Lovely server Gabriel, friendly, great service. Had the Caesar salad and garlic flat bread. Will definitely return to this restaurant.

A great spot to enjoy dinner with friends or family! The food is delicious, and the service is warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Pablo for taking such great care of us tonight.

It was a nice place. I ordered Carbonara and it tasted so good and spicy.

As someone who has tried Italian flavors in many countries, I can say that it was the worst restaurant I have ever been to. The pizza was very cold and hard, I swear you can eat much better pizza even at Dominos, only the waiter provided good service, and we liked the calamari. The garlic bread was also terrible. Despite such a bad taste, we paid about 70 euros, I do not recommend you to go in terms of price-performance, that pizza will enter my nightmares!

Had a pleasant pre theatre meal here. Very attentive team, child friendly restaurant. Pretty standard chain restaurant food, reasonable but nothing special. Good experience overall.

Pizzas that appear to be frozen/reheated, quite disappointing from a restaurant with such a name. We come here to especially eat a good pizza and we have something worthy of the quality of simple fast food. The drinks are good and the service is acceptable (if the waiters could smile, it's free).

The staff was absolutely wonderful, so incredibly kind and the food was good!

Pizza was good, but service is not - they do not bring plates when you take pizza to share on table, but include service into the bill.

Absolutely loved my experience at this Italian gem in Central! The food was incredible — authentic flavors, perfectly prepared pasta, and a delightful wine list. The service was fast and efficient, making for a truly enjoyable meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful pictures adorning the walls that added a nice touch. My only downside was that there’s no service in the downstairs seating area, so that was a bit inconvenient. However, the quality of the food and quick service more than made up for it. Highly recommend!

Our server Arton was very attentive, making our experience highly recommendable. The Christmas music gave that special touch to our evening too.

Me and my girlfriend came to London for Christmas shopping and decided to eat here. We were positively greeted and seated by Gabriel. He was helpful and patient while we picked our dishes and helped our lunch break feel enjoyable after the busy Christmas crowds. The food was tasty and was fast to get to us👍🏻

Pablo served us for our night. He was incredibly friendly and patient with us while we decided what we wanted to order. He gave us great laughs and an overall pleasant experience.

Watched our food sit on the side waiting to be brought to our table for over half an hour. Literally then saw it get put into a microwave before being served to us as it had clearly gone cold and Camembert probably rock hard again. Didn't overly mind as if you join the wifi you get a code for a free main. Staff were rushed off their feet, felt for them.

Pre booked our visit here for after a show across the road (6pm 08/12/24) We walked in and “checked in” by a member for staff who told us to go downstairs and another staff will take us to our table. We went downstairs to the staff member, who was seemingly confused as to our presence, we had to tell him, we have booked a table, could you take us to it? We were seated at our table, opposite the kitchen service window, where we had waited 15 minutes to take our order. Other tables had been seated and served in this time. Drinks had arrived around 5 to 10 minutes later (2 pints of coke) whilst waiting for our food it became visibly clear that this restaurant was completely out of control and mismanaged. Food was constantly being returned, either wrong or cold was the common reason. I had noted one of the waiters had returned a pizza, as the customer had said it was cold - the kitchen had then heated up the pizza and the sever had dipped it finger to test if it was hot, after having handled various other plates / cutlery/ iPad etc At this point it had been nearly an hour waiting (6:55) all other tables had been served and eaten their meals in this time, including diners who had arrived after us. We hear the staff who served us ask the kitchen, where’s 64? (our table) Unsurprisingly, they were not aware of our order. Our sever asks us, “have you had your food?” No…“what did you order?” At this point we decided to stand up and leave, offering to pay for our drinks. Our server says not to worry about the drinks. On the surface, as a gesture of good will, however, it is because he had not put this through their system, nor had he done with the food. We leave the lower level, with the only words said by the 3 staff being - “sorry” On leaving, the staff who had seated us said, “thank you” Which was ironic, as we then said “we waited and hour, and never got our food” A group was entering as we were leaving and told them what had just happened with our experience, and rightfully so, they turned away. In summary, all 4 staff who were serving that night had failed to provide any level of service that would be considered caring, attentive or even “satisfactory” The 2 kitchen also seemed to be consistently making mistakes with other customers food, although I cannot comment on our food, as we never received any. Ignore the majority of positive reviews as the servers ask (and bribe) for positive 5 star reviews There are plenty of food places in central London to visit, this is definitely not one of them.

I’m not sure where to start with this review to be honest, I booked a table to surprise my friend for her 18th birthday, there was more people than she was expecting. When we was queuing to be seated he asked me how many people I then was about to say it’s a surprise and he goes well how many 2,3,4,5 in a very condescending way! I then had to say 4 which had there ruined the surprise for the birthday girl. He then did not take us or sit us at a table he told up to go to the upstairs seating area and pick what table we wanted to sit at, I personally find this appalling for a restaurant. When he finally came over a brought our menus he was being very impatient for our other friends to arrived. He then came back over with menus and told us that if we wrote a Google review we would get a free drink, so we did. At the end he came over with our bill and said to us that the reviews were not correct as we hadn’t wrote his name which again is very very rude. He sat there and watched us write them for our free drinks that he had gave us before he then gave us our bill. Overall he ruined the entire experience for our friends birthday. His name was Gabriel. I genuinely do believe he took the mick with us because we was 4 young girls. The food was okay.
