Burger King in Southwark

I had an XL bacon double cheese burger!!... even on my new diet/lifestyle of eating healthy 1 burger in a blue moon won't undo all my hard work & so I say go grab a burger guys, YOLO so they say. It's never busy and there is always someone ready to serve you when you walk in.

Compared to Spain or very expensive Macdonald

This restaurant is quite disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times, but each time I’ve ended up leaving because no one has greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The interior always appears somewhat dirty, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t have the same lively and clean vibe that you typically find at most Burger King locations, which is a real letdown. I believe the restaurant could really benefit from extended opening hours to better serve the local community. The space inside is large and seems underutilized, which could be addressed by offering more flexible hours. The current limited hours, along with the lack of proper service, seem to contribute to the restaurant’s lack of appeal. With better service and more accessible hours, this location could be much more popular and appealing to customers. It’s a real shame because it has potential, but the current management and setup are holding it back.

Don’t put “estimated time 15-30 mins” if it’s gonna be almost 90 minutes.

Burger king always get our order right. The food is always piping hot and the delivery is always good. I cannot fault them.

I came to this Burger King with my family and I spent 30 pounds on food and when I went into the bathroom the floor was flooded and there was pee and poo all over the toilet and when I let one of managers by name of Abdur know he laughed in my face and said it’s not my problem and to go use the bathroom in Costa, never in my life have I been treated so badly in a restaurant where I have spent my hard earned money, I have been going there for the past 10 years with my family and now I can never go there again !!!!! Honestly I’m outraged even thinking about it This place should be shut down !!!!!!!

Smelly and dirty upon entry slow and serving cold food How this place stays in business is beyond me proberly stays open just for the delivery side of the business

asked for cold drink, they sent hot drink + 50 mins waiting.

Would never eat again from the Peckham branch of Burger King. It was an absolute dump. Food give me a bad stomach eat at your own risk.

Like going here as it's normally very quick service and never really packed. Burger was not very hot but definitely worth the money and chilly cheese bites are so yummy.

The fries were getting cold & the coke was warm.

This BK is dead! Customer service is poor and they only take card payments! Half of their equipment doesn't even work. Proper ghetto!

Visited on 27/10/24 afternoon. The two black girls serving were RUDE, lacked any form of customer service. We had two orders but they refused to give us two bags to carry our heavy order. They charged us 40p for one bag and said they don’t accept cash at the till. They were even rude to the assistant manager.

i place my order at 1.48 ish and it's now 4pm and i haven't still got My Burger king feom Peckham. Now it's says it's been delivered, guess where my food is! Cause i have no clue!

My order took nearly 2 hours to come and the food was very cold when it arrived.

Courier took the long way round to get to Kennington Oval. It’s just a short way from Oval Tube Station and he ended up going a totally long way up Kennington and back but never mind.

can't understand how you prepare a meal yet forget to add the drinks included in the meal what good is an optimum delivery when not all items are derived

Driver delivered food to wrong address. I can understand the area does looks the same, but the idea of an ID number to show the driver should of prevented this from happening. With luck, i was watching from my window to witness this & got my order.

food really good. delivery driver decided to share his opinion and tell me to "not eat all of the food" and gestured at my body size. I informed him the food was not for me but this has really left a bad taste when ordering any food from just eat even on behalf of other people to my home.

The driver got to the restaurant quickly, the restaurant had the driver waiting there for nearly an hour. I ordered at 11.30 am my order got here at 12.50pm. I tried to call the restaurant after half an hour but the line was busy. I wanted to cancel the order but the driver had already been waiting a long time. I'm really unhappy with the restaurant.
