Costa Coffee in Bexley

Just eats order. Ordered at 3 and arrived warm at 3.30

When I went In the place was a mess, floors tables. Not very friendly. Got a take out coffee as did not wish to sit at messy table. There was no excuse for the state of the place it was quiet with very little in the way of customers. Not surprising given the mess

I had a delicious iced flat white today, thank you to Barista! Happy place with kind service.

One of my favorite Costa cafes.

We had a few drinks, in particular the mango frape was not great. The cream wasn't shaken before piping onto the drink so it was dripping out of the lid.

Costa remains one of my favourite spots to frequent. Good service, good drinks, and the ultimate blend is banging.

No words to say.. Is just fantastic!! Staff,coffee,environment, always tidy and clean.. The best coffee shop!! Congratulations to everyone who's working very hard to get this for us!!!!

Popped in for a skinny cappuccino...no skimmed milk waiting for a delivery! In Tesco ..why can't you just go into Tesco & buy some?

This is aimed at Costa in general. Costa is now promoting gender Indoctrination of young people by using an image of mastectomy scars. Check out social media. I'm voting with my wallet and now getting my daily coffee elsewhere.

This Costa is understaffed The Manager is super fast and well organised The lack of trained competent staff is clearly an issue Crazy how many times the coffee machine is not working and there are problems with the waterworks, the dishwasher breaks down regularly. I grab a coffee almost every day in town and have not found other branches struggling with the same problems Its an extremely busy site please support the Manager to run a tight ship she often looks stressed and pressured Please give the team the equipment that supports their hard work.

Straight to the point very rude Yong girl this morning name start with so behind the counter very dirty so have attitude as if she’s better then the job all in all I wouldn’t go back there I’d rather get my coffee from the self service in petrol staition

Staff were friendly polite and professional and helpful. Tables were clean as was the area we sat in. Would recommend.

We often pop in to this store on the weekend purely because is the closes and on route, in the week I use the Eltham branch (which is great), however from now on I feel like I will drive out of my way to Starbucks in bexleyheath! The manager in welling costa is rude! (Small snappy brunette) she is rude to customers and staff members. Her poor attitude seems to be rubbing off on the other female staff member, they’re openly unkind to the male staff member. The manager always questions my order choices in a passive aggressive way, eye rolls, comments to other staff and smirks!! Her attitude does not go unnoticed! Think “small man” syndrome on a power trip!! Please retrain your manager or even better replace. Oh and my coffee was rubbish.

There is a captive market here; Costa's in Welling being part of the Tesco building. Perhaps because of this the female staff in particular are mostly indifferent to customers and quite comfortable being curt or cutting you short when you're ordering. I guess more customers will just keep coming. They can get away with that now but this won't be a job for life. If they have to work elsewhere where there's actually real competition and they need customers to stay in business, these attitudes will have to change. The aspect and products available are perfectly fine by the way but I try to use the place now as little as possible.

Poor impolite service, dirty cuttlery/cup. Anaemic cheese toasties with hair on ,broken teapot lid. No apologies nothing.

Sign said they shut at 4 got there at 3:15 and they were closed not letting anybody else in. This isn’t the first time either

I've been to Costa lots of times but I think this was one of the nicest ones I've been to! I've seen people write in their reviews that it was busy but of course it's going to be busy at lunchtime and other key points during the day. It was busy when I went but the staff could not have been friendlier! They were so patient with everyone and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. The drinks were made to a high quality and I felt very satisfied after my visit!

Been going here for years, but lately really poor service, either they say Take Away only because they are short staffed (Even when they have the same amount of staff there), or they start cleaning up around you, mopping the floors while you are having a coffee, or just closing areas they say for cleaning, but you go back there later in the day, and still the same!

Didn't have change for a single coffee paid for using cash. Assured me they'd get some change from somewhere and bring it over but that didn't happen (they clearly forgot). Very resentful towards me asking for the change when I'd finished my lukewarm coffee. I ended up paying with a card instead while the dark-haired, Spanish-looking girl behind the counter reluctantly fished my original coins out of the till. Rather than apologising for all of this, she gave me a withering look when the situation had finally been sorted - so much so that a witness in the queue actually winked at me as I left and gave me an ironic "Merry Christmas" in sympathy. What a shambles!

Don’t bother going there - the coffee shop is under construction without any information on when it’s going to be reopened. Google maps and the store app itself shows as they’re “open” and even lets you to place an order. Thanks Costa Coffee social media team for wasting my time.

I had pass by this Costa while visiting my family in London. The service was very slow but with only two people working, one of them obviously new its not surprising. The coffee was great the blonde girl that made them was very friendly and helpful. It would be a great visit if not for one of your staff members, she turned up and started raising her voice on the poor girl. Totally unacceptable she was clearly a manager as well, this left me with a very bad taste as the other girl was lovely and trying her best. I would really suggest retraining your managers as this is not an example I want to show my kids.

30 and 31 December 2021 - the store is only offering takeaway service despite the fact that the dishwasher is now repaired. Also, this store has a habit of closing sections off whilst cleaning in the middle of the afternoon. The area manager needs to come down heavy on the manager here and knock it in shape

Rude and arrogant member of staff lady with the short hair cleaning tables absolutly no customer skills driving customers away. Have never seen her before won't be back while she is here. Batistas are great as usual she ruins this business

This is my local Costa and I'd like to pop in when I I my grocery shop in the Tesco where this branch is located. Today, I was made to feel unwelcome by a middle aged lady with short black hair who was cleaning the tables. I was waiting in the queue with my back turned whilst checking the cakes when this individual approached me and told em to move to the side because customers need to walk out?! I was a customer too! I have been costas customer for as long as I remember and I have never been treated in such a manner. On the other hand Well done to your barristas these girls are doing amazing job!!

I have had no issues when using this Costa. I tend to use the online app on my phone to order what I want and its always ready by the time I get there, the staff are also very friendly too.

Gone down hill since all the old staff left. Coffee always tastes burnt and extremely bitter. Toasties always undercooked, ie cheese melted bread raw.

Very poor service today, short staff, very rude, no greeting, when asked for tables to be cleared very rude reply “you have to wait” Extremely disappointed, will not go again

Excellent Cappachinos for me and my wife Sally , bought a cheeeky Croissant and Pain au chocolat Facilities tidy very Clean and staff very polite Will revisit Tim C Bexley

Costa is my first choice when looking for a coffee shop.

Costa coffee based in Tesco's welling, embassy court. Has lovely large windows facing street view. The shabiness lets it down, needs a big makeover. A very busy costa. Usual Costa coffee standards served.

Probably the best place to get just a coffee in Welling, especially after you shop in Tesco. The main problem is that really it is too small and very busy. You can sometimes queue to be served.

Located inside the Tesco store by the entrance with seating beside the entrance window. A fair amount of seating with average prices. Nice to relax if you need a break whilst in Welling high street.

Don't userley go there but it is popular

Decent coffee in Tesco. Good customer service. Diversity of coffee related drinks including skimmed and alternative to milk. Good value here and worth a visit whilst shopping.

Welling, costa coffee, could be great place to hangout with friends and family whilst having grocery shopping at Tesco as its inside Tesco superstore. Well you can enjoy hot drinks, sandwiches, smoothies & more. Friendly staff and always clean. Plenty parking for Tesco customers.
