Drive through is the slowest I’ve been to and hygiene is appalling.

Slow to order, food was the worst I’ve ever tasted, soggy flat coating to the chicken with no flavour and the chicken inside was pretty flavourless too with cold cardboard tasting fries. Weak tasting fizzy drinks, always forget to give forks/spoons out for sides, dirty inside! Avoid like the plague! After visiting another branch within 45mins driving distance of this one it highlighted how very bad this branch is! Really need to up their game and won’t be visiting again!

Kept waiting for 45 minutes after ordering online. Expected the food to be piping hot as it had just been cooked. Was dismayed to find it was barely warm. Chicken was still nice but the chips were awful. Hoping this was a one off at it was chaotic in there.

Ordered 30 hot wings from this outlet, and the experience was a complete mess from start to finish. At the drive-through, the staff couldn’t care less about taking the order. After being ignored at the speaker, I had to drive up to the payment window to place it. Fine, I thought, maybe it’s a one-off. Then they told me to park and wait, which I did patiently. Here’s where things went downhill fast. The same order costs me £19.80 at other branches, but this time I was charged £20.80. When I asked why, the staff at the counter couldn’t be bothered to explain. I let it slide because we were starving. I specifically asked for the wings to be made fresh, and instead of the usual bucket they serve at other outlets, they handed me the wings in flimsy bags that didn’t retain any warmth. When I asked about the buckets, the guy rudely told me they don’t give them out. Seriously? For 30 hot wings? By the time we got home, the wings were overcooked, dry, and completely disappointing. Not only was the food poorly prepared, but the entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Never had this level of service or quality at any other outlet. Definitely not happy!

It's a KFC. Standard. Ample parking. Fair. Wouldn't rush back. Chicken fillets 👍 Chips a little over seasoned. Not keen on the melon flavour drink.

I was on drive thru waiting for 10 min and when I had my turn to order , more than 5 minutes no reply from staff , so I thought might be something broken, I drived forward to till and girl says to me that she was too busy to reply and I should come back to the queuing as she can't take order from here

Food nice and hot. Disappointed that you can't buy a coffee there as they got rid of the machine!

Same again one young girl Chloe serving, one lad doing nothing. Restaurant full with thirteen orders on screen waiting. Not even super busy but no support for the girl out front on her own. She is handling complaints, serving front till the only one open and servicing just eat delivery men coming in and out while customers waiting inside for 20mins plus. Staff in back end for drive through but in house service poor once again. The poor girl looks stressed and a guy with a beard continues to stand and watch maybe training but she needs help KFC. I have witnessed two orders being wrong which the girl is having to deal with on her own. Where are all the staff ? Good has improved immensely in last few months but service is costing you money Kentucky and Chloe deserves a pay rise !

Best fast food out of the three popular venues, the only fault being...no coffee machine or any form of hot drink....very disappointed as I do not like icy drinks particularly when the weather is Arctic!

Four if us went yesterday about 10am. 4 separate orders which seemed to take forever to be given to us. The scouter people could barely smile. However all credit to Shannon who was clearing tabled...she had a lovely personality with a great friendly smile. Upon leaving she made it her purpose to wish us all a lovely evening and to come back soon. Her attitude is exemplary customer service

Staff is really failing as a team, always messy tables, toilets dirty and out of toilet roll, bins visible to drive thru users and rats constantly scurrying around, kitchen very visible and always dirty, just eat drivers think they own the place and wait times are so long. Used to love KFC but slowly really put off due to constant ill reviews and bad services from all staff.

Rude behaviour !!! I just brought today 15 Chicken and 10 hot chicken wings £31.94. They give only 2 ketchup and 2 Mayonnaise . I request for few more ketchup but they refuse. Then I spoke manager she also refused and say only 2 each allow very disappointed. Chicken was cold not that much hot. They all don’t care about that.

