Fastest delivery I’ve ever had. Like literally in 15 minutes or something delivery was here.

They never delivered and they were rude when we called said it was our fault when they went to the wrong address call me bad names and I’m 14 they refused the refund they gave the food to the wrong addresses and didn’t ask for a code if I was you I wouldn’t order from here they will scam you

Didn’t even get delivered! Useless, poor customer service gave to the wrong address and didn’t even ask for the code! Clearly as it was from just eat!!! Disgusting

Good Food, but staff tend to be rude at times; They called saying driver is outside of my place of work i said ok and that i will be down in a few moments, not even 3 min passed they call again demanding my location… I was already infront of the driver getting my order

If you can avoid this place I would food turned up cold rang them and they said they would send anouther one. 1 hour later i rang and asked were it was they said they was trying to ring me to tell me that the food wouldn't come because the boss said it was fine when he packed it. I had no phone calls on my phone so waiting for ages for nothing. All I wanted was a nice hot cheat night as my baby is ill and dint want to cook as very tired and this is what I get. Annoyed is the nice word to use right now.

Customer service was outstanding... The ingredients used, was fresh and piping hot in the pizza. The brothers working in there were very friendly - will definitely visit again 🍕👍

It was late about 1am and I ordered a pizza and curly fries The delivery didn't get here until about 2am but honestly it was worth the wait. The pizza was really nice and the curly fries was a large portion all and all a very good place to eat

Be careful, dont get sick eating food from this place. It does sell not properly cooked food. When I had it it was still cold inside the chicken. Food inspection must be done on this place. Food poisoning is not fun.

Just popped in quick cos I was starving and was expecting a standard kebab shop but anything would do cos I was so hungry. Oh man was I surprised! It was so delicious! I had a burger with cheesy onion rings on the side and they threw in free chips too : ). Nicest kebab shop burger I have had in very long while. Thanx gang. I'm full up and happy

Very rude customer service. Asked to get order update and they said its on way although it was 15 mins late. Received notification just 2 minutes that order was received, called to check up about it and met with very rude person who said not to call back again as its a busy night and put down phone without listening to a single thing. The food arrived cooled and was chicken was not fresh as well. Honestly i think pickup is good but delivery is not. Very very rude staff and disrespectful as well.

Rude service no info given on a cancelled order from there end because they didn’t have a drink…joke If I could give 0 stars I would Never going there again.

This is the second time of having the wrong food delivered. Plus unable to contact them as phone is constantly busy. Will not be using this takeaway again.

Ordered 1 x Donner wrap with salad and mayo 1 x donner wrap up with no salad and burger sauce And they game me burger sauce with salad and the mayo on its own, the thing that makes this worst is the first guy asked me 4-5 times to repeat my order then when he gave to his colleague I replied 2 more times with my order and they still got it wrong? Pictures below Left one is suppose to be mayo and salad Right one is suppose to be burger sauce and no salad? Won’t be going there again

Worst food in the world wouldn’t recommend it to no one

Absolutely appalled. First time ordering, saw a few bad reviews but thought to give them a try as my opinion may have been different. Well nearly 2 hours for the delivery to come. Portion sizes very small (ordered a supposed LARGE kebab, chips etc. Wrong pizza sent so I called and told them, to be told they didn't have the bread to make a calzone..? Fair enough but sending an alternative - could have called me and explained the situation then it wouldn't have been an issue. Chicken shish - bland @ full of gristle Chicken doner - just a big no! Large chips-haha or not so large! Everything lute warm upon delivery! Customer service - 👎 I was explaining the issues and he just kept trying to end the call by telling me to have a nice evening! Did offer to send me chips tho 😂 no thank you. First and last time ild order from here. Have a nice evening!

Service is absolutely crap they don't deliver to your door they ring you when in car park or down the road to collect it portions are tiny don't have a meat feast pizza they don't put hardly any meat on it the chips are cold there rude on phone and in person. I strongly advise you to not use this business there dirty there restaurant is dirty to. Food delivered is always cold when it finally gets here a complete waist of money and time.I really would go else where and will never ring them again. The place is just one big joke how they serve food and how the food is no way dose it come under the food safety law absolutely disgusting.......

2 times I tried to get my order. They began to demand money for delivery, despite the fact that the order was still not ready.

