burger patties were bit overcooked but otherwise good

Wasn't happy got medium hot instead of lemon and herb peri peri chicken and wrong drink. Other than that food did taste good

Whole order was cold, item missing and coleslaw all over the drinks, rang the restaurant and had to fight for the order to be delivered again when it was it was cold just like the first one , just eat won’t refund either what’s the point

The food is still as good as ever.

Food was average and the delivery took my money had no change and is still yet to return with my change a day later

Polite friendly, delivery always hot and quick, 🙏 Since my last review,,, I must say I was very disappointed in staff attitude and chicken was undercooked so I threw away!!! I didn’t get order I’d asked for by the time I got home I didn’t bother taking it back as they were rude on the phone,I haven’t been back since I will try chick chicken again but not yet!!! Air fryer and make my own, plus pizza lovely in air fryer, I make now chapati pizza 🍕

The thing about this place is that there is not a food hygiene certificate anywhere in sight At the back of the shop is a dirty alley way And the back door is always open

Shish kebab is not shish. It is grilled meat chunks of breast. This was indescribable minced up and shaped into a sausage and put in a wrap. I couldn’t eat eat.

Great eating place in Catford, lots of variety of food, samosas, rice chicken burgers wings and they are all very delicious. The place is clean, the staff are pleasant and overall excellent. I frequent Chick Chicken whenever I am in Catford

gutted to say found a small fragment of bone in my chicken filet burger seemed to be from batter but will say order all the time and this is a first time this has happened could not eat loved the nuggets and apple pie

Every time I order from here my orders always over 30 minutes late and stone cold. They always tell just eat that they have delivered the food but that isn't the case . I'm still waiting now

Half hour late, and when I called the shop (twice), bothe times I was told the driver was "just 10 minutes away". The food itself was OK, except for the chips which felt dry & reheated, and were missing the peri peri salt that I'd paid extra for.

always had nothing but good experience from this place until yesterday and that 1 bad experience was ridiculous and means I won't be ordering again!!! half the food delivered then 1 of the missing items 20 mins later obviously all the other food was now cold! called them they apologised and said they had re done my order and sending everything fresh which from previous experience I believed! Well instead they never sent anything sad but they have gone downhill badly

This place had two people working the wait was long i ordered 2 burger meals and took 20-30mins. They do cash only. and they put SOOOOO much white sauce in the chicken fillet burger which is unappetising. the chips are a bit hard not soft and taste like the oil. but id rate the food in what i had a 3/10

1/2 mixed grill was very nice and plentiful although the lamb chops were a little tough and could do with a little less cooking but that’s a minor issue. I asked for lemon and herb dip and honestly it was the best I have ever tasted. The fried chicken was generous size but the flesh had a strange flavour but still nice and moist. I think to add to the mixed grill you need to order fries to complete. I didn’t realise it didn’t come with fries so my mistake. Overall highly recommended

Absolutely disgusting service and the food order was wrong and it was half an hour late. Bad attitude from certain male staff who swear in Urdu, but I know what it means. They always keep the change as well. Fed up with this place, it's dirty in their, would not recommend this place to anyone else in Lewisham/ Catford.

They keep delivering the wrong pizzas which is a shame because until recently, their service was impeccable.

I usually enjoy a chick chicken, however this time round it wasn’t a good experience, the fries were clearly re heated as they tasted very stale - I also asked for burger sauce instead of chilli sauce and still got chilli sauce.

I HOPE THE MANAGER SEES THIS: PLEASE TAKE THESE ADVICE AND ACT UPON THEM 1. renovate the interior and possibly the exterior of the shop, it way too out dated 2. train the staff again to have better customer support 3. should accept card and cash no matter what because they need to target a bigger audience 4. tell the staff to be humble and not get over exited because if the fame my review: I have noticed the quality of food degrading over the past years, especially the fried chicken and the pizza, the breading is very soft, and the pizza dough varies a lot, some time is undercooked and sometimes burnt to a crisp, you guys need to be consistent jazakallah, hope your business doesn't fail!

Awful. The pizza was not cooked throug. The pizza had no tomato base and I recived the wrong toppings. The price has gone up yet again but the portion sizes have gone down. I advise everyone to use Grillos now as the prices are much better and the food is actually cooked correctly. Chick chicken was my go to for years but it's just not worth the money now...

Food quality has honestly gone down. The management of the store is awful. The food used to be good here, but now the quality has gone down. The staff that work here have become arrogant and are not humble to customers anymore. The popularity is getting to there heads too much. The store needs a desperate upgrade, as the kitchen looks old and rusty. The seats of the store look worn down and unclean. Honestly management here is absolutely terrible. This is an example of when you let popularity get to your head.

Not sure if the pizza was exactly thin crust, and my Mountain Dew was swapped without telling me. But the food itself tasted as I'd expected.

They do the best chips in the Uk/London why can’t all the other chicken shops do it like this I don’t know if they use a special frying oil? This my favourite chicken shop ever. I’m very upset been going here 10 years +. I love the samosas chicken and lamb. They have always done a multi buy deal on them like forever. Now I’m told it’s 60p each! So now we get less for more money! Profoundly disappointed in you chick chicken. FYI I have always loved the food here especially the chips, just very shabby that I’m paying more money for less for something I love.

Do not order from here, the customer service is terrible, i ordered my food today and i noticed the corn was really soft, i bit into it and saw the insides were black and spat it out. I pulled of the corn to see if the the rest of the insides were black and it was. I called up for a refund and the manager was determined that the corn was fresh despite me telling him i have pictures. I am a loyal customer so the fact that they couldn’t provide a refund is disappointing. Yes he offered me a discount for next time but i don’t play about food and after this there won’t be a next time hence why i wanted a refund

Food came with a strand of hair in it, immediately asked for a change. Changed the fries and gave 2 spare wings. Even though my meal had a drink in it, he didn't add it to be bill and charged again when I requested it. Whoever painted the ceiling needs to be sacked, poor work.

If I could leave minus stars, I certainly would. Terrible service. Staff are incompetent, get your orders wrong almost as if on purpose. Worst experience to date. 10 out of 10... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
