Costa Coffee in Camden

The coffee was lovely as was the mince pie. My gripe is that I had £5 Costa gift card and I had to give the long number three times to the lady that served me only then to be told that the system wasn’t accepting the gift card which was poor.

Thanks Anju, one of the ladies working there. She was really kind and helpful. We will come back for sure thanks to you! One of the best people that we met in London!

I had an amazing experience at Costa Coffee thanks to one of the ladies who was incredibly kind and helpful, ANJU. Considering how reserved people can sometimes be in England, she truly stood out with her warmth and friendliness. She helped me choose the best drinks and made sure I was completely satisfied with my order. Her customer service was exceptional, and she really made my visit memorable. Great service, amazing staff and good coffee The staff at Costa Coffee are generally friendly, approachable, and attentive. Staff are usually quick to take orders, prepare drinks, and offer suggestions if you’re undecided.

Been here a few times and I have to say the service here is better than any other coffee shop I’ve been to. Anju has always been prompt on opening at 6:30am on Sundays and is always amazing. There isn’t a wc here but the station is only across the road. There are sockets to charge your devices at the seats by the window. They do seem to have a problem with homeless people entering and stealing which I think the company needs to address. I’ve observed the staff here (Sunday Dec 1st) and it’s obvious they care about their customers. It would be a shame if any of them got hurt. Costa, give them all a raise!

Rude staff member! Made a mistake in store and apologised to the lady serving me who was lovely but then another staff member decided to snap at me. Very uncalled for and made me feel rather upset!

It is not the best coffee in the world. And the tea thing is unforgivable. A country like this, and three times that I have asked for a tea, they have given me a bag and they have given me 3.5 pounds.

The staffs are responsible and friendly. When my order was cancelled by uncertain situation, they responded it quickly and gave me compensation. A super nice experience here.

They serve everybody with coffee and food to go… no plates, despite there are not many people inside. Coffee tastes bad, cake horrible, no vegan options, staff is smiling and kind but it’s not enough.

I was saved by the coffee and the friendliness of the staff at the Costa coffee chain, especially Bee. Very attentive to our nut allergy problem, always friendly and helpful so that we could enjoy a good breakfast. And I assure you that we needed to regain our strength after a night in the hotel of horrors Belgrave Hotel, including the fire alarm going off at 4 in the morning. Thank you Costa Café, you gave me life after a heart-stopping night. I won't forget it.

A very useful cafe when I have time spare to sit and do some work. Service is always excellent. However, they do not have loos - one must take advantage of facilities at the station.

Best Costa Coffee in London and amazing customer service! I must say this is my fave coffee shop in London, the manager and the staff really care about the customers and focus on giving the best quality service, even thought it can be hectic in that area with lots of people, there is a great culture. One of the highlights of the day for me is going in and getting coffee, always remember how I like it filling Black Americano to the top of the cup! A great role model for coffee shops everywhere and rare to see in a chain, good to see the soul of customer service isn't lost. Highly recommend a visit as not your normal Costa!

Depicted as a coworking area, this is actually a place where loud music and 11-pounds Sainsbury’s style hotdogs are served. The person holding the staff had a bad attitude and told us to remove laptops at 4.00pm despite me ordering a pricey 11 pounds hotdog. Run away.

This is a great respite point for any the European traveler. It's a nice little nook in a world-famous Train Station. Of course it is the proximity to St. Pancras - and all of the onlooking of the bustle of travelers - that makes this spot so interesting. This is a secure, highly active, clean, excellent - and famous - train station's coffee shop!

Terrible Costa. DO NOT BOTHER, you've been warned. Ordered a magic bag here for pick up and they suddenly changed the pick up time to earlier with hardly any notice. By time I got there at the original time they were shut. Disgusting customer service. Manager should be fired...end of.

It's a chain, good quality coffee and average price. The place remains small, without toilets which is a shame and no sockets for recharging electrical devices, a real shame

Costa was a perfect place to perch and escape the rain. While their vegan selection could use jazzing up, there was still plenty to choose from.

Ordered “new” hot milkshake. Drink served really bad. Not even hot as shown in advertisement. Misinformation. Served in basic Costa cup, not in glass as shown in advertisement. Misinformation twice. On doors working time 20:00. Asked us to leave at 19:50. Misinformation third time. Definetly not recomend this cafe. Search for another one nearby!!

Good coffee & great friendly staff. A good place to grab quick coffee & hot sandwich breakfast before getting on the morning Eurostar.

Ότι χειρότερο σαν εμπειρία ήταν το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα...ο καφές τους απλά δεν πίνετε...εκτός αυτού επιτρέπουν στον οποιονδήποτε να εισέλθει στο κατάστημα και να ενοχλεί τους επισκέπτες με αποτέλεσμα να πέσω θύμα κλοπής...το αναφέραμε αμέσως αλλά δυστυχώς κανένα από τα κορίτσια του προσωπικού δεν μας βοήθησε.(στον χώρο υπάρχουν κάμερες ασφαλείας αλλά δυστυχώς δεν βγάλαμε άκρη)

I can not comment on food as the 3 members of staff refused to serve me and made me wait whilst they had a 10 minute conversation with another customer saying he was first. He ordered ice water. No food and no payable drink.. they were all laughing and joking. My train was due in, I had a 4 hour journey home now with no food or drink. I was absolutely disgusted. Appalling service from 3 members of staff. 1 of them could have served him the ice water, leaving another to clean and another to serve me and other waiting customers. They didn't. I will never go there again or recommend Costa.

