Collected an order from here on Sunday afternoon. No customer service at all from the lady behind the counter, who shouted "can i help ya", no "please" no "thank you". Slammed the deliver package on the counter and didn't say a word. I'm a regular collected from both west road and heaton branches. Please train you staff to provide a respectful service

Great atmosphere, nice place to eat out. Ordered the burger drop platter. Best thing off the menu were the amaaazing ice cream shakes! Worth a try! Rest of the food was good, not the best but maybe because everything was cold. We ordered the grilled onion burger and fire burger. Disappointed with the fire burger- literally zero spice/fire. Otherwise the loaded fries and brisket were good, just gone cold hence diminished the experience. Wings were pretty nice as well.

Decided to dine in and food was amazing! The recommendation from the waitress to get the fire chicken drop burger was well worth it as was amazing and had just enough spice for my taste. The seasoned fries were also top notch and goes well with the burger. Amazing customer service and waitress, Donya, was really helpful and polite. Highly recommend this place.

I have ordered from here quite a lot just got a burger deal with loaded fries the burgers have completely changed they literally just came with overcooked frozen chicken strips inside burned vegetables and literally no sauce also the the loaded fries were so burned they were literally solid and broke up like crisps when bitten into nearly broke my teeth surely they have noticed this and blatantly tried to cover it up with cheese and toppings I’ve not even eaten half of them I’ve thrown them in the bin and the burger was disgusting wont be ordering from here again this was one of my favour burger spots but they don’t taste anything like they did a few month prior went completely downhill charging £15.50 for frozen overcooked food keep your money and avoid this place

Outstanding food and service. We were greeted when we walked in and our server, Donya was friendly and helpful. The burgers were absolutely delicious and great quality and size for the price. Loaded fries were also really good and my wife loved the Oreo and kinder milkshake. Id highly recommend dining here to anyone who loves burgers!

Always a treat whenever we dine at Burger Drop. Food’s always great and their nutella brownie coffee milk shake is to die for. Today we’ve been served by Donia and the other lady who had been really accommodating, approachable, and cheerful. Would highly recommend to those who haven’t been yet, you won’t regret it.

Supposed to be good value but I found it was £12.5 for a “brisket” burger and chips, no tap water and sauce 50p a pot. Additionally only sugared off brand drinks available, can’t get a Coca Cola/spite etc. Additionally the toilet was out of order.

Service was excellent, our waitress Donya was super helpful, probably the best burger I’ve ever had, music was a bit weird, but other than that no complaints.

The service was really fast, and the waitress was really friendly and helpful. This place has the quality of five guys for half the price. If you’re near here I definitely recommend it. My only complaint is that the seating is pretty cramped, but the quality and value definitely makes the sacrifice worth it

Excellent service from the staff also Donya and another girl at the front took extra care in their service, one made sure everything was ok and another made sure I had what I needed ketchup cutlery etc. Brilliant food. Brilliant food, amazing service, all around smashing place

Got a delivery food luck lovely and Most of it tasted great until I got to the chicken wings Took one bite and automatically knew that the chicken was under cooked. Check the wing to see that It was still pink upon ringing the store. The staff were taken the Mick in the background about me. Complaining about the chicken wing, and when I also send pictures to confirm that the chicken wing was still row they Said it was a Vine, as you can clearly seen the picture. That is not a Vine. We'll never be ordering

I have loved this place so much for the last couple of years that I had to bring my friends and family here including work colleagues too. Really nice place for beef burgers of chicken burgers of even Kebab burgers, they’re only unique. And then to top it off, they may sell the best milkshakes around too.

Front members need to be more professional.

The food was beautiful! I ordered 4 burgers and chips and it didn’t take long at all we weren’t sitting for very long until food came. Our server donya was lovely she made the atmosphere so much better very approachable too! Definitely coming back again

First time I try their burgers, prices were far too high for the quality of the meal. The food was cold, and the overall taste did not justify the cost. I was really hoping for a better experience, but I left feeling like it wasn’t worth the money spent. I recommend Friez & Burgz, way cheaper and better.

