Encantadores baristas, que mantuvieron mi tarjeta de crédito seguro cuando caí. Gracias por su honestidad, ya que redujo mi día estresante. Muffin de limón y café era muy necesario y golpeó el lugar correcto. DS

We met family here. I had a mint tea which was very nice. The restaurant is long and narrow so much of it is very dark but luckily we got the window seat.

Visited at 6.30pm on 5th March. Took a seat near the back as the front was full and as soon as my husband brought the drinks the male member of staff said we couldn’t sit there he promptly flooded the floor with several gallons of water from his bucket. I pointed out that there were no more seats. He said the area was closed. I suggested maybe they should have advised of this before taking the extortionate payment for 2 drinks (which were in paper cups). When he told me it wasn’t his problem I asked if he thought it was appropriate to speak to customers like that and what would the manager say. He replied smugly that the manager was not there. He couldn’t have cared less. A lady offered us her table which was right next to the toilet which opens directly onto the cafe. A disgusting experience in a very run down grotty Nero. I hope the manager reads this - your staff member frankly does not have what it takes to work in hospitality and you should not offer drinks for sale inside the cafe if you are not willing to allow your customers to enjoy them.

El personal más grosero que he conocido. El barista alto no escucha, no está claro y pasó todo el tiempo hablando con su colega. Me ha alejado de todas las tiendas de Cafe Nero, no solo de esta. También las superficies y los muebles parecían gastados y sucios. Ahorre su dinero para otro lado.

A place to grab a coffee and do some preparation in advance of a meeting in the area. Pleasant interior, which opens up towards the rear, and friendly staff.

Went there yesterday and tried to pay with app - first till did not connect, tried to pay with credit card contactless on first till without success. The server swapped to the second till and again the credit card connection failed, so ended up paying with cash. Had problems there previously with their systems. Apart from that the service is good and efficient and generally there is sufficient room

Standard Cafe Nero fayre, situated in what is basically a corridor. To be fair it does open up a bit at the back and there are some comfy seats to lounge in. The loo was not working on the day I went in. Not good.

Very fast service, especially in the morning during rush hour. Coffee comes out hot and exactly how I want it. Happy stuff which makes the morning easy.

This Nero is only a kiosk but has 3 queues and therefore gives fast service before you get on a train. The coffee is good.

I am a regular customer and most of the times I have a coffe after my shift at work. Every time I walk in I know I can count on an amazing coffee, a welcome feeling and an outstanding team! Tina, Grace, Alba and Silvia are real assets to the company! Well done Caffè Nero!

Met up at Nero’s to discuss some business. As always great coffee and more, friendly service, in a comfortable surrounding.
