Really lovely place to pop in for a drink after work or lunch. It is nice and cosy place during the day and nicely lively during the evening. Worth the visit if you are in the area. Lovely Paola (absolute star!) will take care of you while you sat in the dining area and if you prefer order at the bar look out for Kris, great shakes out there. Overall great team and superb bar! The restaurant/bar had a very nice ambiance BUT!!!!! the service was the worst service I had in my entire life and I am usually a calm forgiving person when comes to customer service in general. SO, I order 2 normal margaritas. They put a sweet liqueur which I asked before to not include it. Not only I spend 15 MINUTES waiting at the bar to be served (the bar had no clients, the bar woman was only making our cocktails) After being served the cocktail I didn't ask for I asked why and I kindly asked to have what I wanted from the beginning but without sugar due to health reasons. After 15 MINUTES waiting again (=30 minutes waiting for 2 cocktails in total), 2 margaritas arrived. The portion was not even half the glass no joking! After saying that to the bar woman who literally didn't want to help me at all (in front of other clients), I asked for the manager.She came, I very kindly explained what happened. And she told me: If I put more lemon or tequila it will cost me more so because you don't want sugar it is half the glass. This is not an answer to a client (I work at hospitality by the way). After this, I was mad and not very polite saying to her that this is a great restaurant with the worst customer service in London and that I am really disappointed and you know what she said? OK. And left!In my company, we apologise and bring complimentary drinks so clients 'forget' about what happened. we don't treat them like animals. WNEVER AGAIN and I will say what happened to all my friends in Canary Wharf.

Nos detuvimos como parte de un pub improvisado un viernes por la noche. El bar estaba ocupado con trabajadores de la zona que disfrutaban de bebidas de fin de semana, pero el personal estaba sonriente y se aseguraba de que hicieran contacto visual para hacerle saber que lo atenderían lo antes posible. El espresso martini estaba delicioso hecho con café recién hecho. El bar tiene algunos asientos al aire libre con vistas al agua de abajo. Muy buen ambiente para disfrutar de un delicioso cóctel. Quizás un poco más caro que algunos pero no exagerado.

Tomé un desayuno temprano aquí. No estaba tan ocupado, pero solo había un servidor, así que la comida se quedó esperando en el mostrador durante unos minutos. Pida un emparedado sin mantequilla y diga que ninguno tenga mantequilla, pero se lo dieron de todos modos. No tuve tiempo de esperar otra vez a pesar de que la salchicha estaba hecha. Decepcionado como no es barato para comer aquí, así que no es genial cuando el servicio, la comida, etc. no es lo mejor.

Tengo la desgracia de trabajar en Canary Wharf y generalmente trato de evitar beber allí. Establecimientos como la Paginación son la razón. No hay ninguna razón por la que, a las 5:30, me sea difícil escuchar a alguien hablar si están a 1 metro. Como puedes imaginar, si estás en un evento social como una fiesta de despedida de bebidas, esto es extremadamente molesto. No soy viejo, me encanta la música y tengo una gran colección de música, pero la idea de que el crap pop proporciona una atmósfera es una tontería. Este lugar está lleno de trajes: baja la música y puedes encontrar personas que se quedarán más allá del 7.

Mi visita reciente fue desafortunadamente decepcionante. La habitación estaba fría y el hecho de que no estuviera ocupado en esta época del año debería haber sonado como una campana de advertencia. Mi invitado era vegetariano, pero el menú ofrecía solo un plato en 2018, ¿en serio?

Fui a almorzar hoy con un amigo. Soy celiaco y tengo que tener comida sin gluten. Parecía prometedor, pero cuando llegó el momento había muy poco, así que pedí una ensalada de salmón caliente. fue una terrible relación calidad-precio, básicamente un huevo cocido, un cohete y una pizca de salmón ahumado que apenas valía lo que pagué. Mi amigo pidió linguini de cangrejo, que era más de grano de maíz que cualquier cosa con muy poco cangrejo, debería haber sido llamado un linguini de maíz. De nuevo realmente no vale lo que pagamos. Solíamos disfrutarlo aquí, pero esta es la segunda mala experiencia, así que no creo que volvamos. El personal era muy agradable.

Excelente ubicación cerca del agua. La comida es de buena calidad y fresca. El servicio fue bastante sencillo ya un precio razonable (para Canary Wharf!). Buena atención al detalle en todo pub.

Why my supplier wants to meet in this bar I don’t know, maybe they remember it as C&B; when service was better. We arranged a 9am breakfast meeting. Arrived and had to ask someone behind the bar for coffees and they were served ok. We sat at the table for an hour and no one came near us to ask if we wanted more coffee or food. There were only a handful of other customers in the restaurant so do not understand why we were so invisible, there were four of us on a high table in the middle of the restaurant. I ended up calling someone and asked if we could order more drinks and some food. A girl took our drinks order and when I said and some breakfast she just asked what we wanted. We wanted to see a menu !!

