Eweryday iam having my flatwhite here. Good service good stuff. The curly hair girl who works there at morningtime , she make the best coffe and she always polite. The indian guy always smile and respectful. Good atmosphere thanks guys :)

the worse costa experience ever! Not sure what her name is but calling someone ‘sweetie’ does not make anything better. because of her poor english, she got my order wrong with the wrong milk and then blamed me for it. which led to me having stomach pain ! she is the most disrespectful woman i have ever met. felt bad for her poor colleagues they look fed up to the core of her! how can can anyone deal with her. Please fire this woman even her presence was uncomfortable. management needs to deal with her.

On, the morning of Saturday 30th November 2024 after a long journey from another part of The UK - I urgently needed the toilet at Walthamstow Central Train Station. Sadly, the Train Station does NOT have these facilities for the public yet I was told that the nearby Costa Coffee DOES. That branch saved me from an embarrassing experience. I thanked them by purchasing a bottle of sparkling water (essential for recovery from these type of situations) & went on my way.

Excellent customer service, especially from the woman with short hair—she works incredibly hard, constantly greets customers, and fills the store with positive energy.

Toilet was horrible. Lock dint work. Someone missed the toilet and it all over floor.

A busy and bustling place, yet the staff still somehow makes you their sole point of focus. Nothing is too much for them to do to give you an excellent experience.

It's just a coffee shop selling tea, coffee and snacks. Run the mill chain. The tea was expensive considering a tea bag with water tipped over it.

This branch needs more staff training and more of a welcoming atmosphere

The location of this Costa is ideal; however, the consistency of coffee quality is lacking. The proficiency and mood of the staff seem to directly impact the quality of the coffee, which is not always satisfactory.

Always a warm ambience as can be expected. Missed the wonderful weather outside, there was a cold and windy breeze.

The service and drink today were excellent. The server was incredibly helpful in checking ingredients of different drinks, to ensure my option was vegan. I really appreciated the care they put into it. The mango bubble tea made with coconut milk and vegan cream was absolutely delicious. My companion's rhubarb drink was refreshing.

Perfect for me. Always know what I want and try their best to please my demands. Same place from the opening.

Couple days ago I bought coffee in this store and I was impressed by the atmosphere and delicious coffee in the cafe, it is very clean and the barista Lilia was simply incredible, joking with me, smiling, she made my day very good.

Visted store last Friday morning, ordered flat white, very delicious. Was served by waitress girl jay. She made lovely coffee and great customer service. Very friendly and she help me with my costa app. Very fast even with queue. Definitely coming back again. Excellent waitress.

Walked in 30 min before closing as I needed a coffee before a long journey and the girl at the counter denied me a coffee saying theyre closing, not only that but she was sitting on her phone talking to someone plus the toilets are very very dirty and look like they havent been cleaned for days.

Order: Xmas gingerbread latte, Chai Latte with Brie Cranberry Bacon Pannini and a Nacho Tostie. Food was what your expect. The waitress and barista worked hard to get get our order complete. Unfortunetly there were drug dealers sitting inside the cafe right next to us because it was raining outside, Shhh! Dont tell Costa coffee as theyll probably charge us extra for the dealer experience. Please dont expect your instore staff to deal with dangerous people in YOUR cafe, ....ie get a security guard, dont put Baristas to deal with something their not trained for.

Good coffee, and service from staff🙏🏼🙏🏼Thank you to Marianna who often greets me with warm welcome😊 10/10. However in the afternoon becomes very noisy and messy especially the upstairs. Large groups of people gathering in corners and removing furniture from tables is often very frustrating when trying to work and seems like a regular occurrence as I do like to go a few times through out the week. Used to be a great spot to work and have a coffee but not so sure I’ll be back anytime soon. Such a shame

This used to be my spot for a quiet afternoon with a coffee and book. However has become very noisy. The loud noise of the Fridge is non- stop despite going upstairs and nothing has been done about this in months. The upstairs is always packed with people, A Man not sure if he works for the company but looks like he may be running his business from this coffee shop, many occasions week after week looks like some sort of meetings are taking place and people have taken over several areas throughout the shop. Removing seats from tables and making a lot of noise. Very suprised that management are allowing this. It’s not fair on customers at all. Today I came along with my brother and the same experience. They guy serving was very helpful and polite and coffee was great. The upstairs was packed once again and loud noises of meetings in a corner with several people. NEVER AGAIN. 👎🏼👎🏼

Atmosphere and location is perfect to work with a cup of coffee. But the fridge is too noisy!!! It is very annoying that I can’t escape that noise no matter where I sit.

There’s a very loud fridge in this shop that is deafening. This has been going on for months. If you want a relaxing hot drink or a place to concentrate on some work DO NOT go hear. The staff are so miserable about the loud noise, guess management does not care. Switch off the fridge until it can be fixed - no one eats your stale bland food anyway customers go there for COFFEE.

