Why on earth, would I… ever… want to make my own kebab, absolutely mind boggling behaviour. I have never in my life had to do this. Is this a Kent thing? Such weird behaviour. Also putting the meat on top of rice to make it look like there’s more meat is shambolic, I just wanted a nice scan after working a 12 hour day and I’m met with this. Cheers

The food was horrible it came cold and so dry and so inedible that my nan choked on it, it ended up all going in the bin. Not only that but the delivery time was horrendous and it ended up being over an hour waiting for food.

Food is great but if your hungry don’t order from here, they give you a delivery time, when that passes you call and you realise your order was forgotten about and your told it will be even longer, delivery estimated between 30 and 90 minutes, ordered at 6pm, arrived 8.30pm.

Honestly you always nail it when it comes to the food. Good hardworking people, always clean always nice. thats why they have me as a loyal customer. only suggestion, cooking on real lumpwood charcoal would take it to the next level. but absolutely love as it is 4.5 stars from me

I ordered my first kebab from here during the first covid lockdown, and received it for free as I work for the NHS, I really appreciated that meal. This is now the only place in London I will buy a kebab from. The food is absolutely amazing, the staff are friendly, and did I mention the food was amazing…! Especially the chicken Shish kebab. The staff have a thank you letter proudly on the counter top from the London Ambulance Service to say thank you for everything they have done for all the emergency service staff during covid. I will always recommended this place to colleagues and friends. And thank you again for that free meal several years ago..

No pitas were included was cold thru and thru tiny portions of chips and for £11.20 I have been ripped off that’s was 4 heads I fed costing a total of 41.20 was disappointing big time never return

Both of the kebabs was not fresh and cold. The was fat around the meat from being cold and not freshly cut. The chips were stone cold. I'm very upset after waiting for over an hour for the food.

The food was lovely. Good size portions. Hot and freshly cooked.

Delivery took half an hour to be delivered from when it left the shop. On unpacking the food the chips were cold. Putting the chips in a paper bag and putting on top the cold salad didn't help. The pitta bread was warmer than the chips! The rest of the food was warm, not hot but it was edible.

Very nice kebab place, run by some proper gentlemen. Meat is nice, salad is decent, and the chips are lush. My only grumble is that the salad doesn't have lemon hint hint.

Was supposed to be here at 6:30pm and arrived at gone 7 ! When I confronted the driver about this he just demanded the cash , no answer for why it was so late.

the food was nice, kebab meat a little dry, didn't come with any salad, dint realise you had to pay additionally for that as well as didn't say so assumed as its a kebab it would come with salad! I rang and the guy was accommodating and sent the driver back with salad, chips were banging :)

Ordering from this place is simply not worthwhile. The food was mediocre at best, and the waiting experience was a whole new level of frustration. We endured over an hour of waiting, and although the food was somewhat warm, they neglected to include the salad that was clearly stated on the menu.

Had the large Chicken Shish, which was large enough for 2, I couldn't finish it. Every piece was breast meat, and there was lots of it, served with salad, rice (unusual), pitta, and chilli sauce. Meat was thoroughly cooked, salad was fresh. Would reccomend.

There was a very long estimated delivery time but it was delivered early. Food was hot, fresh and probably the best kebab I’ve had in this country for years.

I placed my order at around 3:30pm with a set delivery time of 5:15pm. It didn’t arrive until 6pm. Traffic was not the issue, it didn’t leave until 5:40. It had to be eaten really fast because it was so late and we were going out. It was fairly cold, but tasted ok if you like excessive amounts of salt - although I don’t, and therefore I’m giving it a low quality score too.

Everything is always so nice, my wife love the chicken as it so tender, I enjoy doner but was reluctant as normally from other places it cold , yet it always hot and on nice bed of rice , chilli sauce is remarkably moorish and the amount of meat is loads Really cannot fault anything

Positives- the food was fresh and tasty. The burgers were good and the portions were generous with the added surprise of rice found underneath the doner meat. Negatives- the doner kebab comes as separate parts which I can understand but I feel it should of come in the pitta rather than having to squish it all together to make my own otherwise I would have ordered meat in a box. The chips were in brown paper bags which is usually fine but due to the amount of condensation inside the plastic delivery bag (this probably meant the driver had it for quite a long time ) the paper was wet and therefore broke apart so some of the chips had fallen through. Overall a good experience. Would buy again