This was our first dine in at Burger Drop, as soon as we walked in the lady said there were no seats when we could clearly see 2-3 tables empty. She realised her mistake and apologised straight away then welcomed us in. Food took a while to arrive but they only gave half the food and seemed lost when we asked for the rest. They took away our receipt to confirm the order (which we never got back) and still had no idea what we ordered and kept coming back to double check. We finally got the rest of the food however by now the other food went cold and all the burgers were overcooked and dry. The chicken wings were nice though but overall it was a bad experience and £70+ wasted basically. We asked for sauces and cutlery etc but they took ages so we had to get up and get them ourselves. They did bring some sauces over right at the end but then we had nothing to eat it with as we had finished all the chips. It would have been nice if we got an apology at least for the bad service but nothing at all unfortunately. I normally never write bad reviews but this one just had to be done. Not a great start to New Years!! Would have put some pictures on here but the whole service just dampened the mood and we just didn’t feel like taking any.

Burger was nice. They didn't put my fries in the order. The loaded fries were drowned in chilli sauce. Whole order arrived cold. Tried to ring 5 times and they never answered.

Tower platter was great value between 3 or 2 hungry people. The thick shakes were also very nice, recommend the white choc, biscoreo and Mango shakes

Got bacon drop couple of days ago and been ill for 2 days. Usually nice food and had not been in a while since they where closed due to renovations, think it must have been dodgy meat as didnt taste the same as i remembered also not busy at all so must have lost customers due to dropping standards, wont be going back and recommend friez n burgz as its cheaper and better quality also doesn't make you ill !!!

I came all the way from Middlesbrough to try this place. I enjoyed it, 10 out of 10 would do it again, as you Geordies say "Wye aye, Doon the up"

Ordered food Dec 2024 can say this was probably the blandest food I've had. I've had food from here earlier in the year and it was good, where I'd reccomend it. Not sure what's happened may have been whatever batch I've got, regardless it's like the patties and shredded beef had been marinated in water before being cooked with no seasoning. Dissapointing as it didn't live up to the presentation. The salt that was put on the food was patchy aswell where some parts you'd get a hit of salt and most of the other parts you'd get nothing. Even the sauce that was used on the wings was overpowering. The patties and beef didn't feel quality either. The only thing that felt quality was the buns and packaging. The chips and wings itself was lacking flavour and quality. 100/10 on presentation, 0/10 on flavour. Really dissapointing and unsatisfactory. (also looking at their responses to the reviews here, seems like they point for you to go contact them on fb...)

I came here with my autistic son after his football training session we opted for the dip meal it was absolutely amazing, presented well, cooked perfect and a great portion for the cost we will be coming back. Seated in a chilled environment was perfect

First time at Burger Drop. Have ordered take away many times. We were so pleased they offered a vegan option as my husband has a dairy allergy. The staff were amazing, Sakura helped us with our order. She was professional, polite and went out of her way to help us. Burgers were great. The vegan fries were amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

The burgers have changed since they first opened and unfortunately aren't quite as good as they initially were. Having said that though they're still of a higher standard than most places in newcastle. On a another note I personally am not a fan of the cola options here but their milkshakes are pretty good.

Lovely burgers and the cheese drip. First time trying and loved the food and the setup. Burger size could have been bigger, its not filling enough if you're a foodie. Overall, it was a great experience. Would visit again

If you wanna taste real burger you have to visit this restaurant westgate road branch really good and friendly staff and atmosphere was amazing definitely recommend and we’ll be back.

The onion drop burger was really good. Went multiple times and every time they had no mushroom drop. The brisket burger and brisket loaded fries is absolutely great when they get it right, but 3/4 times it had big pieces of fat in them, even though we asked them to make sure they avoid this.

Ojalá hubiéramos comprobado estas críticas antes de hacer el pedido. hamburguesas no eran comestibles, Bollos no comestibles y todo frío helado. Solía ser tan bueno aquí, no estoy seguro de lo que ha cambiado.

Excellent customer service, Axi was very friendly and nothing was too much. She made some good recommendations. The burgers are good but the wings and fries really stole the show. The were perfectly crispy and flavoured.