This is right on the high street corner shop with great ambience. The staff was really good the food and service was great. The coffee was as usual great at costa. Highly recommended the easier way is from the Blackhorse station take a 158 bus and right outside the shop you can grab your favourite cuppa

Gone off Costa. Too expensive for artificial , boring coffee in cups that are overfilled and hard to drink out off. Only ever use them in extremis and when gasping on a motorway....when the only alternative is the even more distasteful Starbucks. No ta.

Nothing special about this Costa, just like all the others, but it has a very mellow vibe because of its location and seating.

When you drinking hot chocolate for a few years you know how taste should be . Honest I hate when ppl think they smarter than me. I realise last couple of months Costa change proportion of shots in hot chocolate . I ask extra shot of powder . What I get ? Hotter that I can’t hold it as they think they will make it more fluffy 😉 or they just do not put extra shot . Well I think nowadays everyone if fighting for more money but do not wanted to do the job . Great very hot hot chocolate bought today but unfortunetely wasn’t extra shot of powder in it 🤨.

Staffs needs more training for customer service.

As a pregnant person I walked into the store to buy coffee for myself. I was really desperate to use the toilet before placing my order, the girls at the counter was so not helpful and rude. They tried accusing me that I was going to lie, use the toilet and not buy a coffee. By my body language they could see I was really struggling and still did not open the toilet door they forced me to first buy something. I understand they made be general rules in places however, I also believe that staff can be more understanding to a pregnant customer. After purchasing my drink they allowed me to use the toilet. When I was out the toilet the drink was just about warm when I requested extra hot. I was still thanking the girls and tried ignoring the situation, they decided to whisper at each other and made a joke of me as they were directly looking at me and laughing at me!!! I would never go back to that store as I felt really uncomfortable and I believe the behaviour of the staff was not acceptable. Words cannot explain my frustration right now as a calm person I did not in any way treat them bad or disrespect them however, staff of costa chose to do opposite to what is required of them in a workplace.

Very good place.i go there 2 a 3 times per week with my family . I meet manager there she is very good and friendly and some waitress as well.

Visited walthamstow central costa a few times during last week and the staff are amazing. Good service with a smile. Fast & efficient service.

They don't do gluten free oat milk yet want us to buy something to get a free baby chino. Stratford westfield one always give free ones no problem but these guys are a bit funny. It's just abit of milk, nothing really for a multi millionaire company.

next door to Walthamstow Cental Station, handy to get yourself something take away for the morning to take with you on your way to work. Relaxing place to chat or work on your laptop while having something from the counter. Being my second time there since I live local and pass the place so often.

I get medium cappuccino this morning, doesn’t tasted like cappuccino at all. Milk was boiled and I burn my tongue. Guys the prices are increased now and obviously we want best service and good coffe. This Costa is close to my house but from now I will go in the Whaltamstow shopping center. The workers definitely need more training.

This isnt my regular local costa but its very clean and comfortable. Very good customer service. Went in for my usual Aero caramel hot chocolate 😍 . Fast and friendly service

I bought a cup of latte, and the barista made the latter very awful. They pull the milk before the coffee. And the barista with black hair and brown skin behaved a bit racist, as while I spoke English, I got a bit stammered. The most awful coffee experience I have ever had in the UK.

Extremely rude unproffesional staff called Diana Dear unprofessional Diana; Refusing to serve costumers won't solve the problem you have: lack of manners! Also, it will not teach you to deal how to solve disagreements and complaints. Furthermore, definitely will not improve your communication skills with costumers - the main skill to work as a barista. The most important matter, going further and disturbing all other customers in the premises just to agree with your rude costumer service attitude I believe is the most disturbing act I have seen lately. You may refuse to serve my friend also you may have the support of your manager to continue this type of unacceptable behaviour however this shop is not your private owned thus the consequences are looking bad in the long run. You may try to save your work place, which I understand, thus work on your baristas, communication and costumers skills. Moreover work on manners my dear rude Diana. By raising your voice to other customers and causing a scene is not going to solve anything. "You" or better to say the owner of the chain Costa has lost couple of customers, trust me more will follow only because of your strong headed poor behaviour. Wish you luck

Another bad review for the same staff, Diana. Wrote a bed review about you couple weeks ago because of your unprofessional behaviour, taking wrong order from other customers, throwing the coffee in front of the customers, not apologising for wrong order and talking to me in very rude way. Next time I went to the caff the manager of the shop approached me and telling me off why I wrote I bad review for his staff. His reason it will look bad on his managerial skills. Basically telling me you should have not wrote review of my observations. Otherwise this guy is a very good batista and good with customer. Visited the caff this morning, the same staff Diana refused to serve me, I asked someone else to serve me, she said she is the only one. On my way out she calls me stupid and I answered with a not good hand gesture. Appaling unprofessional staff, backing up their rude staff and loosing their customers.

Good place however this is the first Costa I have been to where there is NO WIFI.

Awful toilets at this place. The place had a huge puddle, then there was no soap or toilet paper either. Very poor hygiene.

As far as Costas in the area go, this one has the best vibes. Lots of seating and open space.
