Delicious desserts (I recommend FRUIT) and ice cream as well. Menu cards need refreshing. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when booking. I needed a table for 7 people. There is only one inside, I paid for the reservation thinking that the ladies would reserve a table - and here it is. No reservations, the largest table was occupied and the lady was surprised, there was nothing. "I was flushed into the toilet" Fortunately, there were not many people that day - evening and we joined tables outside.

Overall, everything seems to be OK! We didn't have to wait long, quite a large selection. Prices rather average. Overall, the service was nice. The only drawback is that we received the dessert in a cup straight from the steamer, so the ice cream melted very quickly. And a waffle, not a waffle >:(

Half an hour of waiting for raw and rubbery waffles. And the service lady was busy talking, sitting at the next table and... smoking. Argument? Because the waffle iron was getting hot... The quality of the whipped cream also leaves much to be desired. The quality used to be much better. And I advise you not to use the toilet because it is so dirty.

Hello. Unfortunately I have to give a negative rating. I went to San Remo for desserts and waffles. Desserts good. However, I received a waffle like never before, it was 100% made of pancake dough, not waffle dough. It was soft as flake and very thin. The dough is not the same and the waffle iron is not the same. How can you serve something like that and still get money for it? I have been to San Remo many times, the waffles have always been thick and crispy. After what happened, I probably won't go there again, there are better places in Zielona Góra.

Service not very resourceful or lazy. Dessert plates and our coffees were cleared after over an hour. A cafe to which I return with great fondness, because as a teenager, every day on my way back from high school, I stopped for ice cream for PLN 1. Today, the price has equalized with inflation, but the taste of ice cream and the portions we receive have not changed for years. I can honestly recommend the dessert that I tried for the first time here - the energy drink with lemon sorbet. Something delicious! The photo shows a squirrel dessert with nuts and cookies, something delicious! The prices are very affordable and the ice cream and desserts are unmistakable! We always come here from Poznań when we visit the Lubusz Voivodeship!

The ice cream is great, there's no need to wait for the service to order a larger dessert (when it's very busy). It's better to stand in line for the scooped ice cream.

I really like the ice cream desserts in San Remo. Recently I tried the peach one - it was incredibly tasty and is now my favorite! I recommend it :)

It's a drama, when there are a lot of people, give it a rest, especially if you are with children, we waited 25 minutes to place the order, and another 35 minutes to order. We sat at the kitchen and it took less than 10 minutes to order, including a waffle. Where is the problem, ORGANIZATION, the lady who takes orders and delivers them should let one waitress help her, e.g. one waitress inside, the other outside, and not take it upon herself and think that everything is fine. Well, it's not. After such a wait, I was not satisfied with the desserts.

The ice cream is good as usual, but the service (it used to be completely different) is not very fast as you have to wait 30 minutes to even take the dishes from the previous customer, and there is no point in collecting the order.

Currently, a scoop of ice cream costs PLN 6, but they are very large.

There is no need to praise this place. Known for many, many years, and always delicious. The portion of ice cream is solid and will satisfy the biggest discontents. Flavors... everyone will find something for themselves. Coffee, desserts yum!

I waited 45 minutes and no one came to the table to take my order. After warning, the staff informs that they will come and nothing happens. Delicious ice cream, logistics are tricky. 47 minutes pass and I sit without interest. I don't blame the staff because they do their best, there just aren't enough people to work.

The manic and unapologetic cook was unable to make a proper Greek salad (it was listed on the board)and it took 30 minutes to come. No feta. Very few in the cafe so not busy. The charming young lady on the till coped very well in the dire circumstances, offering free coffee.

Nie jestem miejscowy i w końcu tu dotarłem. Latem byłem tu lecz kolejka mnie zwaliła z nóg i zawróciłem. Tym razem udało się! Kawa, ciacho i dalej w podróż. Szybka akcja! Dziwna sprawa bo wszystko jakieś brudne, niewyprane, opkopane. Nie przyjemnie się siedzi. W toalecie tragedia. Ktoś zapomina bądź zapomniał o to wszystko zadbać....

Desery pyszniutkie , porcje duże nie byliśmy w stanie dobrnąć do końca, klimat super wszystko jak należy z wyjątkiem bardzo długiego oczekiwania na przyjecie zamówienia a ruch nie był aż tak duży. Myślę że przydała by się jeszcze jedna pani do obsługi sali .

Lody bardzo przeciętnej jakości w porównaniu do innych lodziarni, a co najgorsze to roztopiona papka a nie lody, zdecydowanie za słabo zmrożone, bardziej przypominały szejka niż lody.

Lody tak przeciętne w smaku, że chyba lepiej kupić lody w żabce i będą lepiej smakowały. Tartinki były stare, baaardzo stare. 90 złotych wyrzucone w błoto.

