Bem Brasil in Liverpool

A simply incredible experience! We were welcomed by Éder, who introduced us to the house with great attention and friendliness, making our visit even more special. The food is out of this world – the meats are perfectly prepared, and the sides, like fried banana and cheese bread, are absolutely irresistible. Each flavor is a true explosion of Brazilianness! To end the night with a flourish, we enjoyed impeccable caipirinhas and a pudding that was pure delight. Without a doubt, a little piece of Brazil in Liverpool that is worth every moment!

Lovely food but not enough meat variety. Staff were mostly nice but there was clear tension between a few and how to order wasn’t explained to us correctly. They have the upstairs open vs the downstairs and it almost feels like you’re eating in a warehouse. It’s not cosy like it is downstairs. People like to eat in a cosy warm environment

Bem Brasil was a better place to visit six years ago. More calm/cosy and a better atmosphere. Absolutely not bad this visit, but Chicago Steve and one or two staff members more was very stressed. People, don’t be afraid to visit the other Brazilian restaurant only some hundred meters from this location. The food is delicious in both restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic food we paid for all you can eat, only qualm was the steak medium rare, i don't like it bloody, but all other meats spot on, and the sides were gorgeous what we ordered, even had a nice dessert even though not a extensive dessert menu. Staff were lovely, lovely atmosphere. 9/10

I went for dinner to experience a good brazilian food. The waiter's and the guys cutting the meat were pleasant but the managers were very rushed and not explaining how it works the menu when sitting us down. As it was the first time for us, we though that at least they would have the patient to explain without rushing and wanted to leave. The food was really good but the atmosphere more specifically the restaurant was to dark. The waiters and the guys cutting the meat were very polite and friendly but I felt the managers weren't that welcomed. But overall ,the experience was good as the main staff and food made the night.

After an impromptu last minute decision. Turned out to be a good one. From entering at front desk welcomed and then met and shown to table. Attention to detail was without a shadow of a doubt faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and tobias the manager took time to ask how our evening was. 10/10

Came with a group of 5 for lunch, we were greeted by Tobias, the manager, who explained to us what to expect & how to order to get the best experience. Our waiters Joe & Juan were great, the food & service was excellent & we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Would definitely recommend it & hope to visit again one day.

Great food. Fun concept. The Meat is brought to the table on skewers and then sliced. You order some sides, And there is plenty to try out since you can order more.

Fabulous restaurant with well trained staff and a delicious selection of meats. A unique dining experience where the meats are brought consistently to the table until you say stop which you will not want to do! Meats are perfectly cooked with a good selection of sides to accompany. Attended for a birthday celebration and Tobias and team were good enough to provide a free house pint and cake, certainly not required but graciously accepted for the end. Attend hungry and leave beautifully satisfied.

Afternoon selection is a bit dire, service was nice the sides are ok, expensive for the day time sending plenty of chicken and gammon and the cheaper cuts out plentiful but barely any beef/lamb

The service from start to finish was amazing, the food was fantastic and very tasty, the staff were very friendly and understanding when we requested a table in the corner due to our two autistic children not wanting to be in between other customers, would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is planning on visiting, il definitely be back again

My wife and I had our first meal here on Friday 18th October. It was my wife's birthday celebration. Although the restaurant was busy we were looked after impeccably by the general manager Tobias and his staff- Wilson and others. There were plenty of side dishes to choose from and the varied meat options were delicious. The atmosphere was great and the bossa nova music perfect! We will definitely return on a regular basis. Thank you to Bem Brasil and all staff for making my wife's birthday a wonderful evening to remember.

Came for evening with 2 friends. Meat quality was very good and side orders excellent. Crispy fresh salad ingredients etc and good portions that flow as much as you request. Restaurant looked good and lovely ambience. Under new general manager called Tobias. He was very welcoming on our arrival and made us feel important with his detailed service and manner. Service was very good indeed on all levels. There seemed to be a quiet but very effective management of the whole restaurant which created a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely return again and would recommend to others to try out this restaurant.

Tobias is an absolute gem Came here for my 40th birthday a couple of weeks ago and found his enthusiasm and personality not only made a great start to my birthday but made me want to come back again. Will certainly be back 🌟

Went to Ben Brazil for meal with friends food was really good very enjoyable loved all the sides . The staff were amazing considering there were so few of them and it was quite busy . Felt really sorry for the guy who did the meat as he was working solo definitely need more staff and the assistant manager I think his name was Tobias was run off his feet there were no other waiters !! So he was doing everything while still managing to be friendly professional and very personable with all the customers he deserves a bonus for all his hard work . It’s very rare these days to find someone so dedicated to their workplace . We will certainly be back soon

I went out for food and stumbled along this place, I have been living in Liverpool and I spontaneously decided to call in. The food was amazing, it is the best in Liverpool.. I retract my words, it is the best food I've ever had, the hospitality from the staff is first class. The choice of meats, sides and seconds is constant and it was more than delicious. I never leave reviews, but Tobias O'Brien (from Manchester) is a credit to your company and I think he should be promoted to the top. He was so friendly and couldn't have done more to help along with Arthur the waiter who was great too, I really enjoyed my experience and I will be sure to bring my girlfriend next time (as she is in Germany at the moment.) These two guys know how to form a rapport with their customers and deserve a pay rise if I am honest, thank you again for the hospitality and I'll definitely be back and I will promote this restaurant to my friends in Liverpool, see you soon!

