Benedicts in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Necesito tener más cuidado haciendo los sándwiches. Parece que mi pastel de pan había sido cortado con un hacha y mis tomates estaban poniendo en el sándwich con una catapulta. Parecía que se había caído, era solo un desastre, yo llevaba la mayor parte. Ni siquiera podía recoger la cosa sin cubrirme. Sabía bien, pero luego debería servir porque no es barato.

I ordered a sausage and tomatoe sandwich. When I started to eat it I noticed in the big bread cake there was only 2 sausages!! Is this the normal order or was there some missing! I'm just asking the question and not being negative. A reply would be nice.

Discovered this little gem a year ago. Breakfast wraps & various sandwiches & hot drinks. Such good value. Busy on a lunch time but worth the short wait.

Absolutely amazing. The sausage rolls are to die for and the choice of fillings for the sandwiches was incredible. Definitely will be using this place again and not just for a buffet

If you're looking for that morning bacon sandwich that hits the spot, this is the place. Also, do youself a favour and try one of their sausage rolls! They always have a good selection of different kinds. My favourite is the sausage and chorizo! Their lunch specials are always a treat as well!

I have been going to Benedicts for at least 10years. It was and still is a favourite of mine. I love the sandwiches they are a good size and there is a variety of fillings. Its nice to go somewhere that has today's special which can range from hot and spice wraps to meatballs or new yorker sandwiches. They have also expanded their range by adding homemade sausage rolls and scotch eggs amongst other things...all of which are amazing. Its great to have a place that consistently serves got take out food.

I for one have had some very disappointing sandwiches in my time but none of them have ever come from Benedicts. I was told I had to try one of the pizza paninis and that was the start of a passionate love affair with the Benedicts menu. I just had the weekly special of tandoori chicken pita and as per usual it was absolutely delicious. Whilst waiting I over heard the owner placing an order for ingredients and as i expected they were locally sourced and fresh. This is reflected in the quality meats they use across the menu- I have never once, for even a second, questioned the quality of the food there. The variety is something to keep coming back for and the price is what makes that a reality. To really do this place justice- the food is incredible, the staff are passionate about what they do and I hope the shop gets the recognition it deserves. This is the culture Hull is famous for.
