First time trying out the fries at FIVE GUYS both salted and Cajun seasoned and wow what can I say ? 😋😋😋👌👌👌

You can honestly never go wrong with five guys. It’s Americana to the T. The burgers are amazing and Oreo milkshakes are a dream

Excellent food. Very fresh and tastes proper unlike a lot of fast food places. The prices are quite dear but the food is delicious.

I haven't been to a 5 Guys in a while, the last time I had probably had a couple of drinks so my memory of it was good. So a lunchtime trip for a burger saw me head here. I mean, there's nothing much wrong with it. But the burgers are worse than I remember and I've sampled many tastier ones since I was here last. The only flavour of the burger I could taste was the mayonnaise, on the lettuce I didn't ask for. i.e. the meat was flavourless. Service was fine. Restaurant was clean. Will be a while before I go back though. Update: So I tried again. Pretty much the same. And why is the floor so greasy and slippery in the food waiting area??

Service was good the burger should have been better based on the price its a little expensive so I would expect it to be really flavour some the burger needs a little more fat the size was big you can probably make the patras a little smaller if you specialise on thing then you should no the right promotions to burger bun and should no if its little chard it adds flavour

I had to get a second mortgage on my house to afford the prices, but totally worth it. This soon-to-be hobo is enjoying a nice meal! Great milkshakes and the fries are totally yummerz.

Edit: re-visited 14/12/2024 Burger was fine, fries were floppy and lukewarm (either they've been sitting a while or cooked at too low a temp), fries are much less generous than they once were as well where you would get 2 cups worth of the fries in the bag you now receive about 1 cup and a third probably. Was same at another local branch so this is likely across all branches not just this one! Refillable drink makes the drink less value being almost £5 you need at least 3 refills to make it comparable to other food places prices. Once was decently priced for what you get is costing marginally less than an sit down restaurant (non fast food) so not sure is as good for value as used to be now. Cost £17 for little cheeseburger, small fries and refillable drink so okay for a treat but is pushing on the more pricey side for fast food. Old review from 2017 for comparison: A nice place that reminds me of what burger joints used to be like in the days before fast food was a thing. Wait times still way faster than a restaurant, so I'd still say it was fast - maybe 5-7 minutes or so which is reasonable for a raw patty to cook. Patty is thicker than BK and McDonalds, and place is like is high end version of both. Definitely worth a visit at least once. Burgers taste nice (but since everything else is fresh and authentic, I'm at a loss as to why processed cheese is still used instead of real cheese). It is pricier than McDs / BK but burgers and fries were nicer. Fries actually tastes like a proper chips and burger tastes pretty good. Drink is expensive but refillable so you can fill up as many times as you like. I had little cheeseburger (little= single patty), small fries (like a medium at McDs) and refillable soda drink for £10. Much cheaper than a sit in burger restaurant like Handmade Burger or Reds, which I average £16-20, so I think it's reasonable for what you get. Doesn't seem to have problems with getting seats in daytime, and staff keep eating area wiped and cleaned regularly.

It wasn’t even delivered so this is just crazy. I have left an email and expect a full refund. The order was picked up at 5:30pm (I called the restaurant and they told me) even though the app said the restaurant was still preparing it. I didn’t get the food, I didn’t give anyone my code and IT DID NOT GET DELIVERED. I am expecting a full refund!

Decent burgers and fries. Service was fast. Place was clean. Staff were friendly.

Siempre tuve una experiencia decente, pero recientemente una bastante pobre. La hamburguesa de queso con tocino llegó sin tocino ni los jalapeños pedidos. Hablé con el personal que me dio otra hamburguesa con 2 jalapeños y 3 trozos muy pequeños de tocino. Esta es una hamburguesa de £ 10, no de £ 1. Hamburguesa 99 Mcdonalds. Cuando vine a comerlo mis papas estaban frías. Llegué al punto de dejar la mayor parte. Encontré un lugar mejor al que atenerme ahora.

Tasty food, good and fast costumer service at the till, Jack served us and was really friendly and kind.

3 chess burgers with fries and Pepsi around 45 GBP. Peanut butter milkshake is great

i had a delivery.... got 40% off from UBER so tried this place for the first time in years... i have to say the quality is still awesome and the burgers seem bigger? great fries (plenty) i tend not to give chain stores a high rating but i cant fault what i just got ;~)

Fui con cinco chicos a esperar adentro ya que el clima era frío. Rahul (El trabajador) me ofreció sentirme como en casa y relajarme. Después de una velada muy agitada ha hecho absolutamente que mi velada sea aún mejor. Con personas como él el mundo es un 110% un lugar mejor. Ese hombre merece un aumento de sueldo. ¡No podía agradecerle lo suficiente!

The food was amazing , burger was so juicy and we had sooo many fries. The restaurant is spacious and looks cool, it's clean and staff are friendly. We loved that there is a sign sayin where the potatoes are from haha. My only gripe is the toilets are upstairs, you need the code of your receipt to access the toilets, we didn't know this , I have a bad back and it took me ages to get up to the toilets only to not beable to use them, there needs to be clear signs that thw toilets are not ground level or accessible of in a wheelchair and that you need the code to access them . I didn't have the energy to go bavk down the stairs to go back up as it causes too much pain. Other than needing a wee and not being able to go we had a good experience.

