Burger King in Hillingdon

This is the first time in a long time I’ve order and it’s been on time and been correct order.

Nasty dry burger, no napkins and no ketchup. My last Burger King.

They didn’t even deliver my drink , meals were cold and burgers dry. I contacted store about my drink but was ignored

The food was freezing, my driver was waiting at another place for 6 minutes. My food was not all here. Really not happy!

I ordered a burger with chips and they send me a ice cream 😂😂 nice job with that

Terrible, the drink was not what I ordered. This is the second time that it has happened to me. Ordered Fanta and added on Sprite (did not get either) Diet Coke came instead. I do not drink Coke

Really smiley delivery driver, despite being -4 cold. Appreciated that the food was still quite warm. As expected good tasting burgers.

rubbish waited hours then said delivered which it wasn't delivered i was told to talk to just eat with no help.. still without My order hours later

the driver was useless! I had to speak to him and redirect him twice. then I had to come out to find him. by this time the food is freezing!

Your servers need to read instructions in the App order correctly. I specifically asked for no mayonnaise in my burger and this was ignored as the burger had mayonnaise in it. Please read instructions properly. My meal was a waste of money as I was unable to eat it

The burger was not warm enough really not happy with this order. I mentioned for the fries to have a decent portion and paying 4 for cheesy fries that is definitely not a large.

Fantastic day out dining at this hidden gem in Yeading the team were super friendly and always wanted to help. Super friendly on kiosks and would do it for us as we didn’t want to touch the screens

Honestly I’ve been to some bad restaurants before but this place you wouldn’t believe The attitude on the women named Mithu had the worst kind of customer service I lost out on points on my app an I had to pay by card which I didn’t want to do she had an attitude working on the machine when it wouldn’t work properly. Not only that the food was cold an the place hadn’t been clean in god knows when. Avoid this place at all costs, if you guys don’t like working there then don’t work there.

Nice Burger king that is usually quite empty. Despite this they keep a full staff so service is fast and from my experience its alway maintained clean also. They have the refillable unlimited drinks machine which is always a plus and the little things make a difference such as them placing the paper crowns on every table so when you sit down you have a crown and a meal to enjoy :D like a ture King. Passing by then deff have a munch here.

I clearly wasn't the only delivery (tracked) this, along with the delay of the driver finding my home, resulted in completely cold food. £4 refund on a £17 order which I had to reheat is not acceptable! driver also had ago at me cause his navigation was wrong, I put my address in correctly, it's clearly my address, not sure how I can change where his navigation shows it

ordered at 12.25pm for 12.55pm delivery, didn't arrive until 1.10pm

Hi , with all my respect I writing this because the Burger King should know that they should remove this kinds of un respectful manger he name is micheal and I’m one of the delivery boy to make delivery I got order and I come by drive way because it was late like always I pick the order from that said and he rejected me for that order with his rude reaction and I come again and again but he think himself that he own every one and really happy from all stuff that are working in Burger King but they really dismissed this guy he is very bad for this job thanks

Food was completely cold. Reheating in microwave spoilt the whole meal for me and my little boy who was waiting to eat. I did notify Just Eat and they have one quarter pound f the total amount (due to be refunded as of yet) back. Upon accepting that offer as there was no other choice, I proceeded to open the meals. My child’s burger was totally burnt and my whopper did not contain the extras I asked for. Now, by this time I had already accepted the insufficient offer of a minor refund and had no option to send proof of pictures regarding my terrible order.

I have no idea why this particular BK has such a low review...In my opinion this BK is one of the far better ones. Burgers were tasty and the staff was helpful... While sitting outside, people kept cleaning up around us and asked us if everything was okay...I've been to many BK's that were crappy, but this one was great.

Been to this burger king today !! Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way The staff is very friendly specially Pushti. She was very co-operative, her way of talk was very polite, friendly nature and very attentive.

There was a trainee taking my order, it was obvious she was struggling to take our order so a guy came onto the intercom, seemed to be a manager in a black button up shirt, on the 26/10/24 @ 11pm. He had rushed to get the order out of me and I ended up leaving with half of what I wanted because I felt so rushed and it seemed that all he cared about was getting me off the headset. This is very unprofessional and if he’s a supervisor training staff like that, what will the staff turn out to be like?

A place that will be remembered by everyone who pays even a little attention to the aesthetics of the surroundings. Rats running around the parking lot, dirt around the building and inside. Some of the staff are smiling and always helpful, apart from young, pompous and ignorant people who do not respect their work, especially the people they serve, allowing themselves to exchange stupid remarks and exchange disrespectful glances. Inside the restaurant, there is a disagreement as to who should clean up after the customers who leave the table. Home delivery is a total tragedy, even if you live only 1/3 of a mile from the restaurant you have to wait at least half an hour for a delivery driver who will not leave the restaurant with ready, cooling food until he receives his second order. I think this place should be closed or undergo a metamorphosis as soon as possible.

Been to this Burger King a few times now and it’s always a solid experience. The staff are friendly, especially Dean, and the food’s always fresh. Service is quick and the place is kept clean. Definitely a good spot if you’re in the mood for a burger

It has been a while since I have had Burger King. It was amazing! The service was quick and sufficient. I just want to thank the manager Michael for asking if we're happy with the food. He has the best customer service in the establishment. If you go to this Burger king anytime soon, Michael has got your back!

A sleeping giant now. No longer a go to for veggies. The spicy bean burger is no more and the replacement a pale imitation. The King fries have long gone as well. The onion rings were plasticy. Such a disappointment all round. Saving grace was that the staff were excellent.

This place can't make it to reproduce the order did you ask for. At this point, after months and months trying to order loaded fries cheese and bacon and not being able to never receive it for what it was, I'll tell you to not waste your money trying order in delivery. They don't read the delivery order, they just throw whatever is there and they send it to you. I have the doubt they hire staff which is not able to read or write, or it's unexplainable why they can't manage to send something right. And on a order about 22£ I'll be gifting 2 items of 3 right to the foxes. They don't refund you for real eather. Don't bother. Call Mcdonald, they can read there.
