommend 👌🏾

Absolutely, positively superb customer service. Ria was lovely, she remembered our names and engaged with so many customers and even passers by. Positive energy on 1,000. The food was everything it needed to be and more! Adding extra fillings and salad to a Pattie and coco bread was unbelievable. A choice of cheeses, cheddar, mozzarella *chefs kiss* The selection of sauces took everything to a whole new level. AND they have milkshakes (lots of vegan options too)

My first time visiting bagel and shake Fulham and what a lovely welcome. I had the fresh Jamaican jerk chicken with a bbq sauce which was delicious in buttery bread + a can of Fanta - spot on!! The service topped it off for me and loved meeting the family. Would recommend to anyone that’s local looking for a bite to eat and wants to taste original Jamaican flavours or just your classic bagel fillings + lots more. Can’t wait to go back - thanks guys!

Really friendly and fast service! The bagels are packed with meat and very filling. Loved the salt beef and the shop recommended the jerk chicken.

I am writing to express my deep concern about the extremely rude behavior I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. Specifically, there were two staff members, who used inappropriate and offensive language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. This experience has left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. 323 Lillie RoadThe worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.
