Great costumer service , their pizza is the best

Pizzas are the best here been going here for 5 years not tight with the toppings and if you ask for anything for a certain way they are more then happy to do so the staff so friendly and polite aswell highly recommend

Recently stopped by twice to get a pizza, the only good one I’ve found in the area. Fresh ingredients and baked just like I asked. The staff are lovely.

Staff are great and friendly service good. Very helpful food only ordered the calzone yet but will be ordering different items soon The calzone was crisp freshly cooked tasty and very enjoyable thanks lads.

I always come here it’s the best takeaway around and is reasonably priced. Special offers are great and the naan bread on the kebabs are perfect. The chicken kebab pieces are proper sized tasty chicken I can’t get enough of it. Sayad and Nemat are so friendly and funny and are always smiling which makes it even more worthwhile calling in. The shop is so crisp and clean, i don’t go anywhere else for my takeaway anymore. 10 out 10 for me without a doubt 👌🏻 Phil Asp

Quality of ingredients has become poor. Four of us all been ordering from here for years, since renovation food seems to have changed cheese is like plastic, pizza dough tastes stale, chilli sauce not brilliant anymore. Again this a review from four people who used to order here every week.

the ham was off and didn't taste like ham at all

ordered good for sons and both pizzas turned up with a rock hard base and burnt edges and the pizzas itself was tough.. didn't get the free garlic bread that was meant to come with order either. both boys ended up making other food so wasted 17 quid. disappointing 😞

Food never arrived, rang the takeaway after over an hour passed to be told it would be a further half an hour, I rang back after the half an hour to be told the shop is shut after they have no electric, I can’t review food we haven’t received or eaten

absolutely appalled with my pizza first they sent me the wrong pizza . which i was unable to eat . so they nocley sent me out another pizza. the next pizza was disgusting tasted off . and was made at its worst no effort . Will not be spending my money here again .

Been ordering from chaplins for years food was always lovely espically the pizzas.The food is still ok but they really need to learn the difference between a garlic bread with cheese and a cheese pizza.3 times in a row my order has been wrong.

Half the food was missing but yet there is nothing they can do. And the food what did come was freezing cold! Absolute joke

Lovely kebabs delivered quickly

Who ever cut my pizza butchered it wasn’t even cut like a pizza. It was cut into strips which was really really offputting. however, all the other pizzas were cut perfectly and food was nice.

Best pizza I ever had. Thin crust pizza

Pizza was really nice, and I can't say the same about the chips, though. They tasted as though they'd been thrown back in frier to reheat them, tasted a bit on the chewy side. I have had better from Chaplins.

Pizza very good, mixed kabab very bad.

Pizza with extra cheese didn't have extra cheese but was extra cooked the minced beef was burnt. But all was still edible. The calzone he loved and will get again and the kebab my son loved it

Food was stone cold pizza soggy wouldn’t mind said it was with driver not even 15 minutes after I ordered it and still cold . Missed out my free garlic bread aswell after me writing it in the notes.
