Had a lovely time- surprisingly busy for 30th December, food was great, service was very friendly

This is one of the nicest restaurants in Chichester. The service is truly excellent thanks to an exceptional manager and a wonderful, welcoming team. The quality of the food and drink is always excellent. We’ve eaten here many times for breakfast, brunch and dinner and are never disappointed.

Really gone down hill - used to be a go to especially for breakfast. Same friendly staff but the food and drinks for what is becoming an expensive experience is just not good enough.

Been a few times when visiting friend in Chichester, reasonable menu with reasonable prices, friendly staff.

Great place to visit for any meal or occasion, food is always delicious and the servers attentive. On our visit today, Tala was great, recommended a side dish, couldn't ask for better! The only downside is the volume of voices and music, the restaurant needs some baffles, to muffle the noise a bit.

Mimi was great! Burgers were delicious. Merry Christmas everyone at Bill's Chi!

Absolutely loved our experience at Bills, brought our two little doggos and were well accommodated by the entire team. Food was delicious and we had a gluten free member who was over the moon at their fantastic gluten free menu. We were served by Les who was phenomenal throughout. Very impressed, will be back in the near future!

Just arrived, I asked if we could have a table for four, the lady looked down her nose at me and said "have you booked, no, let me have a look .... we could fit you in in about an hour" It's 10.30am and the place is literally half empty ... seriously ...... won't be coming back ... snobby .. unhelpful ..

Quite often visit Bill’s in Chichester travelling from Guildford as we like the trip and enjoy Bill’s restaurant for the staff and food. We are always greeted nicely when we arrive, the service staff are very nice without exception. The food always served in a timely fashion and the quality is good. All in all we cannot really fault the place, and the very hard working manager is delightful always doing his utmost to please. Well done to all at Bill’s Robert Alexander

Friendly and quick service - thanks

We had a reservation of over 15 people so we had pre order our food, Bills were advised of my food allergie. However when my food arrived it had tomato on the plate. I advised the waitress that I can not eat tomato and that they were advised when the food was pre ordered. The waitress apologised and took my food away and said they would re cook my meal. Literally within a minute my meal arrived minus tomato. Unfortunately I noticed that on the top of my steak were tomato pips. I didn't want to cause a fuss and tried to eat the edges of the steak but it was cold and very chewy. I will never return.

I popped into Bills Chichester for lunch today with my 15 month old son. We didn’t have a booking, we were taken to a suitable table and a highchair was brought over for us. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, they interacted with my son who was a little under the weather. Thankyou for making a cheeky lunch treat enjoyable ☺️!

Louise and James were so lovely amazing service

Visited to celebrate a birthday. We travelled to this branch specifically following a nice experience in the summer. Everything was terrific again. The food was better than the previous visit. Our server Louise was super friendly and helpful. A very memorable visit.

We really appreciate the staff at bills as a group of 7 of us had to look for somewhere on short notice and on a busy Sunday we couldn't appreciate this more, the festive french toast was amazing as well as the biscoff and vanilla pancakes. Ana's service was top tier and is a real value to the company. We will definitely be visiting again when we next visit Chichester.

Food underwhelming. Plagued by small bar flies when eating meal. Mentioned to waitress. She said they are aware of this, however ,it was blamed on the market stalls outside ????????

Second visit and it’s even better than the first time

Well done Bill's! We had another great meal at Bill's Chichester during the half-term break. Eating out, when you love food but have so many food intolerances is an absolute nightmare for me. The team at Bill's were just amazing and incredibly accommodating. Nothing was too much and they managed to bring lots of plates out to provide me with a lovely dinner. Please don't underestimate what a difference it can make to someone like me who absolutely loves food but annoyingly their gut does not agree. Although we thanked the manager & team, I don't think they could really grasp what a difference they made to me to be able eat a tasty dinner without suffering for days afterwards. Thank you!

We knew the waiter from a previous restaurant, and he made the experience Xx Food and decor is lovely too
