Pedí pedir en el mostrador debido a que las pantallas estaban ocupadas. Un funcionario dijo que sí, pero no mostró interés. El primer precio me pareció muy barato así que pregunté si la bebida estaba incluida. ¡No lo fue! El precio todavía parecía un poco más barato, pero pagado con tarjeta. Cogí la bebida y la bolsa y me senté. No hay pollo en mi bolsa. Volví al mostrador. En primer lugar, el miembro del personal puso un precio adicional de £ 7 + en el lector de tarjetas y solo señaló. ¡Esto habría llevado el costo a más de £ 14 para una oferta de comida! This is good food and customer services are too good. Place are nice and clean. all are staff are so nice and helpful.

Wow. I’ll start with the fact that this is the first negative review I have written in over ten years. I normally can’t be bothered. This, however is completely necessary and I wish I had been warned (not that I’ve ever review checked a fast food joint before buying so I expect it’s a waste of time) Disgusting attitude at service. You could put that down to one person or a bad day. The burger was the worst I have had at any fast food place. Actually ever. The bread was completely stale, as in, almost concrete. That sounds like an exaggeration but I can’t emphasize enough how bad it was. The chips are the only thing I could say looked ok but I had given them to a homeless guy (this is a first I don’t normally share on a late night binge!!!). Burger King have ensured I will not again!”…well done BK. Tomatoes and lettuce were like they had been out all day which with the turnover at Euston, I imagine takes some effort. To say it was a 0 star isn’t enough. The coke was flat and warm (the second time that has happened). Warm as in heated somehow. All in all, I paid to be offended!

Arrived 10am on a Wednesday. On way to a meeting. I was the only customer. Waited 11 mins for a tiny bag of hash browns for £2.5. The old guy serving me put them into the packet 1 by 1 as he chatted to his colleague between every one. Terrible service. Will never go again. Hash browns were ok but when I asked for more napkins he said they were already in the bag. Told him they were covered in the grease from the hash browns so he reluctantly passed me one more napkin. I can’t think of a way to be any worse at your terrible job.

Nosotros queríamos comer en un sitio decente no en un vertedero. Primero llegamos y por ser españoles nos sentimos súper discriminados cuando derrepente hibamos a pedir una oferta y nos dice que no q se ha acabado y justamente la perdona de atrás q si era inglesa si se la dieron. Today I was in a rush to catch my train from london to Manchester, I thought burger King was a good choice as my train left in 3 minuted. I sat down soon as I got my train which must I add left bang on time, well this burger was disgusti stone cold freezing cold not even a hit of heat inside and for £5.99 without even fries or a drink just ridiculous!!! One place I will never try again and also will be telling friends and family to stay away!!!!

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this Burger King. I spent £28 on two meals and a “share box” before catching our train. We received our bag of food and found a place to sit to eat it. Upon opening the bag we discovered our “share box” to just be a bag of 6 onion rings. As our train was soon I quickly ran back to Burger King to retrieve our missing items. I told the man who served us he had forgot the rest of the “share box” and we only received onion rings. He got very aggravated and was ranting on about chicken nuggets. He then started shouting for me to show him the bag of food which I had left with my partner. After he repeatedly shouted “SHOW ME” I decided to walk away from the situation and go catch our train. I wouldn’t go back here even if the food was free. Would give minus stars if I could.

No desire at all from the staff or manager that there was an issue. Apparently it was my fault for not eating it fast enough. After a 2nd attempt to resolve the issue I was given a new burger. That one was barely warm. Never again.

Absolute shameful and disgusting behaviors and attitudes experienced at this very busy BK!! this whole team needs to fix up before senior management land here and shut the place down. One of the arrogant and ignorant female staff Bhagarvia “served” my husband so rudely he was angry for ages after and didn’t even eat their food! She was rude aggressive unnecessarily. My husband is the calmest chilled guy I know but this service was a big fat zero. All of them when we wanted to speak to the manager was arrogant n ignorant and delaying in assisting with our complaint. Never again!

Seldom buy takeaway in stations, but a couple of times recently have gone to the Burger King at Euston - never again. The orders are frequently wrong (too late once you are on the train), and seem suspiciously small for the huge bill - I asked for a Double Whopper with Cheese and large fries, but what I got when I opened the bag seemed to be a smaller burger and medium fries - for 9.89 The weirdest thing is the attitude of the staff - they have almost a dismissive attitude to customers, usually talking to their colleagues as they take the order or hand the order over. Querying or pointing anything out politely is met with a sneer and no response. This suggests a bullying working atmospher, with dysfunctional management. The franchise owner (SSP?) or Burger King UK need to mystery-shop this branch urgently.

