Burger King in West Lothian

Filthy tables all round ,looks like does not get cleaned during the day ,dread to think wot like behind the scenes ,we left ,50 mins later still filthy tables and tables cluttered, floors black ,avoid

Great lunch food was great all seemed really fresh

Food never arrived, saying delivered at 17.45 but quite clearly hasn’t been delivered at time of writing this it’s 16.55. Shocking service, last time order took 2 and half hours and this time it’s been 3 hours and no delivery. Not even any contact with the restaurant either.

Food was a little cold,delivery driver not have thermal bag!!

Need to put toilet paper in the bathrooms, also needs to spray the bathrooms and clean them we went in and they stinked I even had to run to the disabled bathroom for toilet paper.

From order to delivery was nearly 45mins longer than stated. When my order eventually did arrive one item was missing and the rest were stone cold.

Got two frozen fantas which were both less then half filled and the wrong flavour was given for both too.

Missing food, Sauces yet again, Maybe should stop employing 16 year old children and employ people who can actually do a job, 3rd time in a row things have been missing.

Put the order in at 14.03 and it did not arrive until 16.51.

Half the order was missing. There is no means to contact the shop or just eat to inform them off the mistake. My only option was to reorder the missing items.

Why put cold drinks in beside hot food? Well I’m guessing the food used to be hot. No surprise here.

ordered at 11.51 am and was delivered at 2.15 pm. the food was cold, and we had to microwave. ordered diet coke, got Coke. Service was abysmal, food was cold... terrible, just terrible

The driver picked up the order, and seemed to sit in the carpark for 10 minutes. Then, he sat outside my house for another 5 and didn't approach the door until I opened it and waited, looking at his car.

So apparently an XL bacon double cheeseburger meal which is supposed to come with large fries now only comes with 9 fries. I counted them.

the delivery time just kept going up the food didnt get prepared for about 1hr and 10 minutes the hashbrowns were soggy chips undercooked and the burger bun was solid

ordered 2 hamburgers no cheese because of severe allergy and received 2 cheeseburgers. could not eat and had to order elsewhere

Burger king never seems to disappoint. Sure sometimes the chips and sides are on the colder side, but a few minutes in the oven and they're like fresh. I appreciate the family meals too.

Late and so much missing disappointing

Awful service and delivery time, waited an hour and a half for my order to arrive with half the items missing, no drinks and freezing cold food.

Nuggets from the kids meal were missing, along with the onion rings. Asked for no garnish and received it on burgers. Overall very disappointed considering over £30 paid. One unhappy hungry kid tonight

Great restaurant and good atmosphere got help from a manager called Ryan he was so helpful from start to finish with my order and offered to bring it across for me as I had a young child with me

My mother is not very good at technology as she is older. A very nice women helped her to take an order at the kiosk on Tuesday when she was shopping on her own in the Centre. My mum mentioned she is always very kind and give her a warm welcome. Usually other staff members are mean when she asks their help so I am really appreciate to Esther, as she was very understandable with her concerns and did not leave her feel like she is stupid just because she is old. Keep up your good work nice lady, amazing customer service. Thanks for your empathy!!!

The food tasted great but it was really cold.

delivery time kept being pushed back. the whole time the delivery driver is at burger king. by the time my food arrived it was cold. when I asked why it took so long he said he had to wait on a second order and deliver that first. which is fair but at least try and keep the food warm.

Ordered a whopper and received a burger with one piece of lettuce and some mayonnaise. Never received the chilli cheese bites or cheese loaded fries I ordered either. Someone had scribbled some writing on the whopper wrapper but the only word that was illegible was sorry. Will think carefully before ordering from here again.

Food was awful. Chicken burger was most rubbery chicken I have ever had.

Ordered the food at 14:00 hours or so. ETA 14:50-15:20. 1 hour 5 mins later the food arrives. Stone cold. The only item that had a heat was the bottle of Coca Cola. The burger patties were as dry as an Arabs sandal. I am not happy one bit at this and would like a refund for this as waiting over an hour extra for stone cold food worth £30 is a joke.

Must be a potato shortage that we don’t know about? The last 3 times I have ordered a BK. I’ve only had about 6-7 fries in the box! 🤷🏻‍♂️

All food was tasty & delivered on time. Missing a small ice cream (account credit given by Just Eat) and a bottle of Fanta Orange was missing from one of the meal deals, which there was no way to get a credit/refund on Just Eat for the missing part.

I come here sometimes with a family member in the morning (10-11ish) and it’s usually very quiet. One day i came in around lunch time, as i expected it was going to be busy but what i saw was disgusting. Bins over flowing, tables not clean, worker being silly in the back and toilets were disgusting. Overall the food is actually okay but please make sure the atmosphere is clean.

Not at all happy with things my juice was leaking my chips were nearly cold and I asked for cheese and bacon on them the bacon was not there and the cheese sause was practically non existing the burge was only warm. Ice cream half melted.

I’ve eaten at this place several times now, place is always busy but never had an issue with the quality or service. Would recommend it for a quick & easy on pocket lunch
