My Dad and I had a great experience today. Jamie, our waitress was lovely, warm, and welcoming. Thank you amd see you again.

Eggs benedict was okay... eggs tasted like they were microwaved. I ordered a side of Bacon, and it was really greasy. No care was put into this breakfast, very disappointed

I have mixed reviews good and bad but it all turned out good in the end thanks to Amani and Khalid two amazing managers who saved the day. Myself and my son left very full and smiling. This is my second time coming to the Westfield branch. I'm not quite sure what happened this time round staff are always very helpful very attentive and friendly. We were seated by the lovely Amani and less than a minute without being able to look at the menu properly Laura approached asking to take our order. I asked her to give us another minute. When I was ready I told her that i was ready to order now and the response and vibe I got was off. She walked off and took very long to return. I managed to get Amani's attention who told Laura to take my order as I believe it was Laura's section, I asked her if she mad because I turned her away instantly the defensive tone I got I had to tell her to tone her voice down. From taking my order with attitude I never got any attention or to see if our table was OK I had to grab her attention after I felt eye contact was purposely missed with me I also had to watch her being attentive to other people's tables so I did take it personally. The whole ordering process I found very unfriendly and uncomfortable I managed to grab Amani again who kindly sorted everything out. Also, Laura did redeem herself in the end this is constructive criticism for Laura as who knows she may have been having a bad day it was the attitude towards me I didn't like. Through all of this, I ordered a large delicious crispy calamari but instead, I got a small calamari and was told by a different server the same one that would later contaminate the rim of my glass I would get another on the house but was charged twice instead, again Amani and Khalid sorted this out. Secondly the lovely gentleman that served my drinks to the table the same gentleman that bought over my calamari made the mistake of grabbing my drink by the rim of the glass where my lips would need to connect I just had enough at this point and wiped the glass and reported this to Amani. All I really wanted to say is that the day ended on a good note as we were I felt very looked after and made to feel comfortable by Amani and Khalid if it wasn't for them sorting things out I think I wouldn't have returned to this branch again. Which would've been a shame. We had the Eggs and Avacado Florentine and pancake stack was delicious. The atmosphere is very lively and warm. Thank you Amani and Khalid and we hope to see you soon 😊

I went to Bill's in Westfield, Shepherd's Bush for a breakfast with my wife, the food was ok, not that woow, really good portion of food, good coffee, I had an amazing matcha coconut late. Sarah, the one who served us, was very helpful, smiley all the time, even though was crazy busy and she have a great customer service!

It was absolutely amazing, I loved the burger more than anything, and they gave a me a complimentary cake with a little candle since it was my birthday, very enjoyable experience, good vibe nice staff

We visited Bill’s Westfield today and the manager George give us best seats with our choice , the restaurant very beautiful and lovely comfy seats and nice and clean we loved the vibe and atmosphere, staff very happy and work very hard even it’s very busy We ordered butter chicken burger and seafood pie. We definirely loved the food and the service was also fantastic. A very friendly and welcoming, High recommended and definitely worth it to try, we will be back again, Thank you Bill’s Westfield for amazing experience

Perfect place for delicious brunch! I recently visited Bill's Westfield on Saturday very busy restaurant and I have to say, their brunch is absolutely amazing! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant's ambience was cosy and inviting. And, of course, that's always a plus when dining out, as it can add to the overall experience. The Buttermilk pancake bacon 5 stack with chicken is delicious and hearty. The pancakes were fluffy and light, and the bacon was crispy and savoury. The addition of chicken gave it a nice twist and made it even more satisfying. I appreciate that the dish was perfectly cooked: the eggs are not soggy, and the chicken is not dry. The classic eggs benedict is a classic brunch dish many people enjoy. The dish features poached eggs, ham, and hollandaise sauce, served over English muffins. I love crispy bacon. The solid dish was executed well. The Buttermilk pancake bacon 5 stack with chicken and the classic eggs benedict are dishes I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great brunch spot. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, thank you George and Laura, we will come back soon.

Me and my boyfriend stopped by for a quick drink and snack - it was lovely. The manage was very accommodating and sorted us a table promptly and gave us great recommendations on what we should drink and eat. Definitely will return.

We had a lovely time, our server Doha took great care of us. I recommend the English breakfast and the Eggs Royal. We will definitely be coming back.

Service very good and got our food extremely fast. The brunch was pretty good but some elements could have had some more flavouring. Staff was lovely especially when I spilt my coffee everywhere (the coffee could have been a little less full!) :)

me and my two friends went here for a birthday,we ordered bottomless pancakes and they were really yummy for a good price, the service was really good aswell we had mariam as a server and she was so sweet she brought out a birthday brownie on the house for us

Bill's is always a win for a family friendly brunch / lunch with yummy food, great drinks and colouring for our 2 year old. Great for a gluten free menu. Waiters are all friendly, especially Laura who we've had a few times and always lovely to our child and super quick to get what we need. Thanks!

Nice service from Emy, but disappointed with drinks service and neither of the two steaks ordered were cooked as requested. One medium-well steak for a 13 year old was medium rare.

The service was very good. They were completely packed but luckily my gf made a last minute booking and got a table for lunch. Book before you go especially during weekend lunch. The food was ok. There is nothing to write about. They have a very good gluten free menu. It's more like pub food and good enough for a meal if you are nearby. We would like to go again just to try the unlimited pancakes. But it's at the bottom of the list of things to do for us.
