Really lovely staff helped us order our food and were very sweet and accommodating even though they were busy.The food was amazing and the restaurant was actually really clean and well kept, will definitely be coming back 👍🏼

I had a great experience at Burger King! The vegan Royale and , the fries were hot and crispy, and the service was quick and friendly—definitely coming back!

Best part of 10£ for chicken burger fries and coke, which you have to figure out how to pour yrself. Ketchup you have to ask for. Place is just about OK but you get a sense it is inferior to McDonald's

Good restaurant, car park a bit small and disabled spaces full of delivery drivers. Food is good, would like to see something festive and vegan.

The Fanta drink was half filled they sent a vanilla shake rather than strawberry. The lettuce on the whopper was brown the onion rings were cold and hard as a rock. I threw everything out as it was cold and uneatable.this is the second time I have had a bad order from this place. Will never order from here again

After waiting for 70 mins for my order I called to find out that the driver who was supposed to pick up my food had issues with his application. I have asked for the order to be cancelled, as was going out, and received a msg from a driver an hour later that he is at my door with food. He marked an order as delivered although no one was home and no food was left

Pouring with rain, wasn’t clear online that only thing open is the drive thru at 1am. When I tried to speak to the girl that worked there she was rude and said she couldn’t help me and slammed the door in my face before I could speak. Not coming here again.

the courier was great delivered to the right place best thing u did was put a code so order come right address but my food came freezing and my Ben and Jerry's ice cream was like water I could drink it the restaurants need to prepare orders when the couriers get there not before because this results in freezing food and waste of money because it is ruined so has to go in the bin so not happy with the restaurant food quality

I placed my order at 19:30 with the expectation of the food arriving by 20:15 latest but the order didn’t arrive until 20:48. I wasn’t able to receive the order as I had to leave my accommodation to go out. I tired cancelling the order as it was so delayed but I wasn’t given the option. I would please like to request a refund as I wasn’t able to get my food due to the long delay after the app said it would take between 25-45 minutes.

Been trying to contact this place now for 20 minutes and keep being ignored. Somebody has purposely took the piss with my order. Ordered 9 nuggets recieved 8. Ordered a whopper with no mayo and ketchup arrived with both slapped all over it. Then added 2 large fries for nearly 4 pound each and th le boxes came with about 9 chips in each one. Then to top it off ordered a frozen fanta for my son which came half filled up. Complete joke i will never buy from Burgerking again.

Best Burger King in Manchester, staff are lovely and welcoming and the food was served quickly and was still hot. Always satisfied when I go there.

Staff are amazing, always friendly, helpful and always give quick service. Wish I could order via the app for the drive thru but it’s recently stopped offering this. Which makes collecting my app order tricky. I’m disabled so transferring into my wheelchair to collect my app order isn’t easy especially when the disabled parking bays are always blocked by delivery drivers i find it so disgusting how they allow the uber eats /just eat delivery drivers to continuously ALWAYS abuse disabled parking bays. It’s so wrong and needs to be sorted, which is why I can’t say this place is disabled accessible because they clearly do not care about disabled customers and the delivery drivers are so rude.

Clean, well run restaurant. Service was prompt and the food was hot. Update on 29 July 2024. I reduced the score to 3 stars today. The Chicken Royale was good but the fries were awful. They were stale and tough (I wonder how many times they had been re-heated). The restaurant was quiet (17:00) with only 2 people. Maybe that's why the fries were old.

Was regular customers 3 of us now told we can't go through the drive thru to do 3 separate orders want us to drive round 3 times. Too much effort for the lazy brain dead staff. Just lost 3 customers.

Order food at 8:55pm and it’s now 10:30pm our order says it was delivered but it never came

my order took a horrific amount of time to process and prepare, baring in mind it was a kids meal burger and fries. then the delivery time was awful. it was constantly going up every minute. from 22:55 to 23:40. food was unpleasant and was simply obnoxious. portions are no where near filled to where they should be, and the burger bun was hard, crispy like it’d been out for a while.

Another one for the naughty list. Yep - locked toilets. When will these places realise that using the toilet is basic human need? I assume you'll get a code for the door when you buy something but that's a type of scam, preying on people's need (maybe even desperation) to make a few quid. McDonald's UK have a policy of allowing people to use toilets without question and all other chains should be doing the same.