Food was cold burger ended up soggy due to length of time it took to deliver and the chips were not even cooked properly, very disappointing as we go there in person all the time

It's been over 2 hours and my order has not been delivered. Rang 5 Guys and they were really unhelpful and said it's really common for Just Eat couriers to mark order as collected then just keep it for themselves. AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

What you'd expect from a 5 guys, the food was good, the service quick enough and the staff super nice. Haven't had a bad experience at a 5 guys anywhere in the world so far and this wasn't an exception. As for the quality, Madrid is still the best in my opinion but Newcastle was definitely a very close second!

Our drinks were missing- a shake a diet coke and a coke zero. I could only put in a complaint about the shake, the other drinks were not listed so I could not get them refunded.

I have not received any order and it says delivered here… I have seen the driver go past my house a couple of times now but I see him talking on his phone so I can’t even get his attention by waving.. this is so ridiculous + he has the audacity to click that it has been delivered 🤦🏽‍♀️

Bang on time and still very warm, I live three miles from the restaurant too. Everything delicious, peanut butter milkshake is amazing, burgers, I don't normally like skin on fries but these work, perfectly salted best fries I've had. Worth the price

Tried five guys for the first time picking it over burger king and macies. I thought it was good value, the chip's really surprised me crisp and hot, now on to the burger, I enjoyed the fact you could chose the extras for the filling, so if wanted bacon it's easy to select and the same with many other fillings. The fizzy pop machine was one you could go back and refill. The big question would I go back? Yes I would.

Delivery driver went in opposite direction to another address in a different area before coming to mine. Used excuse of 'bad traffic' but the route was unbelievable. Seemed to be delivering another order

Lovely bacon double cheese burger, nice and warm when it came. Never had Five Guys before but I can say this was the best burger I've ever had!

Food is cheap are locked because they think they are posh, but yet, you piss on the floor and they use this as source prove me wrong!

Quite possibly the best fast-food fries ever, but you know by how much it hurts your wallet. We had a plain burger, a bacon cheese burger, large fries and a milkshake, which came to £33. The burgers were good and the fries amazing. Place was half empty and I'm pretty sure it was because of the prices. Definitely somewhere for special occasions only I'd say.

Awful. Ordered on the app at 4:50pm, money was taken out the bank. Got to around 6pm and the app still hadn’t changed so I rang the restaurant just to double check my order. Got told by a women that the order had just left the kitchen so it shouldn’t be too long after giving her my order number and her double checking with other staff. Rang again at half 6 as the app had not changed still and no order had turned up. The manager answered the phone, telling me my order hadn’t even gone through in the first place. Why I hadn’t been told that the first time I rang I’m not sure! It’s absolutely ridiculous. It may have been just eats fault but for the women to have lied to me, I could’ve re ordered or ordered somewhere else at that point but got made to wait as I was expecting my food. The manager then was being rude down the phone stating it’s nobody’s fault here and didn’t offer to have my order put through just put the phone down on me. Awful experience, not even sure the lad that answered was the manager but oh well.

My partner and I ordered food using JustEat. The app told us that we had been accepted. An hour later and the time for delivery had been pushed back for the 2nd to 3rd time, the app hadn’t changed to say if it was still being made or out for delivery so my partner called in. A lady answered, asked for our delivery number then went to ask the kitchen. She returned to tell us it was out for delivery. We waited. Half an hour later, nothing. No food, no app change and no contact from Five Guys. So my partner calls in again. A man answers this time, we ask if they can contact the driver. This is when he reveals there is no driver and they didn’t receive the order. He knew our order number so she and him had clearly discussed what had happened. Even though we had just called so he was now aware of our contact number, and he was aware of what we had been told.He had made no contact to let us know, he offered no apology for his colleague lying to us even though he claims to be the manager. And when we tried to give feedback on the fact that we were lied to, he just didn’t care. Very rude man and poor customer service. Likely won’t order from here again.

This 5 Guys was OK. Busy, but yet fries were cold and burger was lukewarm. Milkshake was good. £18 for this though so expectations should be high. Reasonably clean restaurant although toilets were gross, despite the access coded needed to use them. Overall - I think this branch is a little worse than other Five Guys, but mostly the usual experience.

Food is well cooked and tasty. When compared to other restaurants, five guys are the best ... Reason behind it - from the bill counter to the food supply you can find people with a smiling face.. When you are having difficulty in ordering they pleasantly help you to order even if there is a queue behind you. They are customer friendly and not money oriented.

I went there last night and they made a mistake on the burger as we asked with lettuce ,when we went to tell them they brought us a container with lettuce on the side???? the girls working were extremely rude ,giving us weird looks, the indian girl at the front didn’t even apologise and she was the one who brought us that container. Bad service and not a single apology even tho it’s our right to receive our burger the way we order it.

The view is amazing if you go upstairs. Definitely, I'll come back to try another burger.

It was my first time visiting. For the price, the taste and quality don't go along. I was expecting something a lot better than a fast food joint but it was close to the same. Not over overwhelmed at all with the food. 👎

I don't even want to say but it was the worst 5 guys I've been to everything was wrong and bad, when you compare it to the Manchester Piccadilly one which is brilliant