I was in a rush so got a chicken burger from here. Told the server 3 times no mayo due to an allergy. You guessed it it was smothered in mayo. As I was already now on the train I could nit go back to complain so it had to go uneaten. This is not the first time I have had this issue at this outlet, complaining to burger king gets you no where as they deny responsibility. Does someone actually have to die due to this kind if carelessness before they will do anything about it?

I happened to find myself at London Euston station on a Monday lunchtime a tad hungover so opted for a Burger King - my first for a long time. Unfortunately what I got was far from a royal experience. My burger was dry and tasteless, no better than something from a burger van without the option of onions and being able to watch your food being made. Chips seem to have changed but are still cardboard tasting. They come unsalted and no salt provided - I guess you have to be a Burger King regular to know to ask. Sachets of ketchup rather than dip pots BK’s competitors offer makes for a messy affair. To top it off my drink (Coke Zero) was watered down and flat. The paper straw cheap and went soggy. Any kudos for caring for the environment by sticking a paper straw through a plastic lid are nullified by being forced to eat paper. Maybe they are hoping people take a drink to wash down the chips and won’t notice. And all this for £9.69 (XL Double Cheeseburger meal) not dissimilar in price to a Five Guys, the burger is a bit bigger but inferior in every way and comes without sauce or toppings. In the 90s people would compare Burger King with McDonalds but now it is just something you get when you’re in a rush to get on a train with little other options...and not many people are getting on trains at the moment. The seems to have already abdicated the throne and surely only a matter of time before he’s gone for good?

Usual BK fast food available however be prepared to pay more for the pleasure of getting your food and then having no where to sit down and eat it. Partly due to COVID but when you’re on your own with a walking stick it’s difficult...

I order the fries, the staff didn't ask me what size do I need, the receipt showed I paid large size fries, but I have been given small size fries, when I came the shop again, ask another staff, is this a big size? he said it's regular size, I said why you staff just now gave me the regular one because I paid the price for large one. he changed what he said, regular is large. they are fraudulent conduct. this shop will ruin Euston station!

The Burger King at Euston Station offers the traditional BK menu and good service and quick service at reasonable prices.

Really they can do much better than this. If the branch outside Paddington can be so good compared then why does this one need to be so bad? Rude staff who really just are not happy to be working there. The food was okay (usual Burger King Standards), but why not make it a reasonably happy place to orderfrom?

We vistied on Friday 17th November about 11pm'ish, and I realise that on a Friday night the staff here must have to serve their fair share of obnoxious drunk people, however the verbal abuse, that we suffered at the hands of a very angry woman posing as a fast food server was second to none and completely uncalled for, all becuase I refused to pay £2.40 for a small coke, which seemed to cause this lady much offense. When I say she lost it, I mean she seriously lost it. She accused my friend of trying to video her when he took his phone out of his pocket, threatened to call the police, called us a barrage of four letter word names then went screeming and shouting up the stairs into the station accusing us of all sorts, and then tried to have a C2C member of staff stop us from getting on our train (which he did not). I think the owners of this franchise need to seriously look at who they are employing, and provide some sort of counselling for them, as with this woman, they are clearly suffereing serious mental issues.

if you like waiting, receiving the wrong order and being treated rudely this is the place to go. If not GO ELSEWHERE AVOID AVOID!!

Absolutely appalling for a main chain establishment. A few times I have gone in for a black coffee and the mess is disgusting. Bags, wrappers, sauce and dissaray on a lot of the tables. The service was snail paced and the staff very rude and unfriendly. Had to wait ages for a coffee as the member of staff took my single black coffee order and then took another family order. I had to wait til he had half of the family order on a tray before pouring my coffee, even though I ordered first. Very slow on other occasions as well. I will be going back to McDonald's, even though their equivalent is more expensive as the service and cleanliness is far better.

Typical Burger King fare on the concourse at Euston. Fast service, but the staff can be a little surly until you show them some pleasantness, then they become very friendly. General seating is available on the mezzanine floor, but BK doesn't have a restaurant area of its own since the Euston facelift.

