Best hot chocolate ever tried made by the barista Armando. Friendly staff , great atmosphere and cozy environment.

Great Spot. Always clean and friendly. Good Wi-Fi and never a problem to hold an hour meeting or two upstairs. Highly recommend.

Nice chap but some woman couldn't even be bothered to serve us in a proper cup because the shop is closing in ... one hour! And toilets not working. Otherwise nothing to report, standard Costa Coffee shop.

It’s a cozy and clean spot with friendly staff. I recently got a TooGoodToGo bag from there, and the staff were especially welcoming and helpful. It's a great place to relax with a coffee!

The opening hours listed are inaccurate. The store was not open at 5:00pm on Sunday, therefore it is not open 24 hours! Kindly update this information to prevent others from arriving and having their time wasted!

Cute little Costa with some seating and a tiny tiny toilet!

Went in near closing. Yes, I felt like porridge at 18:00. Staff were pleasant and friendly despite them nearing closing. Quick, efficient service. Clean. Porridge was nice but a little sweet.

A small little Costa but a great spot to pick up that morning coffee and a hot sausage bap. It hits the spot every time. It’s always clean and today with a warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff.

Decent small Costa - doesn't quite have the cost atmosphere of larger stores as the doors are always open and there are only hard seats, but takeaway is the main business so can't complain. Service very prompt as a result!

Not the first time when I experienced terrible customer service there but this time enough was enough. Very rude staff, refused to change my item to another one when I never opened it as also refused to do refund to me and when I asked to give my receipt because I want to write a complaint she told me write if you want it's your fault. Never ever back there again. I noticed that I am not the first one writing complaint about terrible customer service. I think management should pay more attention to this.

Regular user of this shop until Anita was very rude to me because I asked her to wash through my Costa Flask. I was on a night shift driving so was unable to clean it from when I started my shift as I don't have the facilities. I will not be returning to this shop.

Was a nice experience but it looked like it was under staffed

As usual with Costa, good coffee. Much better than Starbucks coffee. But like a lot of Costas not that comfortable a place to sit in. A bit noisy in my opinion. Great for takeaway.

A nice little place with friendly staff

I always use this Costa, have done for years. Kate, Daisy and the team are always friendly, give me a smile and say ‘hello’. Personally, I’ve never had a problem here with either the coffee or the staff; good service and customer care.

Probably the worst Costa I've been to. Drinks were cold, staff were all over the place, and their attitude was a joke.

Doesn't look much from the outside but has a nice seating area upstairs. The barristas weren't particularly knowledgeable about the teas and syrups available (they've irritatingly been removed from the menu), but there are a couple who are exceptionally good at making coffee.

Used to be my regular for coffee - Soya Flat White. Costa still do the biggest flat white ever which is strange. Staff are friendly and swift. plenty of room upstairs and downstairs to chill and chat. has a single toilet as well.

Rude and ignorant staff, seems confused and not willing to help when you ask for anything extra, doesn't know how to make latte properly ...

Nice place. Little bit hidden underneath/inside glass building. No queues.