Waiters coughed in her hand and then picked up the chicken and placed in a chicken box,all looked like they weren’t bothered about what they were doing.Never coming back again!!

Food was delivered stone cold!! Thermometers should be placed in delivery bags to record the temperature of the food thus reducing the risk of salmonella due to food being served at an unhealthy temperature!!!

Does not always have whats on the menu. Last two visits were really bad. Made to pay twice as order did not complete even though it took payment. Managers did not care or want to know, just gave me a phone number to contact. Service has gone down hill. Drive through orders rarely correct , best check before you leave. Portions get smaller. Went a week later give I another chance but order did not go through and went to the counter I heard one of the employees say people waiting at counter and the other replied “ignore them do the ones on the screen first” so I left very dissatisfied and disappointed use to like going there. Did eventually get refund after raising complaint with my bank - kfc support team contacted me. Hope this improves.

Waited over 2 hours for my order to be delivered. Called to find out what was happening with the order..to be told "yeah your order is siting on the side over here and we are waiting for a driver to collect but don't know when they will 🤦" Finally got our food and it was all stone cold. Definitely not a good experience, will not recommend and will not be returning. Please avoid

Staff ok, quite friendly just not very quick, but that can depend on what cooking there waiting on, not their fault.

When we placed the order it said it would be 20-30 mins delivery but it ended up being over 70 mins and the food was cold when it arrived.

Absolutely the worst place I've been to... On walking in there wasn't a single table that didn't either have left over food on it or a single clean table. Food was everywhere all over the floors. Liturally had to walk around food that was on he floor and felt soo uncomfortable even letting our children sit or even touch the tables. It wasn't untill after waiting for 15 minutes untill someone actually could be bothered to see me waiting at the counter asking for wipes or at least so one to make the effort to clean. I guess they got the picture when I said that the place was a disaster... Toilets were an absolute mess. The ladies had feases all over the toilets and the males was absolute discusting to the point I actually had to hold my breath... Where's the cleanliness..... Safe to say we got our food 40 minutes later and we'll say no more..DISCUSTED Even the staff at the tills were walking around food everywhere on the floors.. This has gotta be the most unhygienic fast food chain.. and I can certainly say I will not be returning again. KFC WHAT HAVE YOU BECOME...

Workers were very rude. They were only worrying about going home. The lady was to interested in speaking to her friend than getting on with work. 3 people ignored me when i went back to get a drink they missed. They asked people to leave when they only just started their meals. NOT GREAT AT ALL!

Quite possibly the worst fast food outlet I’ve ever been to. Sticky gunk all over the ordering kiosks, overflowing bins with trash strewn about the floor, filthy tables, and a front counter with napkins, straws and cutlery covered in grime. No receipts in the self order kiosks and main till has signs asking customers to order at the kiosk instead of the till. The floors and tables were covered in good and dirt. When awaiting my food two staff members, one called Aurora were chatting amongst themselves whilst my food went cold behind then, it took some Asian looking guy, possibly their manager to come out and tell them I was waiting for my food. Aurora then turned her back on him and whispered something unheard and was pulling faves at him behind his back all in the view of customers. Not good at all! Think you need to have an over haul of your staff in there because quite clearly you're current staff don't have any respect for their seniors or they're customers.!!!

Absolutely disgusting and dirty place. Eat anything from here and it will give you the s###s for 24hrs. Nothing is hot, everything feels like it's been sat out for days.

Not recommended for persons with false teeth or partials..... The kfc coating is far too crispy,,,, (should be 11+spices delicious 😋 and lightly crunchy and full of wholesome flavour 😉👍)......

Ordered at 16:00 and was delivered at 19:00 the app kept updating making it the delivery time longer and longer. When we got our food it was all dry and like it had been sitting out for ages. KFC is so bad. Always screws up the order and just doesn’t tase the same anymore. I don’t understand how it’s still in business with the incompetence they have working as it seems to happen to every KFC I have been to. They need to get their stuff together as a whole franchise.