We went there after a very very long break from kebabs:) We remembered the value for money that place offered years before, teste of the food and portion sizes. Unfortunately, we're most disappointed after ordering recently. Portions are small, you end up with like half the chicken breast, a small pita and some veggies ( like a slice of tomato, a slice of a cucumber and a couple of shredded cabbage pieces. The chicken was not good, ended up with stomach ache and plenty of toilet visits. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience 🤷

i ordered food about 2hours ago still hasnt came it was saying its on its way for about an hour,not happy at all

Ordered three times in one night, the first order included a bottle of bells whisky, they didn’t have it so they sent two small cheap bottles of vodka that I didn’t want. Second order was a 1 ltr jack daniels, they sent a 75 bottle, still waiting on the kebab I ordered and it’s two hours late so far, absolute joke.

Just had this kebab and I can confidently say this is the worse one I’ve had yet I’m on the toilet as I’m trying this and I’ve had some gut rot kebabs in my life, the chips where soggy the doner meat if you can call it that was horrible asked for chilli sauce but give me some weird tasting hot sauce instead, might need therapy after this one, don’t make the same mistake I did save your health. Nothing can fix this injustice

Awful. My kebab was cold and pretty gross, meat wasn’t even edible. They did send some more meat and chips but again both were awful. Couldn’t be bothered to even open the tortilla wrap to put the meat in, the chilli sauce has a very weird taste to it too

Didn’t even turn up with our food. Just press that it had been delivered but it hadn’t. Absolutely disgusting considering paid over 40 pound. Tried to call restaurant but the phone lines are busy

We pre-ordered at 16:40 because we needed to eat early and was hoping for a quicker delivery, but it still hadn't arrived at 18:10. We called the shop and they said the order was on its way. It eventually arrived at 18:20. It arrived cold and we had to microwave the food before we could eat it. Poor show and you're best to look elsewhere if you want a hot delivery. 1hr 40mins and arrived it arrived cold.

Ordered a 9" medium pizza and got something resembling a 3 minute microwave Chicago Town from Tesco. Frauds. AVOID!

Never delivered food took my money

Dirty scammers. Flat out lied about having delivered the order when questioned and refused giving a refund. After seeing reviews of this place though, I’m almost grateful that they didn’t deliver it.

Very good order, exactly what we wanted. Was very sceptical ordering pasta from a kebab shop but it was lovely! Ordered the chicken mushroom and was sent the spaghetti bolognese. The did try to call me and let me know but I missed it due to sleep mode! Can’t fault the store as it’s not often they will try get in touch when something is missing/wrong so I’m not mad as it was good regardless. Defo ordering again!

Food was cold, burgers had no sauce in or no salad chips were chewy never ordering again

Food came really late the food the donner was so dry and it was all burnt piece of donner the wrap was cold and the chips was cold also I recommend there service there are friendly to use

Visited on Saturday night and it was very busy with friends and families eating which was a great sign owner was very friendly when I got back at my house with my order the food was delicious really I really recommended for everyone

Had food poisoning twice from the last 2 orders.

Collected a ment to be large pizza and chips. Chips were cold and was not a large chips pizza was a 10inch hardly any cheese and no sauce they charged me £20.99 then I realised there is a sign saying collection only large pizza £11 not sure on other sizes so I asked them about it and they said they have changed the price when I said to them they need to take the sign down and I said don't lie to me the guy just looked down and didn't say anything will be reporting them to health and hygiene as they are not 5 star rating and trading standards for false advertising

Asked a simple allergen question and got a sarcastic response from the staff. The manager wasn't happy with his staff for it but unfortunately damage was done and clearly you can't trust the staff making the food.

I think it's dam disgusting as we have ordered food online and still waiting for our food and it's still not here as we ask for a delivery and we still haven't got it and they always get the order wrong and never answer the phone and never on time this place is going down hill need reporting to the council and have it shut down for good as they don't understand us that what get us angry we'll it won't happen again we won't order from them no more

Missing desert in order and in correct drink

Chicken kebab Absolutely disgusting . Not sure the meat is even chicken I dare not eat it .Stone cold, Kebab is full of fat/gristle, 2nd photo skin with what I assume is the ends of feathers 3rd photo one of the many lumps of fat/gristle.🤢

Food could Missing order, unpleasant service

Worst kebab shop in town. Took are order at 1:30 and still no food delivered for 2 hours! The food never came despite us ringing the restaurant multiple times to be told it’s coming. I try to avoid ordering from here at the best of times as the foods always cold. Only worth it if your so drunk you can’t taste it

I've ordered several kebabs and each time it got worse. This time they went too far and added a small photo of what "all salat" looks like, I don't want to show the meat and sauce because I messed it up a bit so the opinion would be untrue. I called and asked for another kebab that I wanted to pay for and I've been waiting for 5 hours.

