Family trip to London, lack of time, kids, hunger...you have been is such situation. At Chopstix we found a wide range of delicious food at a reasonable price, relatively plenty of seating for families with children and very helpful smiling staff. I definitely recommend this place to have a meal! You are doing excellent work Chopstix (Luton Airport).

Clean and nice shop serving some asian food. Doesnt taste the best but i think its a can do with affordable pricing in the airport. One base with 3 toppings is £9.95.

Extremely dry noodles. Chicken portions are negligibly small.. Overrated and overpriced. Not even close to Chinese

Amazing food and even better customer service by Rajitha. Had it twice in a span of 4 hrs as the flight got delayed. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for decent Halal food at Luton Airport.

Once again, amazing get me home food. Once again, ruined by animals snorting, sniffing, scoffing and badly masticating strangers over a 500mm wide “table”. You can’t do anything about the animals but sort the eating “space” please (realising footprint is an overhead).

The food was good. Regular size cost me 9.45£. The portion size is small and limited vegetarian option.

Rajitha’s service was exceptional! She took the time to walk us through the entire menu, providing clear and detailed explanations of each dish. Her recommendations encouraged us to try more options, and every selection was spot-on. Excellent food, even better service!

Allergy review As someone who suffers with a severe peanut allergy I often struggle to eat out at Chinese restaurant however Chopstix does well outlining allergens by an information/contents board. The lady whom served was also helpful with my follow up questions. Good selection of food was very tasty and hot. As far as airport food goes, good value for money. Lack of seating is a shame and people reserving seats we had to eat elsewhere in the terminal. Overall very good food before a flight.

Fast noodle food, the quality is not incredible but does the job for an evening or to tide me over. Too bad the quantity is so rationed according to the size of the boxes. The prices are not very expensive.

Visited on 01/10 around 6 pm - I was so lucky with not much of a queue. There were two ladies manning the floor and they were just amazing doing everything! What a great team and a nice dinner experience at a busy airport!

They insist at you to place good reviews for them and dont give you the food until so. A joke of a place, avoid.

Was so hungry on the day of my flight. Went to your store and was served by a lovely staff named Paulina. She was very polite and knows how to treat customers well. You should hire more people like her. 😇btw, the meal was great and affordable.

I had an amazing experience at Chopstixx! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was flavorful and cooked to perfection. But what made the visit extra special was the outstanding service from Janis. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. It's rare to find service that matches the quality of the food, but Janis truly made this dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed service on airport branch. I got really disappointed on my recent visit Luton airport Chopstix branch. The food was not up to the standards as compared to other franchises. Restaurants looks nice clean and tidy. I wouldn’t make any comments on recommendations because everyone have different taste and might get good service.

Yamunasri was the BEST person to be served by. She was so caring, full of smiles, and lovely to talk to. A real pleasure to meet someone like this before a late night flight. Thank you for your kind service, you made our day!

Nice food. The lady who served me was very nice and helpful as well.

The food is nice and the workers are smiley and pleasant, however they must be under quite some pressure from the manager to collect reviews because even before handing me my purchased meal, the worker was guiding me on how to leave a google review and to please do it while she was there watching. One thing to improve for the manager: prioritise a pleasant customer experience over the pressure to get customers to leave you reviews. My review here is as objective as I could manage it. Thank you to the staff members for the prompt service plus delicious and warm meal!

Unfortunately last night I had a very bad experience like a client. Your employee N has a terrible behaviour, she said that “ I dont’t deserve to be a client”, she raised her voice, she became very nervous,the whole experience was terrible.

I am travelling tonight, decided to stop by Chopsticks, i was served by really friendly girls who were very helpful, the food was very fresh and enjoyable, I’ll definitely come back as i fly alot from luton airport

Had breakfast at the Breakfast Box. It was terrible. Very dry, only tepid in temperature and the items for the bap had been sitting under a heat lamp for a some time. Don’t bother eating here for breakfast, save your money.