How can a Burger King be so bad? This one has a small counter at street level. Guy working the counter was nice but the food was shocking. Took it upstairs - don't go! It was deserted and dirty. Will not be visiting this branch again I'm afraid.

This Burger King is actually quite good. The food served is quick and hot. There is no seating though, but you may find a seat on the same level or on the upper floor.

Este tipo de sitios ya se sabe que hay que ir con paciencia. En Londres y en cualquier sitio. Pero lo de este sitio es desesperante. El caso es que la fila no era muy larga pero de duración son eternas. El tiempo de pedido es largo....muy largo. Luego la comida está bien, de sabor y temperatura. El servicio es simpatico y amable aunque lento. Las instalaciones son grandes y una cosa que me encantó: maquinas de refrescos con multitud de sabores que aquí en España no hay. Había 6 ó 7 sabores de Coca Cola.

While waiting for my train on 16 November I stopped at Euston Burger King for a quick dinner. The man who served me was apalingly rude to the lady served before me and then to myself. It was so far beyond acceptable that I was going to ask to speak to the manager. However, having looked at his name badge it appeared that he was the manager. So I paid and found a seat to eat at in the station. Sadly I then discovered that both the burger and fries were stone cold (not even lukewarm, it was ridiculous). The food soon found the nearest bin and I wasted £7. I travel through Euston regularly and won't be using the Burger King again. This is really a zero star review.

I have often wondered when visiting London, why I only ever eat in MacDonalds. As the one in Holborn was being renovated, I decided to try the one in Holborn by the dual carriageway. Now I know WHY I never eat in Burger KingTHe cashier was the only one on duty at 0920 and therefore the chef as well (handling dirty money and food !!). The roll was not stale but it was hard. The burger was thrown together rather than assembled and the fries were coldI certainly will not be eating in a Burger King again !!

The Service was too slow. The hot food went cold before it even reached the table. The salad was the worst ever! A little old lettuce that has gone brown days ago, only one cherry tomato, decomposed grated carrot and a piece of hot oily chicken fillet that were not even cut in strips. And all this was served in a plastic square box that the produce came in. The service was appalling with the cashier refusing to issue receipts and refusing to offer a refund or alternative. And the Manager in charge were even worse, refusing to provide fresh salad in the containers advertised.

Being a vegetarian, it was the worst burger I had.Mcdonalds Burger was much better than this.If you are a vegetarian, don't ever try this.

I was pretty tight on my time and there was a queue of about ten folk waiting to be served. BK, let me tell you, the staff here were red hot! They were working really hard. Customer service was pretty abrupt because it was so busy but your guys were engaged at point of sale. The boss was a Sikh guy in his forties (?) and served me himself. I got a whopper meal, larged and a Coke. Burger was fresh, chips were fresh and my Coke mix was good. An excellent, quickly served meal on the hoof!I haven't ordered fast food from any franchise in quite a while. This was a brilliant experience and you should give your team here a slap on the back. We went to Burger King in The Mall, Next to Walthamstow Central Station (Victoria Line). Duty Manager - Her Name is Gina.... She is a horrible person I ever encounter with. She does not care about anything. She was charging me EXTRA then when i asked why its too much then she was Extremely VERY RUDE and also she was charging me VAT and one burger for 7.5.I COMMENTED MYSELF THAT I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY BURGER KING IN FUTURE AND I WILL SUGGEST EVERYBODY NOT TO GO THERE

Burger King was a place of choice for me to quickly hop in for eating before sight seeing on a weekend or even for snacking on the way back from work to my apartment. Apart from burgers, chilli cheese bites are tasty.

We visited this place as we were waiting for a train home. We were served quickly but I always thought "Triple" meant there would be three - obviously not - in Burgerking triple means two. Food was "fast" to go down but slow to digest - why oh why do I visit these place?

Standard Burger King in the food court of Euston Station. It was very busy being rush hour and premises were full. There was difficulty obtaining seats and the tables hadn't been cleared. There was no sign of anybody clearing up. Having said that, the service was fast, food tasted good, price was reasonable and the children were given a generous amount of sauce sachets without any problem. Ideal for a quick bite before a long trip on the train.

I like this place a lot. While in the U.S. I avoid burger kind like the plague this one hooked me in with the angry royale collection. Staff is friendly and serve quickly.
