Costa Coffee Drive Thru in Cheshire West and Chester

I went in for a drink and a chillout after doing some shopping there was a guy working with 2 young ladies and he had a face on him like a smacked ar*e, very arrogant and I tell you what! If I was the manager there I’d be doing everything to try and get him out. I was there for roughly an hour, the 2 girls (didn’t catch names) were working their socks off whilst he was moping round in what it looked like - a sulk, he kept disappearing into what I’d say ‘the staff area’ he’d come out of it when it was quiet for about 5 minutes then go back in for another 20 minutes. Throughout the time I spent there it got quite busy at times and he still did absolutely nothing. As a customer it felt like he had a negative effect as he was in such a mood. This isn’t the first time I’ve been and he’s been there doing absolutely nothing, being arrogant and leaving everyone else to do the work and it got quite concerning. Other than that my stay was amazing!

Ordered two frappes and a millionaire shortbread, Quick service by a polite man and the frappes were perfect and quickly made! Nice relaxing and clean inside very modern compared to some costas, great that this one has a drive thru aswell! Lots of people on laptops doing assignments goes to show it’s a relaxing atmosphere! Will return!

Visited this costa cafe today, staff very friendly and helpful. atmosphere lovely too. Coffee and toast were lovely, definitely would go back.
