no golden syrup x2, no sugar for coffee, no spoons, and no additional pepper that i asked or.... terrible service, they getting worse

I ordered Chicken Selects but the resteraunt gave me Mozerella Sticks instead. I was unable to speak to anyone to get the correct order. Instead they only gave me a refund. Not good enough.

it was completely the wrong order, and once again, after the driver dropped it off, there is nothing you can do, cos noone pick up your call, answers your message etc. so the quality was good, for someone else, delivery was great 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

is taken 50 minute until the order was at my door.NB: restaurant is 5 minute away from my house by car.Driver didn't find the adress and my daughter come dawn to pick up order.(1 level).i think is not the driver fault ,but the restaurant

Although the food was edible, when it reached us it was stone cold - even the coffee! The person who delivered the food brought it to the door in brown bags, with no outer bag to keep the food warm and it being a very cold evening everything was freezing cold. I have been in hospital and was looking forward to a food delivery. I was very disappointed. Do you not provide anything to keep the food hot in transit - especially as the delivery driver was riding a bike ( not a car even).

the food was stone cold when it arrived, I ordered a terrys orange mcflurry and it came half filled with no orange/chocolate sauce and it was meant to arrive 25 minutes earlier but it kept saying it's being prepared so it got pushed back until 22:35 when I ordered at 21:50. I would order from a different McDonald's if I was you. I work in the hospitality industry and I know you have to ready up the order once it's prepared so a driver can be selected to come pick it up.

My order wasn’t delivered, I ordered it at 7.30pm and it’s now 10.05pm, no food delivered.

Im so disappointed im a macdonals worker too i pack deliveries making sure there are tissues, straws, spoons for the person who ordered takeaway. I ordered takeaway yesterday absolutely disgusting! the drinks should be double lidded to cause no spills!!! no straws was there my ice latte was spilled in bag, it was leaking!! no ketchup, no tissues nothing the meal was absolutely cold and im so sick today because im sure they don't use the rule proper hygiene! my stomach literally hurts so bad since eating from here. Never ordering from here.

I had to give one star otherwise they don’t even deserve that, We yesterday ordered but the burgers were mess stuff was falling out like it was just thrown together. The drinks were leaking everywhere, and they didn’t even bother to give straws or napkins. Honestly, it was the worst experience ever. Definitely not ordering from this McDonald’s again. Avoid this place if you can. The staff here doesn’t care about your food!!!

I am disabled and the courier “when he saw my leg and crutches” was very rude!! He also refused to give me my food unless I gave him the code immediately. Regardless, that I insisted he give me the food he stood there arguing with me for over 2 mins refusing to hand over the food I had already paid for!! I am disgusted by his behaviour and very very disappointed!!

First of all the driver was poor at following my directions, other delivery drivers had no issues. Second the bag that contains the spilled drink was ripping apart and dripping due to spills finally causing the other bag containing the food to also start to rip. Sadly I'm unable to attach photos to show this mess..

Driver dumped our food at reception (WITH A TIP given too) and didn't bother to text and advise us our food was delivered, so as a result our food lay at the hotel reception going cold and then was totally inedible. I made it clear on my order information to text me on arrival and I'm come meet him. I received ZER0 updates or delivery notices. I paid £48 for a cold inedible McDonalds, far from impressed!

I never received my order. just eat don't care when you don't receive your orders but they are very happy to take delivery and service charges. Basically taking money for doing nothing. I ordered a Mcspicy meal and 2 mayo chicken but got 2 cheeseburgers instead of mayo burgers and I don’t eat beef and let’s not even talk about how they forgot to add a straw for the drink and ketchup when I specifically mentioned it. I don’t mind if you forget about ketchup but at least give me my items right. I never bother to write reviews especially a bad one but this is ridiculous. Never ordering anything from here. Wasted my money and had to throw away the cheeseburgers. WORST SERVICE