Went for work drinks and was disapppinted. Getting to the bar to order drinks can be challenging with crowds. Outdoor space is nice. Toilets always a mess. Go to other bars nearby Henry addington or all bar one

Wir waren zufällig im Restaurant zum Frühstücken was sehr gut war. Ich hatte ein Sausage Sandwich sowie poached eggs- meine Frau hatte Joghurt & Müsli sowie Toast. Preislich ebenso ok, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Service hätte etwas aufgeweckter und freundlicher sein können.

Mejor bares Canary wharf para bebidas. Especialmente si cruzas el puente hacia la India Quay West.

Held my leaving drinks here. The whole experience was faultless from beginning to end. At first I met a very professional and friendly manager who took my booking and helped with pre-ordering drinks. The evening went very well and we had our own waitress serving drinks, food and watching the tab. It was a really nice location, not too noisy so people could talk. Thanks for the great service.

We were looking for a restaurant and located thid venue. The menu had a good choice of breakfasts available. My wife chose a favourite of her, scrambled eggs and salmon - it was delicious she said. I equally enjoyed my meal of bacon and eggs with bubble 'n squeak. The coffee was very strong but not bitter and was just right.

Overpriced for what it is. A lot of drinks choices, food ok but there are better places to eat or drink in the area

We spent a nice couple of hours in Canary Wharf after coming into LCY and we came across this place which looked nice and cosy.

We've visited other Drake & Morgan restaurants and have had a great experience, great staff, good food and a varied menu, but I would not visit here again. We booked for dinner on a Saturday night, the menu was a reduced version than the one I found online. The food we ordered arrived on the pass and was left there for quite along time, it started off as fast food (unseemly fast for dinner, this isn't MacDonalds... ) and ended up quite dry. The chef didn't bother alert anyone to the food being there though so it wasn't the waiting staffs fault.At last someone spotted the food and delivered it to the table.I had fish and chips, dry overcooked and the chips weren't great. My dinner companions had burgers, the chicken one had a measly amount of chicken and the cheeseburger was just ok. This type of food is really easy to get right, it's the basics, your other kitchen in King's Cross is brilliant, maybe the chef there could offer a few tips to this kitchen.The wine was good and the staff were pleasant.When I paid at the bar I told the chap that is was only just ok and he removed the service charge, helpful but not really enough to compensate. There as loads of great places in Canary Wharf (we are locals) and next time we'll go back to the Tea Merchant round the corner, another Canary Wharf recent opening but the food is good.Every place has off nights, but this wasn't that, it was plain poorly unskilled cooking of food, not helped by being held too long at the pass. This place might be ok for drinks only, but not food, and anyway, there are so many other places to drink.

First visit and the service as staff were perfect. Friendly warm atmosphere and the food was really good and great value. Looking forward to going again. Thanks all involved, loved it.

We visited for team drinks for the second time last night, again booking an area of the bar and pre-ordering some drinks and sharing food. As on our first visit we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff who are extremely helpful and really make the experience of organising a team function stress-free. The sharing food was very good and the drinks and food packages are good value for money. Really nice ambience and less noisy and hectic than lots of the other bars in the area. We will definitely be returning again and would recommend.

We had such a fabulous time at our engagement party on Saturday. From the organization with Alex and all the guys coordinating it on the day. Henry is an absolutely delight to work with. The whole team is implacable.So professional and efficient, and kind and friendly. You guys made our day unique and we have no words to describe how thankful we are.Everything was perfect. I called in for a quick pint after wrapping up my meetings early on a Wednesday afternoon. The venue is perfectly pleasant - clean, tidy, stylish and spacious - and the bar service was prompt and professional.Unfortunately, despite there being only half a dozen or so customers, every table was marked 'reserved' and there was nowhere to sit, except outside on the terrace (not ideal on a chilly March day).

Had a lovely couple of drinks and a butchers platter to share staff great and very good service would recommend.