I can’t even rate anything because our food was ordered at around 1:30 am and it is now 4:35 am and food is still not here. We have called them multiple times and at around 2:30 they said that the food will be 20 minutes. Food still hasn’t arrived and they are not answering the phone. Do not bother ordering from here.

Simply the most inspiring experience of my life. From start to finish, from laying eyes on the shop to laying eyes on what ultimately came out my other end, it was incredible. It was a rainy day, a sad day, I thought all hope of happiness in my life that day was lost, that is until the illumination of the shop lights flooded my eyesight. I immediately knew there was hope. Little did I know the illumination from a little shops lights, would end up illuminating every fibre of my soul. The service, the atmosphere, the food, the value, it was all far beyond my comprehension of how good a kebab shop could be, of how good any restaurant could be. Please, if you do anything, make it a trip to this kebab shop, it will change your life.

Ordered 12" pizza, what came was a 10" pizza, which base was still raw on the underside and burnt edges, never again will I order from here.

Whole family came down with food poisoning. Have ordered from them before and not had a problem. This time round not sure what happened but we were so unwell. No refund was offered

I placed a order driver went to the wrong place. When I got my when I got it he would give me all lip trying to make out. It's my fault. Then he kicked my door so I had to go with him. And then a person come back like wrong hanging outside my flat and one of the shop. People who rang me give me a very bad swearing down the phone to me. Threatening me behaviour say he's going to come to my flat and attack me they are very rude people

Staff just blatantly didn't listen to anything I was saying. They asked the questions but straight away started a foreign conversation with another worker so I got completely the wrong thing. Also my chicken kebab was pitta free and I just love being harassed by the local street beggers who don't always keep to the pavement sometimes it follows you in the shop too. So best kabab your on my Never will I be spending a penny here list. Don't waste your money better off giving it to the woman outside than eating here

Best late night takeaway but can get really busy. Toilet is grim. Recommend their gravy on cheesey chips!

Delivery was ages and when it did come was wrong order, Donner meat was scrappy left over bits won't be using again and don't recommend unless ya off ya head.

I visit this shop couple of times...today we are going to this shop (Best Kebab centre) and order some chicken wings and chips is well...this guy put it in the chips small card board box...and put it in the wings in plastic box..wings is too hot..so that's why plastic box is melting,...This is not good for health..I ask that guy...This staff is very rude..He is nothing say any sorry.. He put suddenly all wings and chips are move to bin and suddenly give my money.... This guy is mad I think..So customer service is tooooooo worst...never going to this shop..mainly this guy learn more..to handle.the customers.. see the picture.. That guy is here

ABSOLUTLY DISAPPOINTED !!! Ordered 1× chicken kebab + 3×kebab(1×lamb+2×chicken)+1×large fries+1 pepsi Received 1x chicken kebab+large fries+1×sald+1×small box with fries +one box with mixed meat(chicken +lamb = 3 kebabs ???!!!) + pepsi, £40.59 paid for £15-20 worth food. When I called they said " I am sorry, I am sorry " I AM SORRY TOO BECAUSE I ORDERED FROM BEST KEBAB !!!

AWFUL!! I paid for the 3 kebab deal through just eat and we received one small box for salad which would be for 1 person for 3 people!!! The box of chicken was enough for 3 people but the salad box was the equivalent of a small kebab for 1 person. I called the restaurant and they said it’s not their problem that I had 3 people to feed but the deal was for 3 kebabs for 3 people so they should not advertise a meal to feed 3 adults if they are incapable of providing this. They offered to send out another box of chips as they were old, reheated and stale, I declined and requested more salad instead of the chips but they refused and again said it’s not their problem. AVOID THIS PLACE - they’re very rude.

Recently moved to the area so searched for the best kebab as a treat and read a lot of positive reviews on the BEST KEBAB CENTRE . I have to say they were honest reviews! This place is delicious and worth the 20 minute drive from my house. So far I've only had the mixed kebab but every meat was superior quality to anything I've eaten since I started eating kebabs in my teens (30 years ago). Their prices are no more (in fact a bit less) than anywhere else. I had a good chat with the super friendly owner and he was telling me how much he pays for meat and how cheap other shops pay (as low as 3rd of his price). When I ate it, I believed he was telling me the truth as it really was the best ever meat I'd had in a Kebab. (Top restaurant quality!) I'm looking forward to my next "treat" night and going through the menu over the coming years.
