Cafe Bon App'tit in Bradford

Very slow service. Run down and not comfortable. Food arrived cold. Qaulity of the english breakfast is poor. Dhesi breakfast is ok. Toilet facilities are awful.

Was really let down by this place. It has really good media presence but when you step inside you can see its run down. We were the only customers and waited 45mins for a breakfast. English breakfast was a dissapointment, price was not worth it. Desi breakfast and tea were good. Unfortunatly facilities were poor and service was poor. The owner just needs to make a changes and train up staff and have better organisation for place to run well.

I ordered the mix platter and it was really nice all my family loved all the food. I would highly recommend and would definitely order again.

Terrible service.. food average.. Too many complaints from customers whilst we were say waiting hoping we wouldn't be one of them. Waiters have no idea what they are doing. The owner you can see is trying hard. But you need trained staff and a system

Best desi breakfast we’ve ever had. Chai was perfect level of sweetness and food was perfectly seasoned. The puri was the right texture and was not oily at all. Great customer service! Over all a great experience.

Went for breakfast after seeing all TikTok videos. Opted for full English breakfast, which took over 30 minutes to arrive, even though i was the only customer in there. I ordered white coffee with breakfast, because coffee/ tea is not included in price. Anyway breakfast was not bad, but nothing special either. But coffee was the most disgusting coffee i ever had, i took one sip & that’s it left it there on table. I finished my breakfast & went to till to pay, and to my shock coffee was £5, which is more expensive than costa coffee. I told the lady on the till that coffee was horrible & i did not drink it, and guess what! She still charged me for it. Not going there again to waste my money.

Had desi breakfast, best place I have been to, Aloo paranta, channa puri, halva, plus my desi tea with free refill. It was cosy and comfortable. Staff were excellent, humble and professional.

Very nice. I got Chana puri, Really enjoyed the meal I would give 10 stars if there was a option.

I’ve had desi breakfast in many different places in Bradford, yet I had incredibly fresh, home made food, made with love here. Lovely staff that made sure we had every we needed. Water already on the table. Clean interior. I am definitely coming back again.

Family friendly atmosphere, welcoming and attentive staff, the food and drinks were 10 out of 10 we got the desi and English breakfast and a chicken roast will definitely recommend to others

Took my mum for a lunch date and we both had the mix roast dinner. It was delicious. Decent portions and a good mix of veg, lamb and chicken. Only slight problem was the gravy was on the salty side so try before you drown your food in it. Would still defo recommend, will be going back for the brekkie!

Came today with a friend for a desi breakfast. Food was delicious and fresh! Not forgetting the unlimited desi chai, we had about 3 cups! The service was amazing, we didn’t feel rushed and the staff were super friendly. Definitely will be coming again! JazakAllah for the great experience.

Great food a service with smiles.

Food was lovely. Ordered the English breakfast. My daughter finished that. I ordered the mix roast dinner. The desi tea was nice but could do with less sugar for my liking. All in all, I will definitely be back with friends.

I feel it’s always important to leave good reviews when you have experienced exceptional food and service . This morning I wandered over to Hamzas on Legrams Lane. Having seen a few posts on Tik Tok. I thought I’d see for myself if the hype was real. I walked in and was greeted by a lovely young man called Nabeel who brought over the menu. Having had a good look I went for Thaali number one . This was the Asian style egg omelette, the chanay and a Paratha . Whilst waiting for my order , I spoke to Nabeel about his business. Nabeel was obviously passionate about the food they served and was an absolute amazing host . We spoke about food and business in general. When the food came out I can only say one thing “OMG” the Omelette was cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of spices . The Channay were beautiful and soft and the Paratha was just how mum used to make them . All I can say is “wow”. I was enjoying it that much I ordered another paratha. I can honestly say it was outstanding 10/10 . I’m normally really hard to please and will always leave negative feedback if I’m not satisfied . Hamzas really is a hidden gem . I wasn’t expecting the food to be this good . The food and the service was excellent. You might think I’m going over the top , I can assure you I’m not easily impressed , but this young man and his family were such nice people that I felt I had to leave a review that reflected the food and service . I don’t live in England anymore so I was here visiting family. The food was that good I ordered another to take for my brother . If you’re looking for top quality food and people who are passionate about their business , then don’t hesitate to try Hamzas . Wishing Nabeel and his family all the best . I’ll be back again after January and this will be my first stop for food when I arrive back.

Came to Hamza's Deli for the first time today to try the mixed Sunday roast which I thoroughly enjoyed. I also tried the new brownie dessert which was very moist and gooey just how I like it but also very rich so the cream complimented it well. It was also very nice talking to aunty whilst waiting for my order to be ready who informed me Hamza's Deli is open 7 days a week and showed me the menu. I will definitely be back again when I have a bit more time to dine in and try some thing else but the Sunday roast was definitely 10/10

I got a mixed Sunday roast dinner, definitely the best I have had. Everything was made to perfection. Got a berry mock-tail which was also very nice. Service was exceptional, the staff were very attentive. Price for the food and portion was very good and filling. Definitely going to be my go to place and will be recommending Hamza’s Deli too all my family and friends. Hats off to this place for bringing something different to Bradford.

