GRILL MANSION in Luton

I get fast-food everyday, and this is the worst place in every sense. A shame because it use to be good, returning customer or not doesn't seem to matter to them. Horrible food, horrible service, trying to charge you well over their price list and offers. You'll order 2 medium, they'll give 2 small and then try sell you 2 more pizzas because they got it wrong. On top of that food wasn't nice at all, 3 days old chicken, double fried chips, tasteless pizza. Refused to give any refund, didn't apologise. Give them the chance to rectify everything but not willing to. False advertisement on their menu on top of that, they've been reported to trading standards. Already got full video evidence. I've already wasted too much time writting this. AVOID.

Friendly, welcoming staff, coupled with good food! I've tried a few things from the menu, and never had a bad meal. Highly recommended

Very bad and rude customer service got my order wrong and made me wait nearly 3 hours for my order. Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!! Manager was very rude. I also have recordings of the conversations!!!

This take away never fails to impress me with the quality and taste of the food. They were very accommodating towards my children as they dislike certain ingredients in their burgers. It is suitable for a halal diet and everything is at a reasonable price.

Donner meat was old, microwaved and then fried. Tasted hard and very very dry like it was days old, was persuaded to get spicy, to hide this fact. Very upset stomach. Would not get anything other than chips from here.
