Excellent service all the time and chips too good

I am happy with the service and i really like chips

I have been visited there many times and I got same test of burger all the time I think their kitchen people are doing good job

Very good service food cooked to perfection and the manager and waiting stuff were very helpful this was Burger King in town Leicester.

The burgers and Halloumi fries are utterly unrivaled by other fast food.

There is a good food and hot food they are serving.

Very bad experience!I brought my big family which were visiting me from abroad ,we went for dine in and one of them wanted different meal so we get from different place potatoes and joined back the other people in Burger King when we were attacked not to eat what I have as I should eat only what they sell.I explain them that I ordered from them aswell but while waiting the order which took about 20 min to be made I ate what I had and staff start being absolutely rude to us.Only one person knew English beside me and stuff started attacking my family which didn’t know English.One homeless person came in drinking milk obviously not bought from them,but they didn’t say nothing to him.I told them that I am not going out to wait for my order.So they said it’s their policy but didn’t show me where exactly is written and I said I am not going out to call police as this is offensive and very stupid.I shouted and they shouted ,I told them that I have iPhone and probably I shouldn’t use it if they sell Samsung from their point of view.So silly.Place had 4 people on two different places and no one complained about anything.We were on two tables also 8 people.Manager was claiming that is their policy not to bring other food inside and my nephew asked probably five,six times to see where exactly is written this so we can agree with it,but nothing shown.Very bad experience and disgusting to be observed what I have on my table,in my hand or wherever.Rasist behaviour,bad,worst and awful to be in the city centre!AVOID!NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Very friendly kind people working there. Manager Nijas gave my son a crown when I asked and helped me to order on the machine as I am not good with machines. Toilets were clean as well.😆😆

Yummy food with decent dining area and toilets. Recommend if you love burgers and sides like chilli bites, nuggets or onion rings. Really tasty and yummy. Now they got halloumi fries.

Wrong drink delivered. Not a huge deal, I know, but I paid extra specifically to avoid artificial sweeteners. Why can't the simplest things be done right.

The food was over 30mins late. Freezing cold. Unedible! I refused the order and didnt give them my code as i wasnt happy paying 15 pound for freezing cold food. The guy said to contact just eat and took my food back. Want full refund please

I orderd from just eat to burger king. I didnt recieve my food till over an hour by the time it came it was stone cold me and my family could not eat it wasnt pleasant at all!!. Was not up to standards!!!!

We could see on the app that the driver had collected our order but was not moving, the delivery time got later and later and eventually the food was delivered 40 minutes late and stone cold. The driver said that he had another delivery from 5 guys that he had waited for. Then just told me to complain about the cold food. Extremely disappointed with this order especially considering the amount of money paid.

If I could I would give no stars at all. Order was placed at 20:41, ETA 21:17 & said driver at restaurant for more than an hour, at 22:35 - it changed to deliver, but definitely was not delivered. Also tried to call the restaurant- they just didn’t pick up the call- Absolutely disgusting . Requested a full refund!

delivered to wrong address! courier refused to take food to the right address, instead he argued with my neighbour, adamant it was for them. after 10 minutes of arguing my neighbour gave up, accepted the food and brought it to me themselves. this is completely unacceptable! couriers sometimes get confused because scott court is similar to scott street but most take the directions from my neighbour and go on to find the right address. who knows where my food be if my neighbour wasn't home

Chose Burger King as they are transparent about how their food is made and treated. They’re also 100% organic - the real thing tastes better than processed foods. Highly recommend this ad your go-to place to eat.

Pretty decent place with proper management. The guy with the beard and long hair cleaned the table for my family when I asked even though he was the manager. Very friendly and the food was also damn good 😊.

A great experience fast service would come again

A staff members was rude and disrespectful and when I came with my discount taste card he rolled his eyes and wouldn’t take it as I ordered off the savers menu. I’ve checked the terms and conditions and it says nothing about this. I was denied my discount for no reason!