Came this morning for a Sunday roast. Was one of the best I’ve had and was defo worth coming back for. I asked for a spontaneous mocktail and I defo got that would definitely recommend ❤️

REAL REVIEW. This is literally the worst place. if you care about your health do not order from here, if i could call a restaurant a catfish this would be it. The restaurant literally smells like morrisons fish department. It’s genuinely horrible the food was cold the broccoli had hair on it, the gravy did not smell nor taste like gravy could swear it was somat else. The chicken tasted like pigeon???THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN IMMEDIATELY

Really enjoyed our experience at Bon’Apptit.. food was great and the staffs were very attentive. We heard alot about their Sunday roast and had to try it ourself. We ordered the mix Sunday roast platter and my family really enjoyed it :) the full chicken was moist and flavoursome so was the beef, trimmings we’re on point and we loved the Asian twist to the potatoes 🤤 Defo would recommend this place! Came from Burnley to try the Sunday roast on arrival sat at the table for 10mins then someone took our order waiting 25mins no background music on instead Mr tumble was on for food to come cold and the meat felt like it had just come out of the fridge it was that cold when telling the girl its was cold she rolled her eyes and took it away at this point we decided to leave very disappointed.

We went for the Sunday roast, although the food was nice it definitely wasn’t worth waiting over an hour. Some of the staff were polite but the business overall seemed quite unorganised. Underwhelming to say the least

Abit on the fence with this one. Ordered the mixed sunday road and lasagna. Chicken in the sunday roast was rather bland and just tasted like it has been boiled. Same again with the beef although this was a little better but rubbery. Lasagna was okay but again could have been better. I dont think i will be going again. 2.5 stars for me

Great food and prices excellent service, have used them a few times and have been impressed by service and quality of food great friendly atmosphere can not recommend them enough. Great place for family and you not feel awkward being there or feel rushed like in some places.

we ordered on just eat about a hour after order said on way we live about 5 mins drive away so half a hour. later i rang restaurant they said it’s on way didn’t ask a name or anything another hour past rang back to be told my order was still there then another member of staff said no it’s on way i asked for a refund was told they can’t do this i also rang just eat direct this is a lie will not use again

What a cafe! I took my 14 students & was welcomed by polite staff - the cafe tables were rearranged within minutes to accommodate our large group - we were told the food would be served in 20mins and was served hot and perfect in 10mins - a family friendly and enjoyable experience to say the least.

Poor food standards have dropped since they opened. Decided to go for a burger and a mock tail. I won't be returning here

Now this here is one review that I'm certainly eager to write! Firstly, the food here was fantastic! Burger was cooked to perfection (compliments to the chef) my nutella waffle and strawberry milkshake were so beautifully presented and looked so delicious that I genuinely lacked the self control required to take a photo before devouring them both! Staff were all extremely friendly at the Cafe, food was served in good time, arriving both hot and fresh tasting, on top of that the overall atmosphere was just so wonderful, I recommend that everyone go and experience it for yourselves!!

I don't often leave food reviews but I had no choice but to leave a 5 star review for this cafe. How it is not more popular I will never know. The food was very rich in taste, cheap and the service was very quick; exactly what I needed to catch my train back down to London! I have been to many cafes in London but none quite compare to this one in terms of value for money!

I travelled all the way from Peterborough to Leeds as I was staying in Holiday Inn with family, so after seeing a few social media post I thought I try this place in Bradford “Cafe Bon Apptit” and it’s a good job I did, we as a family were not disappointed the Mocktails were on point and food was excellent. The place is well-designed no complains at all so I’m confused where these bad reviews are coming from, I truly think they have reviewed the wrong place! Best of luck to the team, I’ll be back for more when back in Yorkshire.

Went to try the place after seeing few social media post, lovely interior. Nice welcome by the staff, food was spot on. Ordered a Beef Gourmet Burger and i got to say it was beyond my expectation. Dont often leave reviews on businesses or food chain but i genuinely feel this Cafe Bon Apptit deserves my 5 stars. Best of luck to the team, i'll be back for more

Delivery was 20 mins late food was cold. Called up to be advised 5 deliverys left at the same time. Milkshake looked like sick and tasted like they used out of date milk.

This place is a fraud, opening soon, yet been operating to claim government covid grants. The shop is not prepared, its a front. The food ordered through online platforms is there to legitimize the business, food ordered is prepared at the pizza shop next door. This a fraudulently operated business solely for the covid grants. Can't wait for this to officially open, so i can ask for a refund for me order.

Disgusting food! Took them so long to deliver and when food arrived it was a complete waste of money. Burger was undercooked, fish was soggy and batter was rubbery, donner was cold omg I can't say any more. Had to throw the food in the bin as family refused to eat it because it was just so disgustingly bad. I aint ordering again from this mega rubbish place! Such bad food spoilt our entire evening. 🤮😡