Visited for lunch with colleagues the place is hardly changed from what it was when it was a pub and they have not one clue about how to treat customers, the food took 30 minutes to arrive, then half the party waited for the others food to arrive, I had fish and chips which was overlooked and not special, one had a salad which consisted to bean shoots and little else the food is just appalling Service is a joke as I said 30 mins for food to arrive, staff were messing about hugging and making a racket, the worst thing was that in the middle of lunch they decided to wheel a large blue wheely bin from behind the bar directly through the restaurant banging and crashing and then five minutes later they returned with it banging and crashing through the place again, I don't understand what they are trying to achieve here but they WILL fail if they don't change

We ate in the restaurant on Wed. Jan. 5th and it was excellent - the food, the service, the ambiance and the price!! We were told that Thursday nights were their busiest nights.We returned yesterday evening, Friday 13th., hoping to eat there again and prepared to wait for a table as we knew Friday nights are busy everywhere in Canary Wharf. What we didn't expect was that the restaurant appeared to have been entirely taken over either by Corporate drinking groups, or by the bar crowd. We enquired of the bar staff and was told that there would be no dining tables to be had no matter how long we waited. We left and went to an old favourite in Canary Wharf, "Browns". Although they were incredibly busy and had given up some tables to the bar, they had still kept many available for customers who wanted to eat - a complete contrast to Pagination!!

I have been here a few times now since it has opened and back again for breakfast with great service from my waitress and the standards are consistent throughout the day. Staff are welcoming and friendly but maintain a high, professional work ethic, the kitchen and bar staff deliver a fantastic service and clearly take pride in getting things right for the customer. It is a lovely place to go for a romantic date or just drinks with friends and with a wonderful view outside with seating area, summer will be busy!

this new venture is great for entertaining as a couple, as a group or as a single visiting and chatting with the friendly and fun staff who work here. once visited you know you will return. the food is fabulous. the drinks are plentiful and varied with a good range of cocktails. the decor is clean and modern with fur covers and blankets if you choose to sit on the balcony overlooking the canary wharf basin and feel a bit chilly.only been the once but will certainly be visiting again.

Starting with the positives it is vibrant , attractively decked out and full of the usual Canary Wharf folk enjoying the end if the week. They appeared to have a good range of most drinks except beer. Their range was simply very limited. Several European larger style beers , were available, but not a single draft real ale ( probably not their target market so I can understand ) but equally no draft craft beer which has a strong following on both sides of the Atlantic. Following the closure of the Cat and Canary directly below I just fancied a pint of decent beer but sadly this establishment could not provide it so we had to move on. Shame as it looked a good place and if wine or champagne is your 'thing' it would be worth a go.

My husband and I stopped here for a coffee and snacks. Cappuccino and latte were nice. Salmon fish cakes and chicken satay were also nice and tasty. Quite pricey at 20 pounds for 2 coffees and 2 snacks but it did seem to be serving an area dominated by 'banking types' who have cash to splash!

As you can expect bars in Canary Wharf and London in General are always busy.. But as long as you are accustomed to that C&B offers some good selections of foods.. For instances their meat suppliers are actually traditional family farmers.. So if you are one of those conscious about your food source it should tick your list Really busy but staff are hekpful.Strongly recommend to book early if you are to reserve any places.

I've been here a few times with colleagues as I work in the area. I've mainly focused on the halloumi burger, but I haven't heard complaints from my fellow diners. It's not food that will blow you away, but it's a clean place, the food is good, the service is pretty efficient and they're on Opentable, so booking is easy. I'm sure I'll continue to visit during the year.

Nice bar in Canary Wharf. Quite crowded in the middle of the week. Barely room to stand. Service was still fine. Good place to spend a couple of hours.

This is a fun, energetic place to have a drink and light meal. Clearly its a place frequented by the locals, there was something going on every night.

Visited for drinks on a Friday evening around 5:45pm. It's always busy so be prepared to stand, but they do seem to always have enough staff on hand. On this occasion my friend was able to "hail" a barman to our table on demand (didn't know they did table service in the bar) so we didn't have to go up to the bar and leave the table. This is a really nice sevice and made quite a different to our drinks.The house dry rose wine is very pleasant.

On a tourist trip, we encountered this very pleasant restaurant in Canary Wharf.The staff were friendly and efficient ( though we seemed to wait a bit for the food).We had cottage pie and linguini( a vegetarian pasta). Both were well presented and tasty : excellent. Gascony wine very good too.prices moderate and fair value for the area.

Made most welcome and had no problem when informed that one of us was a "gluten-free person. Staff were most helpful and fully aware of my requirements and I enjoyed a very pleasant Ham Sandwich. Wine was good too.

I stopped by for a glass of wine this evening & had a really delightful experience. The bar was relatively empty - it was 4pm on a Monday - so it was peaceful and quiet. Staff were friendly, helpful & attentive (they were putting up Christmas decorations) and unlike Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights it was actually quite pleasant and quiet! My server was a delightful young lady and I thoroughly enjoyed my glass of Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. This bar is located on Wren's Landing at West India Quay, close to both Canary Wharf tube station and West India Quay DLR. It has flat screen TVs showing news/ sports and such like. Highly recommended.

A good place to stop and enjoy wine although it gets busy at weekends. They have a good choice of wines by the glass - although the bottle I wanted wasn't available!