Worst coffee i ever had in my life in the kings cross Costa. Filthy inside aswell with full bin and dirty machine. Drank my coffe and nearly spat it out on the floor. It was a black coffee with some foam on the top. I asked for medium cappuccino. 🤮milk smelled rancid aswell

I bought "Iced whipped caramel latte" on 01.08.2023. I bought this drink in other Costa places, which I really like. I was disappointed with its taste today. I did not feel the taste of caramel with coffee. elsewhere in the Costa there was crushed ice paired with caramel and latte coffee, well, very tasty. here they put me large ice cubes, caramel and latte coffee. when I drank it, I felt only cold water with bitterness from coffee. doing a few smooths, I didn’t feel that there was coffee at all.

Typical Costa except for they serve sit in customers with takeaway cups and containers rather than plates & cups and saucers. Friendly staff and quick service. Would recommend.

Wonderful coffee shop for sandwiches lunch and snacks. Lots of hot and cold beverages and yummy baked goods.

Just had the worse coffee frappe ever. It was rather slimy not sure where the ice went, it was not cold felt like slimy air. Yikes! Anyway couldn’t drink it so left half a cup and minutes later reduced 🙄

Cannot fault the staff but the food here is the worst of all the chain coffee places and I won't be risking buying another product for eating from Costa.. even via toogootogo the selection was an insult (3 children's product from 5.. 4/5 involving meat, the other egg) and the quality awful

Went in before for eat and tea heading to Samsung. Having carrot with walnut cake as taste okay plus tea as well. Warning:- it will not provide any ceramic plates or cups or metal cutlery, only wooden cutlery with sort-of 'Costa Coffee' takeaway drinks. No toilet included. 8/10

I think there is some confusion. This is for the branch in the main station (take out mainly). There is another branch outside the station on Euston Road. Very busy branch mainly used by commuters. Staff were friendly and pleasant despite the long line and tried to serve as quickly as possible. Limited range of items to eat as it is a really small take out counter but there was a sufficient choice. Usual range of drinks. The Mini Egg Cookie was good. Nice pre-Easter treat as I will be abroad so thought to have it early.

Péssimo atendimento. Pedimos um café, e quando faltava apenas 10 minutos para fechar o local, fomos expulsos da loja. Nem sequer esperaram que acabassemos de consumir nosos pedidos e ja estavam limpando a loja e mandando-nos embora. Uma vez pra nunca mais.

Veldig koselig kafé. Koselige folk der også! Jeg hadde spørsmål om allergier i mat og de var så snille å sjekket ordentlig godt og viste meg et skjema over alt av allergier i varene der. Anbefales virkelig❤️

We went to this Costa but should have gone to Pret...coffee was luke warm when I asked for extra hot. I did say decaf. I asked again when collecting and the guy says is not. Any other Costa would have checked and even if they didnt hear or there was a misunderstanding go make it again he just looking at me end off. I wake at 5am..... and Your Costa in Milton Keynes Luton, up North so many I have been have been exceptional. Above and beyond. Is this a new culture look at the customer till they go away. Pret or starbuck for me.

A classic coffee shop, serving a variety of coffees, I like to drink espresso and sometimes cappuccino. Unfortunately most coffee shops in London serve poor quality coffee, but Costa is one of the coffee shops that serve high quality espresso for my taste, In addition, they have testy sandwiches especially cheese and ham toast. All Internet surfers, online workers, etc. have a free wireless network. Comfortable atmosphere.

The manager Riski was really helpful and friendly. My barcode didn't work, he helped me how to try again even it was quiee behind me, he gave time for me, I was appreciated. Thanks again for large hot chocolate 😊

Decent Caffe near to King's Cross station and British library, tasty millionaire shortbread and good Cappuccino. Polite staff and nice atmosphere inside Caffe.

I ordered Vanilla latte drink with coconut milk which costs £4.30 After the lady asked her colleague to make my drink. When she knows I have a Vodafone voucher at the cost of £3.15 she talked to her colleague again with low tone voice. I got the feeling that the drink will not be at the same quality if you pay the full price from your bank card even if pay the rest of the original price on the top of the couch cost. We sometimes get those gift vouchers as a perk treat. However, the drink was not bad.

EMBARASSING. More than 10 others standing behind me got their coffee, but I couldn’t still have mine. I didn’t know that cortado was that difficult to make.

Excellent service and super friendly staff. The coffee is fresh and hot! Conveniently located next to the station. The downside was that the egg sandwich is tasteless, no flavor; they forgot to put salt and seasoning in it! Great they provide power stations in the cafe!

When you are desperate for your costa ( I'm a costa addict )and you are rushing around, God bless this tiny Costa in Kingscross it's a little gem, and the staff are very nice and they make lovely cappuccinos and they even do cold americano with almond milk.

Lady taking coffee orders ignored the customers and was downright rude. Coffee is poor quality, expensive and luke warm. Vote with your wallet and find another coffee shop. Very poor.