Had such an excellent lunch here, the owner Tobias was so generous, got to try some whiskey I've waiting years for and generally had a warm welcoming great place in the center of Liverpool. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience at Bem Brasil. We've been here twice before and it's been OK but this time we were kept waiting for 45 minutes in the foyer, then after we asked if there was going to be a table we were moved upstairs to a half empty restaurant with more than enough staff to cater for us and others who'd been waiting ages. We were then completely ignored for 10 minutes and decided to leave. The manager looked flustered and just added to the misery of the experience. We won't be returning to this BB and doubtful of visiting the chain in future. We instead went to a restaurant a few doors down and during our meal we saw two groups of people we'd seen in BB waiting area come in and eat there instead so assuming they had the same time-wasting experience.

This is my first tome at Bem.Brasil and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The staff were polite efficient and courteous. Tobyvwas particularly helpful explaining how things worked and gave good recommendations. A delightful evening and l will definitely be returning

First time in Bem Brasil Liverpool in an around 9 months, what an experience ! Me and the family thouroughly enjoyed our meal. The greeting at the door to the service and food upstairs was fantastic, we had a Brazilian cocktail ( can’t pronounce the name 😂 ) and it was so refreshing, had to order another one ! Service from all staff was excellent and all extremely attentive, the new Manager Tobias ? What a guy, very caring to all tables with a good sense of humour with me and my family. Best experience in this restaurant out of all of them I’ve had and will be returning a lot more often due to this. Thanks again guys !!

Excellent service, was well looked after by Ellie and Tobias. Quality food, will be returning in the near future with look to arrange our work Christmas do.

My husband and I, went here in September with some vouchers from a friend. The menu isn't too expensive and there is a good selection of wines to accompany a vast selection of meats. The sides are not too bad either. We had a great night overall and would definitely recommend to any friends and family to visit in the future.

I was at Restaurante Bem Brasil and had an incredible experience! The place is very well maintained and welcoming, perfect for a great meal. The bar service is excellent, with delicious options. And of course, a Brazilian barbecue is a true privilege.

Our experience today at Bem Brazil was excellent. The food, service and atmosphere was very pleasant and very welcoming. We had gone for a special occasion. Met the chef M who came out to shake our hands and the table service from Juan and the girls was excellent couldn’t have made us feel anymore welcomed.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Excruciatingly slow service, the food was mediocre at best lots of low quality fatty cuts of meat. You have to wait ages to be served and get blatantly ignored. We were shoved in a tiny corner with a horrible draft and forgotten about. £100 for 2 people is extremely expensive considering the poor service and food. Left very disappointed and annoyed!

had a great experience today! lunch deal is an incredibly reasonable price, restaurant was very quiet and so we managed to get more than our moneys worth! great selection of meat (all cooked differently which worked for us as i like my meat more well done) and the sides came out to order, our waiter Edwardo was extremely helpful and friendly during our visit and even asked if there was anything specific we wanted to come out, definitely would come back again!

Never in my life will I go to this place again. 3 adults, 1 child, bill 100+ pounds, 0 pleasure. Different opinions of the waiter about their menu, the child was left without the chicken we asked about. No good impressions from visiting this place.

me and my partner went here and as a queer couple we worry about going to more upscale places, we had the warmest welcome, the staff were very attentive even asking us what meats we were waiting for after us turning down a couple, then proceeded to go get us a fresh batch! servers ellie and grace were lovely too checking in to see how our food was and if we wanted to order more sides.

Used to come bem brasil alot a few years ago but my God it's gone down hill you can't help your self to the salad or sides anymore they have to be ordered the meat was nothing special not worth the price

Stopped here for a late dinner as staying at hotel opposite after a long day of travel. Cocktail I ordered was very nice and staff really friendly and accommodating. Food was cooked well; fresh, hot and really tasty. You order a number of sides that are delivered to table and then the meat comes out after. We didn’t wait long for sides or meat. Each offering tastier than the last. Even our 4 year old ate really well. If back in Liverpool we would return for food.

The worst experience in a "rodizio", the quotes being because it's actually just a showpiece with pretensions, having nothing in common with other locations with a similar name in the same price category, including in the UK. First of all, the inadequacy of the staff is disturbing, which is reflected in the long waiting times, both at the beginning, when several tens of minutes pass before you actually get to eat, and in the intervals between the meat courses, so that after an hour or so, the only the boy serving the meat hadn't even got half way through the list on the menu asking for almost £40, an amount you can eat more than decently, and I'm sure more pleasantly, elsewhere. The breaks are so long that you actually get bored. Secondly, the quality of the food, generally being banal, lacking anything special from the "Brazilian" character of specific steaks. Even the pineapple was rather bland and dry. As for the picanha, there is no question of having received it, it probably would have arrived at some point, if the restaurant had not closed before. It should be added that there is no specific buffet with side dishes either, they are brought upon request, so you don't see what you are getting until you are with them on the table. The icing on the cake was the two hairs I received as a bonus with a portion of rump steak, at which point I gave up and left. All in all, it was the worst hundred pounds spent in many years. A very big stake!

