Very sneaky to add on £3.50 delivery charge as well as a % service charge! Never known a takeaway to charge service! Ridiculous on top of delivery!

At this price point I would expect to get the right order! Missed my fries off which somewhat dampened the experience didn’t complain as I would have had to wait to long for new ones by which time everything else would have been cold .

Second time ordering , and my goodness ! Finally a place that does a variety of pizzas away from the boring choices of other pizza places . The salt and chilli chicken pizza was unreal and a credit to the chef . What a fantastic idea for a pizza ! 🥳

The food was hot and fresh on delivery. delivery was early although it was NYE and we expected to wait a little longer. Excellent service Casa Rosa 💗

The food always tastes great from Casa Rosa however I have noticed that the toppings on the pizza are becoming less which is not great considering extra toppings are expensive.

I did not attend the store however a manager had rang me when I tried to cancel my order due to the length of the delivery time and reaffirmed me that it would be quick. Delivery super quick and food is impeccable! Great job Casa Rosa

Tremendous. The honey chilli chicken in particular was fantastic. So much so that I am trying to convince my Boyfriend that we need to order it again tonight!

The pizza was a cheesy, meaty dream, the brie bites were molten perfection, and the parmo was an indulgent tower of joy. Delivery was so fast I barely had time to prepare for the cheese feast. Casa Rosa, you’ve outdone yourselves – my taste buds are forever grateful!

Always order from here food is unreal, but the lad at the counter went above and beyond tonight. Walked in and he gave me a 20% voucher, he added fresh chilli’s on at no extra charge since there wasn’t an option for it on Just Eat, they had ran out of 12” Deep Pan bases so upgraded me to a 14” for free, I asked how much for a garlic dip as I forgot to put it on the order and he gave me not one 1 but 3 free of charge. Food was unreal as always but service was 10/10. Highly recommend

Only recently started ordering from here and it’s easily one of the best takeaways in the local area, if not the North East! Pizzas are top quality with a good amount of cheese put on them, dough is properly cooked and adds to the taste. The homemade garlic dip is full of flavour, and their delicious onion rings are a decent portion too. Delivery was quick which is an added bonus! Food arrived hot and ready to eat. Highly recommend this place.

Still the best place on just eat for food. I ordered my usual Birtley on fire pizza and was sent a different pizza than usual, i phoned them and they sent me a replacement which was the same pizza again , this is nothing like my usual birtley in fire pizza for some reason its more like a pepperoni pizza with chillies. I wont be ordering that pizza anymore ( it’s a shame as was my favourite. ) deffo order from here again though , it’s still my favourite place . They even sent some cake

Super friendly team in store and kept me up to date with my order whilst I waited. The food was amazing, best pizza I’ve ever had, the dough is incredible and loved the festive Brie wedges and the chocolate tree. Definitely be ordering again.

I can't believe all the years I've lived in the area and I have only just now discovered this place. The food is AMAZING! We've had the duck loaded fries which are to die for and the big mac pizza which is unreal!

Ordered from here was quite disappointed chicken was extremely chewy. Salad only consisted of cabbage and tomatoes and onion. Pizza was standard, I certainly wouldn’t order again if it was full price. Very disappointing.

Undelivered. Waited 2 hours. Nothing. Received an app update to say delivered so rang. Informed they had left our order in our plant pot, of which we have none. What we do have is cameras and there were no deliveries made to our address. Turns out they have randomly dumped our food somewhere despite having a contact number to check. They did offer to resend but after waiting 2 hours I think not. Never again. Complete joke and piss take really.

Food was really nice and you can tell its good quality ingredients but 2.5 hours delivery. Ordered 6.30 and it arrived at 9.00.

Over 2 hours for delivery, joke

order never turned up. said they were busy. didn't have the curtesy to let me know, saying they had over 200 orders, liars

was disappointed really, had the spooky honey chicken chunks and it was just the same as the chicken nuggets and chips but were soggy due to the honey load of chills thrown in and £6 more expensive, not very impressed. The other things i oredered wete nice like chicken selects and the wrap and jal cheese balls, but can't see past the honey chicken!!

SHOCKING!!!! Ordered as a treat as so expensive for a takeaway. Pre-ordered at 6:30 for 8pm delivery. Turned up at 8:30. Daughter’s burger looked like it had been thrown together. My pizza had chewy chicken and very little sweetcorn. Chips were soggy. For the price it should be better. Not being a Karen as I never complain but this was poor all round. Try to charge restaurant prices with poor service and quality

Absolutely appalling service they served my family a undercooked pizza and chips and when we tired to take it back and get a fresh one they refused to make us a fresh one I’ll never use this place again my life I don’t recommend at all

Shocking prices! Nearly £10 for a portion of chips, SHOCKING!! £14 for a Pizza, which was extremely bland. Even Dick Turpin wore a mask! Slide quietly past this one on ur way home guys!

Ordered at 7pm turned up at 10pm , food was cold, delivery driver blamed the shop, called them and got told it was our fault? £45 for two pizzas shocking

My son had a margarita pizza which he loves. I had the slat and pepper chicken meal which was delicious I’d definitely recommend it.

Gone done hill in my opinion texas burger was ok bun was nasty and dry not keen on the skin on fries and the prices have gone up alot since i last used them the bun spoilt the burger

Nice food and good mix of flavours, excellent to offer a gluten-free section which is very rare. One thing to note was although pizza whilst nice itself was a very overpriced with upgrades added, especially the stuffed crust upgrade. Everything else was reasonably priced and tasty. Will definitely be returning

Food is absolutely amazing. Delivery is so fast. I have had pizza and burgers but the burger I had last was so tasty and I really was shocked at just how filling it was. Will definitely be having it again.

the burger was very nice, but the duck and chip combo was a let down, lacking sauce and was just a congealed mess. also the jalapeños balls were under done and just meh. little disappointed usual all spot on!

I have been ordering the same delicious meal occasionally for some time now. Tonight I ordered the same, again as always it arrived earlier than expected and piping hot. It didn’t taste the same though, still delicious but not the same. I called the restaurant who explained that had a change of supplier, I was happy with that. But no, one of the most exemplary examples of customer service I’ve ever encountered the manger himself came out. I’d employ you anyday!
