Chilli Hut in King's Lynn and West Norfolk

I ate the doner meat last night and have horrendous food poisoning. Staff are lovely, place is nice, but thats twice ive had food poisoning from there now. Sorry guys and girls, i wont be returning now.

The food arrived surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. However, despite the change in management, the food hasn't seen much improvement. The donner meat was delicious, but the chicken donner was of very poor quality. It had an odd taste, almost like it had been previously frozen, and the cubed shape seemed off—I suspect it might not have even been donner, but rather seasoned, fried pieces of diced chicken. The chips were good, and the price was very reasonable for the portion size. It's just a shame about the chicken; with a little improvement in quality, I'd definitely consider coming back.

The takeaway is under new management The staff are really lovely and polite and very understanding And make up for when your order is wrong

Ordered food, the chilli hut app acknowledged that there was an order,preparing food etc....still waiting at 23:30!!!! Had cheese on toast.

Really really poor. Was told an hour delivery so opted to collect as 30 minutes. My son then went to collect and waited 60 miuntes extra. When finally got our kebabs home it was literally meat and lettuce no other salad what so ever. If the wait time is 90-120 minutes just say and we go somewhere else don’t lie. So disappointing, will never use again.

This place has gone downhill rapidly. Their Pizzas were one of the best around. Lately just not good. My last order took nearly 3 hours to receive. Phoned them an hour after first ordering.. The first phone call I was told it'll be there in 10 mins, 20 minutes later I phoned again and was told that someone had forgotten to print off the order. I was then told that my pizza would be here in 15 to 20 minutes. I phoned back after 20 minutes and was told it would be here in 10 mins. It finally turned up 15 minutes later, luke warm. I paid £2.99 for extra pepperoni, didn't get it. I didn't even get so much as a can of Coke as an apology. I phoned again to complain about the lousy service that I'd received and the lousy pizza. I was called a liar!! ME! Considering I had been lied to the whole time! I will never use this place again, and I would urge anyone else to avoid like the plague.

Ordered and collected myself 2 chicken tikka wraps, (large), loads of chicken but it was so tough we couldn’t eat it. Worst takeaway ever for me. Really disappointed. We ordered food for 5 people, the others had pizza meals that looked ok…. Was the whole order worth £63 ? No!.

Very cold food with a frozen chicken that is been advertised has southern fried chicken. Honestly this food is disgusting and waste of money.

Really disappointed with this place this evening in-fact I won’t be ordering from here again. Once the food did turn up 2 hours after I ordered it.it was all cold and soggy such a waste of 40 pounds.

Great food, friendly service, and well priced, good value

Whilst I can't fault the delivery time, the food was a bit of a shambles. I ordered a tandoori chicken that contained more lamb and beef than it did chicken. I'm not saying that the food was bad (it was delicious), but it wasn't right that the food I ordered was so wrong as to contain 3 different meats in the same dish.

i’ve had this before it was okay so i’ve ordered again and there was hair in my food, absolutely disgusting.

Great delivery service. They rectify issues with no quibble. Food is always great and arrives hot. The menu is vast but inexpensive and the quality is high. Thank you all.

Been ordering food from here for the last few years. An every meal has been perfect from Currys to kebabs and pizza. Thank you for the great food and service will always use this place.

Rubbish service. Ordered a delivery, took over 2 hours to get here and when you called them they either hang up on you or they keep telling you it will be 10 minutes. Would not recommend

What a s**** hole! Saw 5 of the men that work there and own it walk inside smoking! , The skirting boards are black ! Dirty hole! How on earth are these still going ?

Absolutely disgusting. Food wasn't cooked properly. Doner meat still had white congealed fat on it. The pizza was just about ok. Never again. Lucky we didn't get food poisoning. Please stay well clear!

Doner meat was under cooked and tasted like rubber. Rather chew on a digger track Never again.

I’ve been waiting 3 hours for food rang while waiting rang after an hour said they were on their way rang another hour later and the guy on the phone says it hasn’t even been cooked. What a joke I have 2 kids it’s 8pm we ordered at 6pm

The last 2 times we have ordered they have got the order wrong. Always seems to be the chicken and fries, they never put fries in. So today when we collected our order we che led it in the car first, and the fries were missing again!!! My partner went in and explained and they said they had put a large portion of fries in the order. We had ordered a regular fries separately in the order too. So apparently 1 large fries was enough for 3 peoples order!! We finally got the fries. Then we got home and one of the kebabs was a so small it was barely a regular, when we had ordered and paid for a large. By this point we had given up with complaining. The staff were running around like noone had a clue what was going on.

another case of food poisoning this time my wife . This has happened a few times now . Once before for her and twice myself. Last time for me we complained. Did not use them for six months . We like the food so we started to use them again. But last Friday we had one. My wife had different to me . The next day she was so ill she could not go to work. Clearly something is going wrong here. Four times in just over a year . Won’t be using them again sadly it’s too much to bear.

It my families best take away place love there food so much to pick from, we have only gone here for food since we got a menu and have told family

Recently heard about Chilli hut and decided to try them as they're one of the only places that will deliver to us and we were not disappointed, really enjoyed our various different meals and will happily use them again in future.

Spent £22 on a curry which was vile. So disappointed as this was my favourite place for my curry night, never again! I asked for no mushrooms, and got mushrooms, good job I’m not allergic! Rice was so watery and the sauce had no taste, chips tasted of cardboard and the potatoes were hard. What a waste of money.

Visited today, had terrible vomiting immediately afterwards. Never going back, it was filthy

Just snorted up a big lump of blood (pretty sure it moved) cuz I have had an unidentifiable illness I got from there food 3 days ago. Worst 3 days of my life.

I don't think anyone needs me to tell you that they make good food. They're occasionally a little slow on preparation and delivery, But that's because they're busy.

Great takeaway, plenty of choice at reasonable prices.

I asked for "extra salad" with my kebab and got hardly any salad at all - I will not be back 😔😔😔

Obviously don't go there expecting 5 star dining, but if you fancy a kebab or a burger I wouldn't recommend anywhere better. Quick service and very clean.
