Very friendly service and excellent quality of food

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Staff are terrible, no customer service. Food was just as bad.

1 hour and 20 minutes from order time to get delivered for it all to go in the bin because it was freezing cold, vile

Abbey Lane McDonald’s sent out ice cream that tasted of chemicals. According to Just Eat I’m not entitled to a refund of that item because ‘All of our Restaurant Partners have their own recipes and cook in an individual style, so the taste, smell and portion size of a dish can vary depending on where you order it’. So if you enjoy paying to consume chemicals, order through Just Eat and make sure it’s from Abbey Lane McDonald’s.

Opened my door as was walking down the stairs and my mum and dad was in the next room I don’t appreciate that

Whole order was Cold, missing burgers fries and deserts, and happy meal toy so my grandson ain’t too happy, more like a unhappy meal

The drinks were all spilt in the bag and lots of the stuff were wet, including the stairs.

my hot drinks were left on the floor and they spilled everywhere so got no hot drinks waste of money

I have not eaten at mc donalds for years but we reluctantly stopped here on our way through leicester .I was impressed, food was really hot,fries had just a little salt (usually more salt than fries)and the coffee was strong and the cup was full,very nice well done mc donalds leicester, I will visit again maybe..

the delivery man put his bag on the floor to get our order out, he lifted the bag put with our hot drinks in and the bag has split and had leaked coffee because the lids had not been put on the coffee properly. so only half cups and soaking wet

Food was cold on arrival. Restaurant advertised delivery between 10-20mins food took 50mins to arrive. Driver was waiting to collect the food from the restaurant for 40mins+.

They didn't have and fizzy drinks and no cheese bites and I went at midday! Staff were unfriendly too.

I am disappointed with McDonald's in Leicester I'm hungry and can't buy food with my money it's a shame for who runs this place I feel discriminated because I am from Scotland they didn't accept Scottish money at all I am asking myself the question do I live in the United Kingdom or is Scotland out the UK REALLY DISAPPOINTED JUST TO LET THE OTHER TRAVELLERS KNOW THAT THEY NEED TO IGNORE THIS PLACE IF THEY WANNA PAY CASH

Drive through keeps getting worse, makes you wait long periods after going through the drive through, which defeats the purpose of a drive through

Drinks came no food rang Abby lane they said the food was taken but it has not been delivered I've only received drink I want a refund as I've spent 51 quid and no food

the delivery person was late i sated where to go for delivery and they just left the food at a corner and said it was delivered when it wasn’t delivered to the right person or the correct for number this has happened serval times now

Ordered a McRib accompanied with other food items however they didn’t give me the McRib which we paid for, additional the serving sizes were horrendous with a medium portion of fries when I ordered large. Disappointing

Its just like any other Mcdonalds..but i would suggest always collect and double CHECK your order rather than getting from drive thru...because u will end up with items wrong or missing and thats 100%.

Food never came but said it’s been delivered after waiting 2 hours for it

One of the meal orders was missing, a milkshake was missing, there were no straws for the milkshakes that did arrive and there was no sauce for the nuggets. Poor service yet I know the staff there work really hard so I feel its a management issue!

I have only received half my order two mcflurrys are missing drinks missing and dips.

Really unhappy with the service from Just Eat and the drivers who work for you! We have not received this order, nobody has arrived here. We cant track it to see exactly where it was dropped off. We cant speak to anyone! Its absolutely appalling!

Ordered just a burger and fries. Burger was missing the patty. How do you literally forget to put the burger in a burger in a burger restaurant? Super poor that mistakes like that can happen.

the food was cold and my drink tasted weird and my ice and my ice cream were all melted by the time it got here.

Chocolate milk shake was only half full and no chocolate flavour . Unable to drink and had to throw away. Never had a problem before with the shakes so was disappointed

So we came to McDonald’s and was greeted by a family of rats we then rang the store to make them aware that there’s multiple rats running about in the car park running into the rat boxes and then running back out and all we got from the store is “ok sorry” and ended call I have videos of this problem aswell