Jak nigdy nie zostawiam opinii tak tym razem wole przestrzec potencjalnych klientów. Otóż dziś wraz ze znajomym postanowiliśmy wybrać się do kawiarni. Padło na San Remo. Widząc podzielone opinie zastanawiałem się nad dwiema kawiarniami, dlatego wybór zależał od ceny. Zadzwoniłem z pytaniem o szarlotkę z lodami, dostałem informacje, że koszt ciasta z lodami to 13zł co mnie pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Postanowiliśmy odwiedzić kawiarnie. Na miejscu pierwsze rozczarowanie, gdy się okazało, że za lody należy dopłacić 5 zł. Uważam, że to bardzo nieprofesjonalne wprowadzać w błąd klienta, pokuszę się o stwierdzenie, że był to celowy zabieg ze strony obsługi. Jeśli nie to tym bardziej należy przemyśleć wymianę pracowników nie znających cen z karty. Jako, że byliśmy zmęczeni postanowiliśmy zostać i zamówić ciasto. Drugie rozczarowanie, gdy zamówienie do nas dotarło. Kawa latte mojego kolegi to praktycznie same spienione mleko (niestety nie pomyślałem o zrobieniu zdjęcia), natomiast moja kawa spienionego mleka zawierała na 1cm od góry. Kawa latte to owszem kawa mleczna, ale nie same mleko. Myśle, że osoba przygotowująca kawę powinna pójść na warsztat kawowy raz jeszcze i uzupełnić swoje umiejętności. Mimo wszystko największy szok to jabłecznik, który ewidentnie był nie upieczony. Ciasto smakowało jak papka, praktycznie wcale nie podgrzane, a z góry było totalnie nie upieczone. Po zgłoszeniu obsłudze podeszła do nas kierowniczka, która rozłożyła ręce i się wszystkiego wyparła. Jako argument użyła sformułowania „co ja Panu poradzę, nikt wcześniej tego nie zgłaszał, niestety nic nie mogę zrobić”. Mimo, że zaprezentowałem kierowniczce górną, nieupieczoną warstwę ona jakby nie widząc wypierała ten fakt twierdząc, że to przez podgrzanie. Szanowna Pani taka sytuacja w „szanowanej” kawiarni nigdy nie powinna mieć miejsca . Jak żyje nigdy nie jadłem szarlotki, gdzie pod wpływem podgrzania kruszonka zamieniła się w surowe ciasto. Umywanie rąk, nieuprzejmy ton głosu i niechęć jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania sytuacji świadczy tylko o Pani braku profesjonalizmu! Jako kierowniczka powinna Pani zaproponować rozwiązanie tej sytuacji tak, abyśmy my jako klienci wyszli zadowoleni z kawiarni i bez poczucia zmarnowania pieniędzy! Na następny raz (nie daj Boże) jeśli klient zwraca Pani uwagę na złą jakość produktu, to powinna być to dla Pani świętość. Rozkładanie rąk i pretensjonalny ton głosu w kierunku klienta jest niedopuszczalne! Jeśli dla Pani ciasto było w porządku to zalecam udać się do okulisty po okulary, ponieważ gołym okiem widać, że górna warstwa jest totalnie nie upieczona. Również podczas konsumowania było czuć surowe ciasto. Poniżej zamieszczam zdjęcia na których widać wyraźnie białą mase nieupieczonego ciasta. Nie są to jabłka a surowa kruszonka, której konsystencja przypomina mase z jabłek. Abstrahując od nieupieczonego ciasta, całość po prostu była niesmaczna i obok prawdziwego jabłecznika to nie leżało. Wnętrze kawiarni również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Proszę rozważyć odświeżenie lokalu. Drodzy klienci przestrzegam, nie dajcie się nabrać względnie niską ceną - jakość oferowanych produktów jest równie niska. Tak właśnie traci sie klientów, nie polecam. EDIT: Szanowny Panie w odpowiedzi na komentarz: w żadnym zdaniu nie wspomniałem o czystości, a sugerowałem odświeżenie lokalu np. malowanie i wymiana podartych siedzeń. Jeśli wspomina Pan o czystości to prawdopodobnie podświadomie się Pan o to martwi:) co do produktu nie ważne czy jeden na sto, czy jeden na milion - każdy powinien być upieczony, bez wyjątku!!! A tłumaczenie się drugim talerzem jest absurdalne. Rzeczywiście kolega nie zgłaszał problemu z nieupieczonym ciastem, ale wyraźnie zaznaczył, że szarlotka do lepszych nie należała. Poza tym, mój komentarz dotyczył mojej porcji, więc proszę nie odwracać kota ogonem i nie zasłaniać się drugim talerzem. Nazwa „kawiarnia” jednak do czegoś zobowiązuje -szklanke spienionego mleka z odrobiną kawy nie można nazwać latte, brak smaku kawy. Nie ma to jak wszystkiemu zaprzeczyć i obrócić w żart, zamiast po prostu przeprosić. Żenada!😂

Zamówiłam kawę mrożoną na wynos. Bita smietana wytrawna. W smaku nie podobana do bitej smietany, czuć jakiś sztuczny dodatek fix czy cos takiego. Chcialam wrócić w przyszłości na gofra, ale nie zrobię tego.

Jest to miejsce na mapie Zielonej Góry, które warto odwiedzić. Duża karta deserów, które są bardzo dobre. Latem można usiąść na dworze.