Worst rodizio experience. Actually that is not a rodizio, just a fake ‘brazilian’ restaurant. Way understaffed, long waiting boring times, no sides bufet, no Brazilian stakes, only trivial meat. Plus human hair in the steak!!! Wasted time and money!

Please remove "Brazilian" from your restaurant's name. This is anything but a Brazilian steakhouse. That cap of rump is not a proper cap of rump; it's something else. Additionally, it was extremely overcooked and tough to chew.

Really lovely place to eat. Was looked after really well by Tobias, nothing was too much trouble, food was great.

The food is very good. We attended as a group of 18 people, adults and children, and given a two hour slot. It did, however, take 50 minutes to even take a drinks order and a further 5 minutes before we were given a plate. After the meal, it was an ordeal to pay the bill as each small group had to wait for the waitress to go away and come back with a menu to look at the drinks prices and separately the bill even though we asked at the start to separate them into family's or couples. We have been before, and service was better for couples. It's just not great for a large booking 😕

Terrible. Sat in a reception area for over 5 minutes before anyobe came to greet us. Did not have first choice of wine But the wine we had was nice. Food was terrible. Asked frequently for meat items to be brought only to be offered the same steak three times, sausage once and garlic bread......on a skewer. Eventually after an hour of asking, was offered some lamb. Still almost raw and overcooked chicken wing. Nothing like the items described the meat options. Sides were poor too. Garlic mushrooms with no hint of garlic. A massive mound of fries. Told them we were very disappointed. No apology. They did remove the "optional" 10% service charge after consultation with manager. Didn't see manager though. Beware. Don't bother. Rip off.

Nice clean restaurant in the city centre. There’s a nearby parking space as well. The cocktail was very nice. However the food is just about ok. All the meat was chewy and they serve too long from each other. A good wait 10-15 minutes per serving. Good deal tho.

Dissatisfaction with the service my partner and I experienced at the Liverpool location on 8th July. During our visit, we encountered behavior from staff that was both unprofessional, deeply concerning and sexist. From the moment we were served, it became apparent that one of our waiter was ignoring me, a female customer, and directing all communication solely toward my male partner. Despite my attempts to engage, the waiter only acknowledged my partner, which made me feel undervalued and disrespected. I decided to bring this issue to the attention of one of your waitresses, who kindly agreed to speak with the manager on our behalf. However, when the manager arrived at our table, I was shocked to find that he, too, only addressed my partner, completely ignoring me, even though I was the one who had raised the complaint. To add to the disappointment, the manager offered drinks on the house to my partner, further disregarding me in the process. It was only after my partner explicitly pointed out that the manager should be apologizing to me that the manager finally looked at me and made a half-hearted gesture to apologize. This response was inadequate and did not address the core issue of the disrespectful and sexist behavior displayed by the staff. Additionally, the manager made several excuses for the server's behavior and even resorted to a few lies, further undermining the seriousness of the situation and our concerns. This type of response is entirely unacceptable and suggests a lack of proper training and awareness among your staff about respectful and inclusive customer service. I look forward to your response.

Sorry, but don't call it a brazilian restaurant, in Brazil all churrascarias have a buffet, this is part of our culture, I never seen one in my entire life that doesn't have it, you never gonna need to order rice and beans or a salada in a churrascaria, this is a joke for us. Brazilians, don't lose your time going there, that restaurant is not for us. They have decorated the restaurant with favelas, there is a big wall decorated with images of poverty, something that we are not proud of, it's sad, why would you like to eat in a restaurant looking at images showing a place where people struggles to eat and survive? Where there is open sewer? It really offended me, looks like our country is just that. So many beautiful things could be displayed there, even if they wanted to decorate showing the favelas, there are many other ways of doing that nicely, but I really didn'tlike the way you did... that's all, I was very disappointed.

Went for the dinner service. The food selection was great. Sides were lovely. The meats were absolutely outstanding, so yummy and they came round lots so you were always being given options. Lovely staff and a great price too

Amazing food and staff We came at 7:30 on a Monday and it was quite busy. We had to wait 2/3 minutes max to be seated due to the business, which was understandable and was no problem at all! The manager recognised this and completely went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. We were given a free drink and his hospitality was special. The food was amazing, we had a selection of every meat listed on the menu and the waiters kept asking that anything we wanted he could get for us. Jaden was particularly friendly and welcoming and boosted our experience significantly… highly recommend

This restaurant is lovely. Already mentioned this straight to the manager that she also was my waitress. She is very good waitress and manager. Very attentive and walking around the tables giving food was the Brazilian man, the Gremio supporter, teasing him that I am International (I'm not, I'm Greek and Olympiakos). I work for one of Liverpool ONE restaurants. The food was nice and the coleslaw even nicer. Thank you and see you again.
