Burgerism Gatley in Stockport

This was the first time I tried the burgers from Burgerism. They are far too salty for my liking and the quality of beef was very low. The staff members are very professional and polite and the ordering system is very good. Unfortunately the burger was not to my liking.

Best takeaway burger around by a mile. Had the Double Cheesed and was seriously proper. Top lad on the desk asswell who passed me my food was friendly and polite. Top Marks (posted this on Denton by accident asswell)

The patties had no meat on them and felt like crispy skin, completely burnt and absolutely no sauce. We couldn’t eat them and had to order from another take away. Called up burgerism and their excuse was “their burgers are meant to be slightly crispy”. For the amount you pay for these burgers, this was diabolical

Cracking food. Lovely staff who catered really well for my egg allergy and gave us a shedload of fruit salad sweets

50% of order missing.. not for the first time.. they answer the phone then when you mention food is missing they cut you off and goes to voicemail… absolutely last time will be using..

Food was amazing!! late but just want to thank the guys down at burgerism for being so good with communication as the issue was actually with the just eat courier. The guys re made our food so we received it hot and put in a few Extra’s in so thanks guys 🫶🏼

One of the worst takeaways I’ve had. Been before a while ago and thought I’d give in another go. Wow. It’s like McDonald’s the chaos in side, except McDonald’s burgers are better! Not full of gristle. At least at McDonald’s they don’t forget sauce. Maybe burgerism you’re taking on too many orders and forgetting how to keep quality high.

Excellent burger cooked perfectly and to order preference. The fries were seasoned exactly as you wanted, nice and crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Food was nice but could have been warmer.

Ordered in advance so i would get my food at 13:00 but by 12:50 they restaurant hadn't even started it yet, so I cancelled then restarted it they then started it but then when it did arrive it had pickles on which i had asked to be removed

Brough my friend here for his first Burgerism today. Staff super friendly and welcoming, food is always excellent. Would highly recommend coming here

Food was freezing cold. The delivery driver refused to come to my door and made me come to him in my pj's he didn't even have it in a bag to keep it warm. Wasn't worth the money.

The store set the timer going when my order was picked up and what should of been a 20/25 minute delivery took the driver almost an hour to deliver so when the food arrived completely cold I refused to take it as I didn’t want freezing food,I watched the driver go all over before bringing the food so he obviously took multiple orders which I can’t condone as if I wanted cold food I would go to the fridge not order my favourite takeaway

Only ever ordered the chicken burgers.. however they are the best I’ve ever tasted

Really simple menu which I really appreciate as it means they focus on doing the few things right. And they really know how to make a good smash burger. If you want one and are in the area then no need to look any further. Only downside is there is no dining in option. Take away only.

Prepare to wait while staff deal with just eat and uber eat drivers. Your food will eventually be given to you and it will be cold. Try eating at Salford or Denton. Gatley is useless

Delivery driver was brilliant, his system sent him to the wrong address, he rang me and we got the delivery sorted.

I should have just cooked, burnt burger patty and didn't read my notes... don't worry tho they put a pub coaster and 2 fruit salad sweets in the bag, another avaerage takeaway trying to be bougie... just make good food.

Massively dissapointed. Always rate burgerism. I put my phone number on my notes for a reason. Food was cold and not a driver delivering just a guy on a bike who was lost. Why put notes if they dont get read?

I ordered my food came as normal only to discover a burger missing with wings instead which were frozen cold and also chips and a free bird burger which had unmelted cheese and the bun was upside down

usually amazing but this time ordered two double meals and when arrive only have one double meal and a single meal with stuff we didn't want on, apart from that food bang on as always

What can I say? best burgers around. Concise menu, excellent quality ingredients, attention given to the all the small details that make a great burger and a great service experience. Burgerism definitely know what to do and do it well. Not to be missed.

These are simply the best wings in South Manchester and Stockport ! The team tonight must be working hard with the offer on, turning orders over really fast ! Fair play to the manager and team ! 20 mins from ordering and the delivery driver is knocking on my door ! Really generous with the sauce

Absolutely amazing!! I ordered the beefed burger with skin-on fries, and it was absolutely incredible. Everything from the packaging to the food was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Terrible terrible experience and HORRIBLE customer service Placed an order with Burgerism through uber for my family and it was quite a big order worth £140. Burgerism forgot to add my two Burgers in the order bag, despite having crossed it off on the receipt. After calling burgerism and speaking to the staff member he proceeded to tell me to come pick the food up myself or we can deliver you some other day. My kids stayed hungry and only ate chips. They ruined our family time. Not recomended at all. Horrible and rude customer service!

Incredible burgers, very well prepared, not the cheapest burger in town, but definitely the tastiest. Well worth the money, definitely value for money.

Ordered some burgers and wings. Burgers were great but the wings weren't cooked fully, still pink on the inside.

So I ordered cheese burger yesterday, I had such a bad stomach upset since ages. My stomach upset was so bad I got sick. I wonder if it’s have hygiene inside. Such a ridiculous experience with this burger. Never again.

The cheeseburger was tasty and well made but a little on the small side. Wings were also tasty but not as hot as they could have been

It used to be really nice, but I haven't had it for a while now. It's pretty dreadful. For one thing, I asked for no gherkins and no sauce, and they put it on anyway. It's clearly obvious who's been vaccinated and who hasn't. You don't need to be a bimbo anymore; just have the vaccine and you become brain-dead. Also, the chips portion has gotten smaller, like every other rip-off takeaway. It's funny because sooner or later, no one will be able to afford it, putting you all out of business. You're making a rod for your own back. Also, they only put seasoning on one chips and not the other, and the burger was dry and made me feel sick. The best part is the sauce, no joke. It's embarrassing. If you could let me know where you get the sauce from, that would be great because you should just stop making food and sell sauce. WAKE UP!

The quality was great no complaints, as was the taste however when i order a burger meal for that price i expect a burger. Ya get me not this kiddy sized wet squeeze

Turned up for a collection order. Was greeted by a young man called Jamie. His customer service was 10/10, personality was 10/10, had a massive smile on his face and made the experience that little bit more. Food was ready in 5 minutes and he kept us informed all throughout.

First experience of Burgerism after being eager to try it for a very long time. Very small burgers and disappointingly average, especially the chicken burger which was completely flavourless. Not sure if we’ve being spoilt by the likes of Shakedown locally but to pay over £30 for 2 extremely mediocre burgers wasn’t great - could just be this branch as everyone I know in town raves about this place! Uber’s delivery was very good though

price is a bit much £32 for 2 meals . buns was so soggy at the bottom it was just mush.

Outstanding burgers!! Even my son who is so fussy said he loved it! Early delivery, food was hot, definitely worth the money! just WOW!! Not had a takeout like this in a while. Has to be my fave place and will only order from here now. 5* you'll be disappointed if you don't!!
